Objective To investigate the effects of clinical pharmacist intervention in the clinical application of antibiotics combined with the index management. Methods The data of antibiotics usage rate and intensity, the microbial test sample submission rate, and the clean incision preventive usage rate of inpatients and outpatients were analyzed by chi-square test in the same period before (2015) and after (2016) the clinical pharmacist intervention. Results After intervention, the antibiotics usage rate of inpatients and outpatients were lower than that of 2015 (50.02% and 25.72%, P<0.05).In 2016, the usage intensity of antibiotics was 50.59%, while it was 62.39% in 2015.At the same time, the microbial test sample submission rate increased from 13.96% to 27.49%(P<0.05).In 2016, the clean operation preventive usage rate of antibiotics decreased month by month. In the meantime, the reasonable rate of delivery timing, variety selection, and administration time of clean operation preventive usage of antibiotics were on the rise. Conclusions The professional intervention of clinical pharmacistis benefit for the routine, standardization, and professionalization of clinical antibiotics application. It also promotes the rational use of drugs and the progress of hospital pharmacy.
4.Antitumor efficacy of lymphocytes from hepatic porta lymph node stimulated by staphylococcal enterotoxin A
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2001;0(07):-
ObjectiveTo evaluate the antitumor effects of lymphocytes from hepatic porta lymph node co cultured with staphylococcal enterotoxin A(SEA)?MethodsLymphocytes isolated from lymph node of 5 HCC patients were co cultured with SEA. The proliferation and cytotoxicity of the lymphocytes were observed. Flow cytometer was used to detect the expression of CD3?CD4 and CD8 on the surface of the lymphocytes. TNF ? and IFN ? released into the culture medium were measured by the method of ELISA. The results were compared with that yielded from TILs of the individual patients. ResultsCultured in the presence of SEA, there was a sharp rise of T cells, especially CD8 + cells. Cytotoxic activity was increased. TNF ? and IFN ? were predominantly produced in the first week.ConclusionsLymphocytes from lymph node activated by SEA were armed with an increased antitumor efficacy.

International Eye Science 2014;(6):1037-1040
Neovascular glaucoma ( NVG ) is a kind of intractable eye disease with complex etiology, strong destruction and poor effect on treatment. Extensive retinal ischemia and hypoxia is the main etiology, and the key of treatment is early diagnosis, active prevention and taking effective measures to prevent the production of vascular endothelial growth factor. According to the related literature over recent years, the authors will discuss pros and cons for medical, surgical and combined treatment in this review.

Objective To survey about the health status, the activity of daily living conditions and their influencing factors among the elderly in Anhui province, to provide the reference for the current health service system reform of China. Methods 1 424 older persons were selected by Cluster sampling and random sampling methods. The chronic diseases prevalence rate, the damage of ADL among the elderly were investigated. The main influencing factors related to the damage of ADL was analyzed by single and multiple variable logistic regression model. Results The older persons with aging, lose fare or divorce, multiple chronic disease and smoking habit were at high risk to ADL damage, but physical exercise, high income and well health knowledge may be protective factors which can reduce the ADL damage rate. Different kind of chronic diseases played the different role in the ADL damage among the elderly. Conclusion The conditions of ADL damage remains serious among the elderly and there are a lot of affected factors. How to find the effective preventive intervention for the elderly and put it into practice, improve their quality of health living are new social problems in china.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2017;33(8):1209-1212
Objective To evaluate the usefulness of diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gallbladder wall thickening diseases. Methods 42 patients with gallbladder wall thickening (16 patients with carcinoma and 26 patients with benign lesion) were included in this study. All patients performed conventional MRI and DWI.The diagnostic performances of three methods (conventional MRI,visual assessment of color fusion image from DWI and T2WI,and ADC measurement) were evaluated by two radiologists. Results The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve were 0.570,0.849,0.901 for conventional MRI,visual assessment and ADC measurement respectively. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity were 59.5%,62.5%,57.7% for conventional MRI,85.7%,81.2%,88.5% for visual assessment of color fusion image, and 83.3%,80.0%,85.2% for ADC measurement, respectivily. The mean ADC value of gallbladder cacinoma[(1.15±0.35)×10-3mm2/s]was significantly less than that of gallbladder benign lesion [(1.99±0.61)×10-3mm2/s](P<0.01).Conclusion The DWI(visual assessment of color fusion image and ADC measurement)might be a useful tool for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the gallbladder wall thickening diseases.

Objective Recently,it was reported the analy sis of bone free radical by using electron spin resonance (ESR),so this article aimed to determine the changes of bone free radical in fluoresis rats. Methods To analyze the free radical level of bone in fluoresis rats fed with different dose of calcium by ESR method. Results The free radical of bone in the group of low ca lcium level and the group low calcium+fluorides was higher than that in the cont rol group (P<0.01),but that in normal animal feeds (calcium-rich)+fluoride group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusions Low doses of fluoride did not resulted in the increase of free radical in calcium-rich condition at short time, but at low calcium condition, fluoride could increase the level of free radical, these suggested that simple overdose of fluoride did not change the level of free radical of bone.
