Methods: We used chemistry technique and ELISA to study serum NO, NOS and TNF-? in 30 cases of surgical infection. Results: Compared with normal group and before treatment group NO, NOS and TNF-? were singnificantly higher in surgical infection(P
2.OBSERVATION ON THE LEVELS OF BLOOD FREE RADICALS, SERUM LIPID PEROXIDE AND VITAMIN E IN NIDDM
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(04):-
Concentration of blood free-radicals in 19 normal subjects and 35 patients with NIDDM was estimated by electron spin resonance spectrometer. Serum lipid peroxide (Lpo) and vitamin E were measured with biochemical methods. As compared with controls, patients with NIDDM had significantly higher blood free-radical level and serum Lpo level. The results suggested that the metabolism of free-radicals was disturbed in NIDDM.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2012;11(7):753-757
With the rapid development of medical science,‘ faithfulness, expressiveness and elegancy' theory has been endued with novel implications and can guide the translation of medical English.A translation of medical English with high quality should contain faithful information, grammatically complete sentences and understandable words as well as maintain the stylistic features of Chinese abstract, which lead to the speciality and rigour of the article. The guiding role of ‘ faithfulness, expressiveness and elegancy' theory in the understanding and translation of English papers was discussed in this article with common problems selected from medical journals.Several suggestions were proposed to the translators of medical English on the practice of the theory.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(02):-
Objective To explain the material foundation of anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San. Methods The foot swelling experiments in rat and xylene-induced ear edema experiments in mouse were adopted to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of the material extracted and purified from Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San. The hot plate-induced pain experiment for studying the analgesic effect was established. Results The material of supercritical CO2 extract, saponins and flavonoids extract and minerals in Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San had a inhibiting effect on egg-induced foot swelling in rat, saponins and flavonoids extract had a distinct inhibiting effect on xylene-induced ear edema in mouse. Every extract had obvious analgesic effects on hot plate-induced pain and significantly increased the threshold of pain. Conclusion The active ingredient groups of Jinxuan Zhike Xunxi San are the material of supercritical CO2 extract, saponins and flavonoids extract and minerals.

China Medical Equipment 2014;(7):65-67
Aiming at the problems and deficiencies of traditional experiment teaching of biomedical engineering, this paper explores a series of reforms to the original teaching mode and states clearly the direction of experimental teaching reform and the specific content, outstanding interdisciplinary subject. In the teaching reform, in order to cultivate students' basic skills and the ability to analyze and to solve the problem, in order to improve the overall quality of students and to cultivate high-level innovative talents as the ultimate goal, this article discusses the main content of the reform of the biomedical engineering from the teaching methods, teaching material construction, teaching contents, lab management, diversified evaluation methods. The experimental teaching reform fully arouses the enthusiasm of the students' learning, and enhances the students' ability of practice and innovation, and improves the intersection between different disciplines, and has obtained the good teaching effect.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(18):-
OBJECTIVE: To prepare Yizhi Mixture and establish a method for its quality control. METHODS: The mixture was prepared by water decoction method,Radix Polygalae,Cortex Phellodendri, and Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae uralensis Fisch.in the mixture were identified qualitatively by TLC. The contents of trace amount of paeoniflorin in Yizhi mixture was determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The studies on the quality control showed that the characteristics for identification by TLC were distinct. The linear range of peoniflorin was 0.25~10 mg?L-1.The average recovery was 99.06% and its RSD was 4.91%(n=5).CONCLUSION: The mixture is reasonable in formula and simple in preparation technology. A quality standard has been established for the mixture. The methods for identification and quantification were simple, reliable and practical.

Ophthalmology in China 1993;0(04):-
Objective To compare the postoperative effect of pars plana vitrectomy, phacoemulsification and intraoeular lens (IOL)implantation with silicon oil removed, phacoemulsification and IOL implantation.Design A retrospective case-control study.Par- ticipants 91 cases(104 eyes)of proliferative diabetic retinopathy with tractive retinal detachment or vitreous hemorrhage were per- formed cataract surgery with IOL implantation. Methods All patients were followed up average 6 months,in whom 52 eyes with pars plana vitrectomy, phacoemulsification and IOL implantation(combined group),and the other 52 eyes with silicon oil removed,pha- coemulsification and IOL implantation(sequential group). The differences of the postoperative visual acuity and inflammatory reactions of the anterior chamber between the two groups were analyzed.Main outcome measures Visual acuity and inflammatory reactions of the anterior chamber. Results There were 14/52 eyes with best corrected visual acuity more than 0.1 in combined group and 8/52 eyes in the sequential group after the surgeries(X~2=-6.87,P=0.07) .Corneal edema happened in 16/52 eyes in combined group and 6/52 eyes in sequential group 1 week after the surgeries(X~2=11.53,P=0.001).Keratic precipitate happened in 20/52 eyes in combined group and 9/52 eyes in sequential group after the surgeries(X~2=5.79,P=0.019) .Conclusions The incidence of postoperative anterior chamber in- flammation is higher in Phacoemulsification combined with pars plana vitrectomy group.

National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(8):743-746
Globozoospermia is a rare and serious teratozoospermia, which is one of the important causes contributing to human male infertility. The assisted reproductive technique remains the only means for such patients to produce offspring. However, the pathogenesis of globozoospermia is not yet clear. In recent years, related studies have shown that some genes are connected with the onset of globozoospermia. This paper outlines the progress in the studies of pathogenicity genes, aiming to contribute to the molecular diagnosis and mechanism investigation of the disease.
