Conclusion From 2010 to 2012, TCM injections in the clinical application in our hospital were of relatively high frequency, and the TCM injections used for removing blood stasis took the lead. Daily expenses of TCM injections drugs were on the high side and there may be unreasonable application.
4.The effects of lovastatin on matrix metalloproteinase-1 ,-3 mRNA expression in cartilage and synovium of osteoarthritis rabbits
Journal of Chinese Physician 2009;11(9):1155-1157
Objective To observe the influence of intra-articular injection of lovastatin on cartilage degeneration and mRNA expres-sion of matrix metalloproteiase-1,-3 (MMP-1,-3) in cartilage and synovium of osteoarthritis (OA) model. Methods Thirty New Zeal-and rabbits underwent unilateral anterior cruciate ligament transection (ACLT) were random divided into two groups. The rabbits in experi-mental group received 0.1 mg/ml intra-articular lovastatin injection at 0.2 ml/kg of body weight immediately after surgery , once a week. Those in control group were treated with intra-articular injection of normal saline. At the 6th week after surgery, all rabbits were sacrificed. The articular cartilage degeneration of medial femoral condyle was evaluated under microscopy. Gene expression of MMP-1,-3 was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results Cartilage degeneration in untreated group was significantly more severe than that in experimental group. In cartilage, no significant difference on the expression of MMP-1 and MMP-3 mRNA was found be-tween the experimental group and control group. In synovium, the expression of MMP-1 and MMP-3 mRNA was significantly suppressed in experimental group compared with control group. Conclusion During the development of experimental OA, intra-articular administration of lovastatin reduces the expression of matrix degrading enzyme, thus alleviate cartilage degradation.
5.Bifunctional Fluorescence Molecular Probes for Detection of Aluminum and pH
Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2017;45(9):1346-1352
A fluorescent molecular probe R6G-Flu was prepared by modifying fluorescein onto Rhodamine 6G.The probe could be used to recognize Al3+ specifically, and the detection limit could reach as low as 10-8 mol/L.After addition of Al3+ (10 μmol/L) to the probe, the solution showed a color change from colorless to pink, and green fluorescence was observed under the UV irradiation, which could be perceived by the naked eye.By measuring the fluorescence emission intensity of R6G-Flu at different pH, the probe could also be used to determine pH in acidic pH range (3.00-6.00) and basic pH range (8.00-10.50).The detection results of Al3+ and pH indicated that the R6G-Flu was a dual-functional fluorescent molecular probe.

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
The mucosal surface of the digestive tract of Ophicephalus argus Cantor was observed with scanning electron microscope. The ultrastructural features of buccopharynx, oesophagus, stomach and intestine were observed. There are many microridges on the surface of mucosal cells of the buccopharynx and oesophagus. On the surface of mucosal cells of the stomach and intestine exist many microvilli, and numerous goblet cells located in the mucosal epithelium of the buccopharynx, oesophagus and intestine. These structural features may be related to feeding habits of Ophicephalus; argus.
7.The study on damage of mifepristone in fetal liver, kideny and brian
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(04):-
Objective To explore the mechanisms on the damage in fetus liver, kidney and brain with administration of mifepristone and mesoproseol. Methods 17 specimens were obtained from the women who volunteered to terminate their pregnancy during 10~28 weeks.According to the fetus weight, they were divided into 3 groups.Immunohistochemistery was induced to investigate the expressions of pur-?,HSP70.Results The expressions of pur-? and HSP70 could be observed in both the treatment group and the control group.pur-? and HSP70 are the targets in detecting the damage of DNA.But pur-? was more sensitive than HSP70.The damage on group Ⅱ is the strongest. Conclusion Mifepristone can lead to the damage to lover, kidney and brain in mid-pregnancy.Its damage will be reducing as the growing of fetus.
8.INVESTIGATIONS ON THE MOSQUITO-BORNE HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
The conditions of the mosquito-borne HBsAg were investigated with the RPHA method in Henan Province. The number of capture of Anopheles hyrcanus sinensis was small, and no HBsAg was detected from them. HBsAg was detected in both Culex pipiens pallens and Armigeres subalbatus and their positive rates of HBsAg were 10.3 and 4.6% respectively. The positive rates varied with different physiological conditions of mosquitoes, being 15.0, 7.2 and 7.5% respectively for fed, unfed and gravid females. With the digestion of the blood in the mosquito's stomach, most of the HBsAg was excreted in the feces gradually. This new finding of the transmission of HBsAg inside the mosquito's body has not been reported. The fact that HBsAg was not detected in eggs and larvae showed that it is not transmitted by eggs.

10.The effects of bFGF on the calicum influx in OHCs
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
AIM To examined the effect of bFGF on the calcium influx in outer hair cells (OHCs) and its antagonistical effects with streptomycin. The aim of the study is to explore the mechanism of acute ototoxicity of streptomycin and antagonism of bFGF. METHODSE The OHCs of guinea pig were isolated using an enzyme machine methods and loaded with 10 ?mol?L -1 Fluo 3/AM for 30 min at 37℃,then cultured 60 min at room temperature. Individual Fluo 3 loaded OHCs were examined with a confocal microscope (ACAS Ultima, USA) using a 20? objective lens and linear scan mean. The fluorescent images, collected every 5 sec for 300 s, were stored in a computer. The fluorescent intensity of the images were analyzed by the software cooperated with the confocal microscope, and a function curve showing the change trend of fluorescent intensity with time was obtained. RESULTS The OHCs [Ca 2+ ] i hold steady within the process of normal extracellular liquid perfusion. OHCs [Ca 2+ ] i increased when perfused 100 mmol?L -1 high potassium media(10/11) and normal media containing 1 nmol?L -1 bFGF(9/9), but the OHCs [Ca 2+ ] i don't changes in high potassium free calcium media(7/7) and free calcium media containing 1 nmol?L -1 bFGF(8/8). After treated by 1 mmol?L -1 streptomycin, the OHCs [Ca 2+ ] i increased 0/12, 4/8 respectively when perfused high potassium media and bFGF media. And after treated by 1 nmol?L -1 bFGF, high potassium media make OHCs [Ca 2+ ] i increased more obviously and keeping longer time. After treated by 1 mmol?L -1 streptomycin, respectively, 0 1,1 and 10 nmol?L -1 bFGF make 4/11,6/9 and 12/12 OHCs [Ca 2+ ] i increasing when perfused high potassium media. CONCLUSION High potassium media and bFGF perfusion can result in increasing of OHCs [Ca 2+ ] i ,and OHCs [Ca 2+ ] i increase rooted in the calicum influx, there is synergic effects between high potassium and bFGF. The streptomycin can block the process of calcium influx induced by high potassium media and the block effects can be antagonized by bFGF, and the antagonistical effects have bFGF concentration dependence.
