1.Clinical value of combined detection of high sensitive C reactive protein and blood lipids in coronary heart disease

Objective To observe the changes of high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and blood lipids,and investigate the clinical value of combined detection of the above markers in evaluating the risk and prognosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Totally 51 cases of stable angina pectoris(SAP group),44 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UAP group),40 cases of acute myocardial infarction(AMI group)and 45 healthy controls(healthy control group)were enrolled in the investigation.Hs-CRP and blood lipids were measured with enzymic method and immunoturbidimetry respeetively.Results The level of hs-CRP was significantly higher in UAP group and AMI group than that in healthy control group(both P<0.05).Hs-CRP level was a little higher in SAP group than that in healthy control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).In addition,hs-CRP was positively correlative with total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein-cholesteroK LDL-C),apoprotein B (apoB)and lipoprotein a(LPa)(P<0.05),and negatively correlative with high density lipoproteincholesterol(HDL-C)and apoAI(P<0.05).Conclusion Hs-CRP contributes to diagnosis of CHD,and combined detection of hs-CRP and blood lipids is of important value in evaluating the risk and prognosis of CHD.
2.Clinical application of serum tissue polypeptide-specific antigen detection in diagnosis of alcoholic hepatitis

Objective To investigate the role of serum tissue polypeptide-specific antigen (TPS)detection in the evaluation of hepatocyte apoptosis in patients with alcoholic hepatitis and to further evaluate its application in the differential diagnosis of alcoholic hepatitis and fatty liver. Methods The automatic biochemistry analyzer was employed to detect common markers for liver injury (AST,ALT, GGT and bilirubin) ; electrochemiluminescence assay was performed to measure serum TPS level; immunohistochemistry staining was done to evaluate M30 immunoreactivity in hepatic tissue biopsy specimens and the apoptotic score was acquired. Then the correlations were analyzed between various indices and the apoptotic scores. Results The serum TPS level was positively correlative to the hepatocyte apoptotic score in alcoholic hepatitis group; and their correlation coefficient was the largest among various liver functional indices and the apoptotic scores. The correlation coefficient between TPS level and apoptotic score was significantly higher in alcoholic hepatitis group than that in fatty liver group (P<0.05). Conclusion Serum TPS may be used as a good hepatocyte apoptosis marker for alcoholic hepatitis, which contributes to the differential diagnosis of alcoholic hepatitis and fatty liver.
3.Correlation analysis between children with viral encephalitis and serum myocardial enzymes

Objective To explore the correlation between serum myocardial enzymes and children with viral hepatitis according to clinical observation and analysis,in order to guide clinical treatment.Methods 66 children with viral encephalitis admitted in Women and Children's Hospital of Ninbo City from September 2010 to December 2011 were used as observation group,the aspartate a minotransferase(AST)level,lactate dehydrogenase (LDH)level,creatine kinase levels(CK)level,MB isoenzyme of creatine kinase(CK-MB)level in serum were detected by Olym pus AU-1000 automatic biochemical analyzer.The level ofα-hydroxybutyric acid dehydrogenase(α-HBDH)was detected,too.At the same time,another 48 normal children in our hospital were used as control group,and the same indexes were detected and recorded.After obtain those datas in two groups,the differences of myocardial enzymes between observation group and control group,acute and convalescent,light and heavy encephalitis encephalitis, gammaglobulin gammaglobulin treatment and non-treatment group were compared and analyzed.Results showed that the degrees of myocardial damage were varied in children with viral inordinately,the more serious illness in children,the higher myocardial enzyme levels.Correspondingly,while the children with encephalitis were in recovery ,their cardiac enzyme levels were found significantly reduced.Adding gamma globulin may help cardiac enzymes decreasing at a faster rate,favoring patients' recovery.Conclusion Cardiac enzyme activity can be used as an important indicator of clinical observation in children with viral and their prognosis,proper treatment should be carried out when the relationship between serum myocardial enzymes and viral encephalitis are clear.
4.Determination of Protopine in Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis Capsule by HPLC

Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of protopine in Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis Capsules. Methods A HPLC was performed on a Hypersil ODS column( 4.6? 250 mm, 5 ? m) . The mobile phase was methanol - 0.1 % water solution of triethylamine (65∶ 35). Determination wavelength was 290 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The theoretical plates should over 4000 according to the content of protopine. Results A good linearity was shown in the range of 0.3168~ 1.5840 ? g, r=0.9996. The average recovery was 100.6 % , RSD=2.68 % . Conclusion The method is simple, effective and can be used for the quality control of Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis Capsules.
5.Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Xiaochuanning Capsules by HPLC

Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaochuanning capsules.Methods A Hypersil ODS column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water solution of 0.05 mol / L NaH2PO4(pH2.7,22 ∶ 78).The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min and column temperature was 40 ℃.Detcted wavelength was 205 nm.Results A good linearity was in the range of 0.1005 ~ 0.5025 ?g(r = 0.9993).The average recovery was 103.1 %,RSD=1.81 %.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Xiaochuanning capsules.
6.Determination of ginsenoside Re、ginsenoside Rg_1 and schisandrin in Huoliyuan Tablets by HPLC

AIM: To establish a HPLC method for determining of ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rg_1 and schisandrin in Huoliyuan Tablets(total ginsenoside,Radix Astragali,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Radix Ophiopogonis,etc.). METHODS: A Hypersil C_(18) column was used.The mobile phase for ginsenoside Re and Rg_1 was acetonitrile-water mixed with 0.05 mol/L NaH_2PO_4(pH2.7,20∶80),and determination wavelength was 203 nm.The mobile phase for schisandrin was acetonitrile-0.1%H_3PO_4(48∶52),and determination wavelength was 250 nm. RESULTS: The linear ranges of ginsenoside Re,Rg_1 and schisandrin were 1.84-14.72 ?g(r=0.999 4),1.49-11.92 ?g(r=0.999 0) and 0.094-0.47 ?g(r=0.999 9),respectively.The average recoveries of ginsenoside Re,Rg_1 and schisandrin were 99.86%(RSD=1.69%),98.17%(RSD=2.03%) and 101.54%(RSD=(2.62%),) respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Huoliyuan Tablets.
7.Determination of Scutellarin in Brevisapin Tablets by HPLC

Objective To develop a HPLC method for the determination of scutellarin in Brevisapin Tablets.Methods C18 column with temperature of 40 ℃ was used.The mobile phase was the mixed solution of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(40 ∶ 60 ∶ 0.5) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL? min-1.Determination wavelength was 335 nm and the sample injected volume was 10 ? L.Results A good linearity of scutellarin was in the rang of 0.161 5~ 0.807 5 ? g.The average recovery of scutellarin was 98.7 % with RSD=1.26 %.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Brevisapin Tablets.
8.THE ARGYROPHIL CELLS IN RAT GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT——A COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL AND SLIVER IMPREGNATION TECHNIQUES

The aim of this study is to investigate comparatively the relationship between the endocrine and argyrophil cells in the rat gastrointestinal tract by means of the IGS, PAP immunohistochemical and Grimelius technique in the same sections. The results showed that the SS cells and almost G ceils can not be identified by Grimelius technique. The Grimelius technique had high specifity to reveal EC cells in the antrum of stomach and the intestine. Our technique is relatively simple and reliable, and may be used for consecutive demonstration of argyrophil cells and bioactive peptide-containing cells.
9.Determination of Tanshinone Ⅱ_A in "Prostate Healthcare Bag" by TLC Scanning

TLC scanning technique was used for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA in "Prostato Healthcare Bag" at ?S=470nm, and ?R = 620nm. This method is simple and highly sensitive, with an average recovery of 97.45% and a variation coeffioient of 1,28%.
10.Fingerprint system of Chinese medicinal materials

A novel fingerprint system of Chinese medicinal materials employing both DNA and chemical means has been proposed. To establish the fingerprint system is very effective to the quality control of Chinese medicinal materials, because it will be controlled from chemical substance and genetic information. The chemical components and DNA fingerprints will show the complex chemical components and biological source, respectively. DNA fingerprint could give a further proof to distinguish Chinese materia medica from the chemical. The combination of chemical and DNA fingerprints is constructive to quality control of Chinese materia medica, the cultivar identification and the selective breed of good varieties for medicinal use. To carry out the fingerprint system of Chinese medicinal materials, it is necessary to establish fingerprint database of Chinese medicinal materials, including chemical and DNA fingerprint, as well as many detection methods, and the pattern recognition system by computer is also necessary.
