5.On the correlation between different stages of non-small cell lung cancer with Treg cells and cytokines
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2017;52(1):113-116
Objective To investigate the expression of CD4+CDhi25CDlow127 regulatory T cells (Treg cell), IL-2, IL-10 and IFN-γin peripheral blood of patients with different TNM stages of non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) , and to evaluate their correlation. Methods The proportion of CD4+CDhi25 CDlow127 Treg cells to CD4+cell in peripheral blood of 55 NSCLC patients were determined by flow cytometry, and levels of IL-2, IL-10 and IFN-γ were measured by ELISA. The proportion of CD4+CDhi25 CDlow127 Treg cells, IL-2, IL-10 and IFN-γ of patients with different TNM stages of NSCLC were compared, and correlation analysis was carried on. Results The proportion of CD4+CDhi25 CDlow127 Treg cells increased obviously together with the increasing of TNM stages of NSCLC(P<0. 05),so did the level of IL-10 (P<0. 05). On the other hand, the level of IL-2 and IFN-γdecreased apparently with the increasing of TNM sta-ges of NSCLC(P<0. 05). CD4+CDhi25CDlow127Treg cells and IL-10 were positively correlated(P <0. 05). IL-2 and IFN-γ were positively correlated too(P<0. 05). CD4+CDhi25CDlow127Treg cells and IL-10 were all negatively correlated with IL-2 and IFN-γ(P<0. 05). Conclusion The increasing of CD4+ CDhi25CDlow127Treg cells and IL-10 and the de-creasing of IL-2 and IFN-γ are possibly one of the reasons of antitumor immunity suppression in terminal NSCLC patients. The surveillance for them can be reference indicators to evaluate antitumor immunity status of terminal lung cancer patients.

7.CD4 + T cell depletion in HIV infection and immune reconstitution following antiretroviral therapy
Journal of Chinese Physician 2017;19(1):14-16
The hallmarks of HIV infection include progressive CD4+T cell depletion and chronic immune activation.Effective antiretroviral therapy (ART) can restore CD4 +T cell counts and related immune responses to various opportunistic pathogens. On some occasions, improvement in the immune system leads to immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome shortly after ART initiation. On the other hand, some patients fail to achieve a normal CD4 + T cell count despite long-term suppressive ART.Multiple studies have demonstrated that persistent immune activation and inflammation are closely associated with suboptimal immune recovery although the underlining mechanisms remain widely debated.
8.Therapeutic Observation of Electroacupuncture plus Rehabilitation for Post-stroke Shoulder-hand Syndrome
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;35(12):1423-1425
Objective To explore the effect of electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation on shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS). Method Eighty SHS patients were randomized into an experimental group and a control group, 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was intervened by electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training and basic Western medicine treatment, while the control group was by rehabilitation training and Western medicine treatment, 3 sessions a week, 4 weeks in total. The pain intensity of the affected shoulder and upper-limb motor function were observed before and after the treatment. The therapeutic efficacy was also evaluated. Result The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score of the shoulder pain and Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) score of the upper-limb motor function were significantly improved after the intervention in the two groups (P<0.01), and the improvements of VAS and FMA in the experimental group were more significant than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Based on the basic treatment of Western medicine, electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training can markedly improve the pain intensity of the affected shoulder and upper-limb motor function in post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.
9.Analysis of 108 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Ticagrelor in Our Hospital
China Pharmacy 2016;27(29):4085-4087
OBJECTIVE:To explore the general regulation and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)induced by ti-cagrelor,and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. METHODS:672 patients received ticagrelor in our hospital from Dec. 2013 to Jun. 2015 were followed-up,and the situation was analyzed and summarized after taking drug. RESULTS:In the 672 patients,78(11.6%)patients sutfered from 108 cases of ADR,the ratio of male to female was 5.5∶1,there was statistical signifi-cance (P<0.05);patients mostly aged 51-60 years (37.2%);the mainly involved organs/systems were respiratory system (41.7%),and skin and its appendages (38.0%),the main clinical manifestations were minor bleeding (78.7%),dyspnea (17.6%) and bradycardia (2.8%);no severe ADR was found. CONCLUSIONS:Ticagrelor had good safety and tolerability, but due to its shorter time to market in China and absense of evidence-based medicine for large-scale clinical trials in Asian population, clinic should strengthen medication monitoring to reduce the ADR and ensure drug safety.
