2.Dapoxetine for premature ejaculation: Advances in clinical studies.
National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(10):931-936
Premature ejaculation (PE) is a most common sexual dysfunction, for which dapoxetine, a novel selective serotonin (5-HT) re-uptake inhibitor (SSRI), is the only licensed oral medicine at present. With the advantages of fast absorption, rapid action, on-demand medication, and short half-life time, dapoxetine has been proved by clinical trials to be effective in prolonging the intravaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT) and improving the overall condition of PE patients in various areas and populations. Compared with the traditional SSRIs, dapoxetine has a better safety and tolerability. The most frequently reported dapoxetine-related adverse events include nausea, diarrhea, headache and dizziness, but with very few severe or serious cases.

3.The study of relationship between the levels of plasma VEGF,PAI-1 and the severity of the diabetic retinopathy
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2000;0(12):-
Objective To observe the relationship between the levels of plasma VEGF,PAI-1 and the severity of the diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods ELISA method was used to measure the levels of VEGF and PAI-1.Results The level of VEGF was increased in all diabetic patients compared with the normal control group[(17.86?12.25)ng/L],and that of the patients with BDR[(93.41?54.69)ng/L]was higher than that of the patients with NDR[(52.17?21.81)ng/L]and PDR[(61.24?37.55)ng/L].The level of PAI-1 was also increased in all diabetic patients. The increase tendency was more obvious in patients with BDR[(58.29?20.53)?g/L]and PDR[(66.84?23.81)?g/L].Conclusion The damage of the vascular endothelial cell and the impaired fibrinolysis state exist in diabetic retinopathy. So it is very important to measure the levels of VEGF and PAI-1 for the early diagnosis and intervention treatment of diabetic retinopathy.

The retention mechanism of acid drugs such as naproxen, ibuprofen, diclofenac, phenylalanine and 2,4-dichlorophenoxy acetic acid in microemulsion liquid chromatography has been discussed. The reten tion modeling between capacity factors (k') of acid drugs in microemulsion liquid chromatography and concen tration of surfactant, cosurfactant and lipophilic organic solvent and pH value was set.The results showed the effect of change of concentration of surfactant, cosurfactant and lipophilic organic solvent and pH value on capacity factors of acid drugs in microemulsion liquid chromatography was fully consistent with the theoretical modeling. The retention modeling can better reflect the effect of composition of microemulsion solution and pH value on retention behavior of acid drugs in microemulsion liquid chromatography.

Objective To study the stability of potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate solution in different conditions. Methods The classical thermostatic test was adopted to investigate the stability of potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate in phosphate buffer solutions of different pH values,in different buffer solutions of the same pH value and in citrate buffer solutions of different concentrations. Results The stability of potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate solution was different at different pH values and was the best at pH 6.5.In various buffer solutions of pH 6.5,the hydrolyzation of potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate solution was delayed by citrate buffer solution, and the stability of the solution had no correlation with the concentration of citrate buffer solution. Conclusion The stability of potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate solution varies in different conditions. This will supply a reference for the study on potassium dehydroandrographolide succinate solution and its similar preparations.

Objective To provide the experimental data for standard establishment and ergonomics research on manned spaceflight displays basing on relation of six effect factors to function of human-machine system as displaying with LCD,and the best factor-level-composition is chosen. Methods An experimental system was developed. The orhoganal experiment means was adopted.Twenty subjects were asked to finish three tasks: to view parameters of the whole screen interface,to seek local parameters,to identify the fault events quickly.Three indices: reaction time, error times and times of unable to recognize were analyzed. Results The indices were much different for different factors at different levels.According to the indices of mean reaction time, extreme difference of view-angle was the lowest and view-distance the highest. Conclusion The order of the display effects of different factors on human-machine system is successively: viewdistance, illuminant level, character height, color of character/background and viewangle.

Objective To explore the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-14(MMP-14)protein in the human stomach carcinoma tissues and its correlation with carcinoma invasiveness and metastasis. Methods The MMP-14 protein expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in 59 cases of stomach carcinoma tissues (observation group)and 20 cases of normal stomach tissues (control group, the adjacent normal tissues from the tumor margin of 5 cm confirmed by pathology),and its correlation with the clinically pathological parameters was analyzed. The expression characteristics of MMP-14 among various TNM stages of stom-ach carcinoma were also analyzed. Results The positive rate of MMP-14 expression was 50.85%(30/59)in the observation group and 5.00% (1/20)in the control group, the positive rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01);the expression level of MMP-14 was correlated with the differentiation degree, regional lymph node metastasis degree, invasion depth, lymphatic invasion and TNM stage, which showing the statistical difference(P < 0.01);the expression of MMP-14 protein was up-regulated and showed the transferring trend from cytoplasm to cellular membrane along with the progres-sion of TNM stage. Conclusion The overexpression of MMP-14 protein exists in stomach carcinoma tissues, which contributing to the invasion and metastasis of stomach carcinoma cells.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(12):1159-1162
Objective To investigate the anti-tumor effect and mechanism of curcumin in pancreatic cancer (PC). Methods Smad4 and Jab1 expressions were detected by immunohistochemistry in tumor tissues and pericarcinomatous tis?sue from 35 PC cases, and the correlation of Smad4 and Jab1 were analyzed based on the percentage of positive staining in?tissues from 21 random selected PC cases. The effect of curcumin on expressions of tumor suppressors p53, Smad4 and cell cycle inhibitor p27 were examined by Western Blotting after human pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1 were divided into PANC-1 control group (no treatments were given) and PANC-1 curcumin group (treated with cell culture medium containing 10μmol/L curcumin). The effect of curcumin on expressions of combination of β-TrCP1 and Smad4 was examined by Co-Immunoprecipitation after human embryonic kidney cell line 293T were divided into 293T control group (no treatments were given), 293T curcumin group (treated with cell culture medium containing 10μmol/L curcumin) and 293T Jab1 group (trans?fected by HA-Jab1 plasmid). Results Compared with expressions in pericarcinomatous tissues, Smad4 was down regulated while the expression of Jab1 was upregulated in PC tissues (P<0.01), and the expression of Smad4 was negatively correlated with the expression of Jab1 (n=21, r=-0.71, P=0.007). After treated with curcumin, the protein expression of p53, Smad4 and p27 was increased in PANC1 cell, and the protein expression of the combination ofβ-TrCP1 and Smad4 was decreased in 293T cell (P<0.05). After transfected by HA-Jab1 plasmid, the protein expression of the combination ofβ-TrCP1 and Smad4 was increased in 293T cell (P<0.05). Conclusion Curcumin may have suppression effect of PC through increasing the protein expression of p53, Smad4 and p27, and the mechanism of Smad4 upregulation may be related with the inhibition of Smad4 ubiquitination process, while Jab1 may be also involved in Smad4 degradation through ubiquitination.
