China Pharmacy 2007;0(33):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the active fraction of the seeds of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb.to treat acute alcoholism.METHODES:The seeds of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb.were divided into five parts:superitical fluid extraction(SFE)part, chloroform extraction part, ethyl acetate extraction part,n-butanol extraction part and water extraction part. The effects of the active fraction of the seeds of Hovenia Dulcis Thunb.on ebriety latency, ebriety rate, mortality, and ethanol concentration-time curve of the alcoholism mice were investigated.RESULTS:The ethyl acetate extract could prolong the ebriety latency of the mice, decrease ebriety rate and mortality of the alcoholism mice, and significantly decrease serum ethanol concentrations at 0.5,1,and 1.5h after alcohol administration(P
4. Molecular identification of viral pathogens in Crocus sativus
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(8):1033-1036
Objective: To investigate the viral pathogens in cultivated Crocus sativus. Methods: Viral pathogen identification was carried out by the observation of virus particle morphology and cytopathology as well as the detection of DAS-ELISA, RT-PCR, and sequencing. Results: Linear virus particles of 600-900 nm in length were observed in C. sativus by negative staining under transmission electron microscope (TEM). Bundles of linear virus particles, cylindrical inclusion bodies of subdivision II, and amorphous inclusion bodies were observed in the cells of C. sativus under TEM after ultrathin-section. These observations resembled the cytopathology of infectious Bean yellow mosaic virus (BYMV). Positive result of DAS-ELISA was obtained from the leaves of C. sativus by using monoclonal antiserum against BYMV capsid protein. Positive result of RT-PCR induced by the Potyvirus specific primers (Sprimer and M4) was also obtained. Sequencing after RT-PCR revealed that the viral sequence in this diseased C. sativus had a homology of 99% with the BYMV sequence. Conclusion: The pathogenic virus of this C. sativus disease is identified as BYMV.
6.Content Comparison of Flavonoids in Tribulus Terrestris from Different Habitats
China Pharmacist 2015;18(10):1671-1673
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of rutin, luteolin, quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin and chrysin in Tribulus terrestris L. Methods:The chromatographic column was Welch Ultimate LP-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0. 05% phosphoric acid with gradient elution, the detection wavelength was 360 nm,and the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 . Results: The linear relationship of standard curve of rutin, luteolin, quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin and chrysin was good (r≥0. 999 4). The average recovery was 97. 5%-99. 7% with RSD≤1. 24% (n=6). Conclusion:The meth-od is simple, and the precision, recovery and repeatability all meet the requirements, which can be used for the content determination of Tribulus terrestris L.
7.Enriched Environment and Stroke Rehabilitation (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(1):47-52
Abstract: An enriched environment refers to conditions that facilitate sensory, cognitive, motor, and social stimulation. Behavioural, cellular and molecular studies have revealed significant effects of enriched environments on rodents and other species. Post-ischemic housing in an enriched environment improves functional outcome, modifies gene activation, induces alterations in the expression of N-methyl-D-aspartic acid (NMDA) and α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionic acid (AMPA) receptor subunits, increases dendrite branching and number of dendritic spine in pyramidal neurons in layers II/III in the contra-lateral cortex, induces structural changes in synaptic junctions. Furthermore, it alters lesion-induced progenitor cell differentiation and interacts with necrotic grafting. The idea of environmental enrichment has been applied to clinical stroke rehabilitation and is getting more and more attention. This review will summarize experimental effects of enriched environment on post-ischemic rehabilitation and the clinical application of enriched environment in stroke rehabilitation.

Cancer Research and Clinic 2007;19(z1):14-16
Objective To insert VEGF-R3(FIT-4)gene fragment into cloning vector and identify it.Methods By T-A cloning, the VEGF-R3 gene fragment amplified by RT-PCR was cloned on the PGEM-T Easy plasmid vector and transfected into E.coli JM109.the recombinant clones were screened by"white-blue plaque selection" and tested by the methods of single restrictional enzyme. Results The VEGF-R3 gene fragment amplified by RT-PCR showed a smear after the electrophoresis on agarose Gel and obtained white clones by"white-blue plaque selection".The electrophoresis result of the recombinant clones tested by the single restrictional enzyme was accordant with expectant result. Conclusion The recombinant clones through the methods T-A may be used in the further gene expression and gene therapy studies.

10.MicroRNA and the biological behaviour of human breast cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(2):111-114
MicroRNA (miRNA) controls the proliferation of breast cancer cells in many ways such as cell apotosis, cell cycle and methyltransferase. Also,it controls the metastasis of breast cancer cells in many ways such as microenvironment,epithelial-mesenchymal transition and vessel formation.Large amounts of recent studies indicate that miRNAs are specifically expressed in breast cancer tissue and play important roles in proliferation, metastasis and treatment of breast cancer.
