Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2014;(4):464-467,468
Virus is a kind of pathogen which has greatly threat-ened human lives and is severely harmful to human’ s health. It is featured by rapid transmission and high mortality. At present there is no efficacious anti-virus western medicine. Some kinds of traditional Chinese medicines show certain restrictive effect a-gainst virus as natural materials and become a hot spot. This pa-per proceeds from experimental study on anti-virus activity and action mechanism of febrifuge and detoxifying herbs, and eluci-dates the important role of febrifuge and detoxifying herbs in anti-virus effect to provide evidence for screening anti-virus Chinese medicine in clinic.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2021;23(5):702-706
Objective:To investigate the pre-pregnancy vitamin D level and pregnancy outcome in patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA).Methods:A prospective study was performed in 4 534 patients with URSA from May 2017 to April 2019 at Shanghai First Maternity and Infant Health Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University. The serum Vitamin D levels was obtained before pregnancy. Pregnancy complications and newborns outcomes were recorded after pregnancy. Results:The serum vitamin D level of patients with URSA before pregnancy was (42.22±16.27)nmol/L, and the proportions of vitamin D deficiency, insufficiency and sufficiency were 72.3%, 24.0 %, and 3.7%, respectively. The Vitamin D level was positively correlated with age ( P<0.05); The age of vitamin D<50 nmol/L group was lower than that of vitamin D≥50 nmol/L group ( P<0.05); patients with vitamin D<50 nmol/L had higher proportion of spontaneous abortions ≥3 times than those with the vitamin D≥50 nmol/L ( P<0.05); The level of vitamin D was negatively correlated with the ratio of CD3 + CD4 + T cells in peripheral blood ( P<0.05); In multivariate logistic regression analysis, the final model adjusted for age, abortion frequency and season. The risk of pregnancy failure was increased in vitamin D <50 nmol/L group [30.6%(76/248) vs 17.9%(12/67), χ 2=3.67, P=0.02], OR=2.02(95% CI: 1.02-3.9); In the group of vitamin D<50 nmol/L before pregnancy, the risk of newborns entering NICU was increased, OR=3.16(95% CI: 1.15-8.65). Conclusions:Vitamin D deficiency is prevalent in URSA patients before pregnancy, which correlates with the times of previous spontaneous abortions and recurrent pregnancy failure. Vitamin D deficiency before pregnancy is one of the high-risk factors for URSA.

Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(6):462-464
The malignant tumor of bone and soft tissue is conventional rays(X,γrays)resistant. The heavy ion rays 12C+ have following characteristics: high linear energy transfer, Bragg peak, small scattering, high biological effect, lethal damage to tumor cell, and double-strand break to the DNA. Therefore, heavy ion rays Call allow tumor target area obtain high radiation doses while surrounding normal tissues get best protection Recent progress of basic and clinical research on heavy ion treating malignant tumor of bone and soft tissue is discussed.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2008;20(3):149-154
In order to better accommodate heterogeneous quality of service (QoS) in wireless networks, an algorithm called QeS-aware power and admission controls (QAPAC) is proposed. The system is modeled as u non- cooperative game where the users adjust their transmit powers to maximize the utility, thus restraining the interferences. By using adaptive utility functions and tunable pricing parameters according to QoS levels, this algorithm can well meet different QoS reqniremcnts and improve system capacity compared with those that ignore the QoS differ- ences.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2001;0(01):-
Objective To report the experience in diagnosing gastroenteric tuberculosis under en-doscopies, and arose enough attention to avoid missed or mis-diagnosis. Methods Biopsy is taken when lesions, such as gastroenteric mucosal protrusions, nodule, erythema and ulcer are found under endoscopies. Results In 7 cases studied, 2 of them are the gastric tuberculosis (1 ulceration, 1 proliferation) , the rest, colonic tuberculosis (4 proliferation and 1 mixed). Distribution of lesions: gastric antrum 2, each one in terminal ileum, ileocecal valve, terminal ileum plus ileocecum, terminal ileum plus pan colon, and ascending colon. Endoscopic diagnosis: colonic tuberculosis with infiltrative tuberculosis in both lungs 1; colonic malignant tumors 2, mucosal protrusions and ulcerative lesions with undefined nature 4. Caseous necrotic granu-lomas are found in all cases on pathological examination. Conclusion The various appearances of gastroenteral tuberculosis under endoscopies are hard in differentiating from those of colonic carcer, inflammatory bowel diseases ( Crohn' s disease etc. ) , gastric benign or malignant ulceration. The definite diagnosis of gastroenteral tuberculosis is greatly depended on pathological results.
