Objective To evaluate the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment procedures for adrenal pheochromocytoma and adrenal ganglioneucoma.Methods Thirty-two cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma and 14 cases of adrenal ganglioneucoma surgical treated between 1999—2005 were analysed, The average of ganglioneucoma was 39 years old (16～63). tumor size ranged from 2.5 cm to 15 cm. The mean age of pheochromocytoma was 42 years old (19～74), tumor size ranged from 2cm to 16 cm. Tumor located in the adrenal area. All cases accepted surgical operation and were confirmed by pathology. Results Most cases of adrenal ganglioneucoma did not have any symptom but were founded incidentally. Differentials were obviously between ganglioneucoma and pheochromocytoma. Conclusion Both adrenal ganglioneucoma and pheochromocytoma are rare diseases.CT、urinary CA and 131I-MIBG are good methods for diagnosis.The final diagnosis depends on the pathology, surgical resection of tumor is a preferred choice.

AIM: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of surgery for spontaneous subconjunctival orbital fat prolapse via bulbar conjunctiva under topical anesthesia.
●METHODS: A total of 22 eyes of 11 patients received surgery for spontaneous subconjunctival orbital fat prolapse via bulbar conjunctiva under topical anesthesia were included. Objective and subjective duration of the operation, degree of cooperation during surgery, postoperative recovery, recurrence and complications were observed.
●RESULTS: In the process of surgery, patients without pain and being-cooperated were recorded in 17 eyes. The patients who occasionally felt slight pain, but within endurance after adding topical anesthesia once and the operation was completed successfully were recorded in 5 eyes ( the second eye surgery ) . The operation was successfully completed in all the patients. Compared the coordination degree during surgery of Gradel with GradeⅡ, the difference was statistically significant ( t=-3. 123, P<0. 01). All eyes were healed well after operation.
● CONCLUSION: The surgery for spontaneous subconjunctival orbital fat prolapse via bulbar conjunctiva under topical anesthesia can ensure satisfactory anesthetic effect and get better quality of operation. It′s a simple, safe and effective anesthesia method for spontaneous subconjunctival orbital fat prolapse.

Cancer is still one of the major diseases threatening human life and health. At present, how to achieve precise diagnosis and treatment of tumors is the biggest challenge in cancer treatment. Prodrugs use the tumor specificity of targeting molecules to deliver anticancer drugs to tumor sites, which can effectively improve drug bioavailability, therapeutic efficacy and safety, and are currently a hot spot in the research and development of anticancer drugs. The targeting molecules of prodrugs mainly include nucleic acid aptamers, polymers, antibodies, polypeptides, etc. Among them, polypeptides have the advantages of good biocompatibility, controllable degradation performance, high in vivo responsiveness, and simple and easy preparation methods, and are widely used. It is used to construct peptide-drug conjugates (PDC) prodrugs to achieve targeted therapy of tumors. In recent years, with the development of phage peptide library technology and peptide standard solid-phase synthesis technology, more and more targeted peptides have been discovered and effectively synthesized and modified, providing strong support for the development of PDC. This review briefly introduces the types and functions of functional peptides and linkers in PDC, and discusses the application of PDC in chemotherapy, immunotherapy and photodynamic therapy in tumor targeted diagnosis and treatment, and finally summarizes the difficulties faced by PDC drug development.

Objective To review the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal myelolipoma(ML).Methods The medical records of 21 patients with adrenal myelolipoma were reviewed.All patients were examined by B-ultrasound,CT and endocrine tests while some were also examined by MRI and 131I-MIBG.Results All patients had undergone resection of adrenal ML.The mean diameter of tumors was 6.7 cm(4.5 cm～12 cm).Pathological examination of all tumors confirmed the diagnosis of adrenal ML.No recurrence was recorded during the follow-up period(1～15years).Conclusion Adrenal ML is a kind of rare,benign tumor and is often incidentally discovered.Its prognosis is generally good.

Objective To summarize the experience of assisted reproductive technology concurrent deep vein thrombosis, improve the level of nursing. Methods The clinical data of 5 cases of assisted reproductive technology concurrent deep vein thrombosis in Reproductive Medical Center of Peking University Third Hospital were retrospectively analyzed and the related literature was retrieved,the nursing experience and preventive measures were summarized. Results Through treatment and careful, all the patient were cured. Conclusions Strengthen the nursing care of patients with assisted reproductive technology concurrent deep vein thrombosis, actively prevent ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome occurred is the key to reduce thrombosis. Those patients with risks factors should be paid more attention, strengthen health education, reduce or alleviate complications.

Objective To evaluate the effect of peer educatio n program by the application of the peer education on human immunodeficiency vir us/aeguired immune deficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS) prevention and the analysis of the change on knowledge, attitude and behavior about HIV/AIDS among technical sc hool students in Shanghai. Methods Three technical schools in Shanghai were selected randomly. Two classes of each school were selected randomly as education group and the students added up to 284.Two hundred and sixty-one students of another 2 classes in each school were selected as the interior control group. Some freshmen came from medical un iversity were carefully trained as peer educators to conduct the education inclu ding 6 models. The same questionnaires were carried before and after the educati on in both groups. Results After peer education the score of average knowledge abo ut reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, STD was significantly higher than before (P 0.05). Conclusions The conduction of the peer education on HIV/AIDS pr evention among technical school students is effective in promoting the knowledge level,but the change of attitude and behavior is a long term. So we highly adv ocate that not only the health education for HIV/AIDS especially safe sex shall be given and strengthened among technical school students in order to promote t he notion of self-protection but also the conception of care others especially t he HIV/AIDS. AIM:To investigate the effect of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP)transfection into c-kitpos cardiac stem cells (c-kit+CSCs) on the cell viability.METHODS: Under the sterile condition, the auricles of SD rats were taken out , and then c-kit +CSCs were collected through enzyme digestion and immunomagnetic bead separation (MACS).The cells were identified by flow cytometry .c-kit +CSCs were transfected with enhanced green fluorescent pro-tein CGRP lentiviral vector ( Lv-EGFP-CGRP) or enhanced green fluorescent protein lentiviral vector ( Lv-EGFP).The cells were randomly divided into Lv-EGFP-CGRP-CSCs group , Lv-EGFP-CSCs group and CSCs group .The transfection was observed under the fluorescence microscope .The transfection efficiency was detected by flow cytometry .The CGRP protein secretion in the cell culture supernatants was detected by ELISA .The viability of c-kit+CSCs transfected with Lv-EGFP-CGRP or Lv-EGFP was measured by CCK-8 assay.RESULTS:c-kit+CSCs were isolated and cultured successfully .The expression positive rate of c-kit was 91.0%and the expression positive rates of CD 45 and CD34 were 4.5% and 4.0%, respectively.After transfected with lentivirus for 48 h, the stable fluorescence in c-kit +CSCs was observed under fluores-cence microscope .The transfection efficiency were 80%when MOI was 20.The level of CGRP was significantly increased in Lv-ECFP-CGRP-CSCs group compared with Lv-EGFP-CSCs group and CSCs group (P<0.05).Meanwhile, transfection with lentiviral vector in each group did not affect the viability of c-kit+CSCs.CONCLUSION:Transfection of Lv-EGFP-CGRP into c-kit+CSCs was successful .The secretion of CGRP was found in the transfected c-kit+CSCs and the viability was not changed after transfection .CGRP-modified c-kit+CSCs may play a role in treating myocardial infarction .
