4.THE INFLUENCE OF PH ON GROWTH OF DIFFERENT GENESIS PROMASTIGOTES OF L. DONOVANI
Chinese Journal of Zoonoses 2001;(2):50-52
The Many experiments show that pH affect the growth of romastigotes of L donovani. But the control tests with Acid - base scale have not been reported on the growth of promastigotes from different genesis. This paper reports that pH has different nfluence on several kinds of promastigotes from different genesis. We obseved that the growth of promastigotes of L. doncvani is inhibited when pH is 4.6 and 8.6.

6.Detection of Mycoplasma and Analysis of Drug Resistance in 414 Patients with Nongonococcal Urethritis
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 1994;0(01):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection of Mycoplasma and drug resistance in the patients of nongonococcal urethritis(NGU)in the local area.METHODS Totally 414 specimens in the patients of NGU were collected, cultured and tested for drug sensitvity.RESULTS From them there were 284 patients who had Mycoplasma(68.60%).The simple infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)was 90 cases(21.74%) and that of Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) was 52 cases(12.56%).The mixed was 142 cases(34.30%).The result of drug sensitivity showed that sensitivity of Mycoplasma to minocycline(Minocin) was the highest, then was to doxycycline.Ciprofloxacin was with the highest drug resistance, then were sparfloxacin and erythromycin.CONCLUSIONS The infection rate of Mycoplasma in the patients of NGU is in a rising tendency;Mycoplasma are severely resistant to ciprofloxacin, sparfloxacin, and erythromycin, and have multi-resistance.It is important to culture and test the drug sensitivity of Mycoplasma. To control the Mycoplasma infection and supervision management of antibiotics is a urged and important task for us.
7.Level of pulmonary surfactant protein D and human type Ⅰ protein in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(4):291-293
Objective To evaluate the levels of pulmonary surfactant protein D (SP-D) and 56-kD human type Ⅰ protein(HTI-56) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,as well as their potential as biomarkers of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods A retrospective study was conducted in 57 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia from June 2011 to June 2016 in our hospital. In this study, the levels of SP-D and HTI-56 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum were determined and compared between unilateral lung infection and bilateral lung infection. Results SP-D and HTI-56 levels were significantly higher in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples (P < 0.05)compared with bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples from uninfected lungs (P < 0.05).However,the serum levels of SP-D and HTI-56 in children with unilateral lung infection and bilateral pulmonary infection were not significantly different (P >0.05).Conclusion High levels of SP-D and HTI-56 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples from infected lungs may reflect damage to alveolar epithelial cells caused by mycoplasma pneumoniae.
