Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(10):-
Doctor's degree is the highest degree for medical education.Nowadays, medical doctor candidates in more and more medical universities are requested to publish research papers in intemational journals embodied in Science Citation Index(SCI),or they can not graduate with doctor's degree. So,it is significant for medical doctor candidates to learn the related knowledge about SCI and Impact Factor(IF).

Chinese Journal of Urology 2014;35(10):771-773
Objective To compare the diagnostic accuracy of conventional urodynamic (CUD) and ambulatory urodynamic monitoring (AUM) in diagnosis of female stress urinary incontinence (SUI).Methods Forty women with SUI were prospectively enrolled and performed urodynamic studies after the ICI-Q-SF questionnaire.According to clinical symptoms, patients were divided into three groups:mild, moderate and severe group.Half patients in each groups performed CUD exam, and the other half of patients performed AUM exam. And two micturition cycles were recorded during AUM.Results There were no significant differrences in age, pregnant production times and ICI-Q-SF score between two groups.Three patients with SUI symptoms had negative findings in AUM group and 15 patients in CUD group (P<0.05).Among women with SUI,1 1 patients had positive findings in AUM group and 2 patients in CUD group (P< 0.05).Conclusion AUM can provide objective evidence for the majority of patients with SUI than CUD.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(04):-
Objective: To determine the condition of drying process for Radix Tripterygii Wilfordii extract. Methods: Under different dying temperature and time, both triptolide and triptophenolide extracted from extract of Radix Tripterygii Wilfordii were measured. Results: After Radix Tripterygii Wilfordi extract was dried for 48 hours at 80 ?C , loss of triptophenolide and triptolide was relatively low, but after dried more than 48 hours at 100 ?C , the content of triptophenolide and triptolide reduced by 15.0%~30.0%. Conclusion: Drying temperature for Radix Tripteryqii Wilfordii extract should be controlled under 80 ?C .
7.DNA POLYMORPHISM OF YERSINIA ENTEROCOLITICA
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(01):-
To investigate the inherent characteristics of the pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR),analysis of DNA sequence, randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) were used to study the pathogenic and nonpathogenic 10 strains of Yersinia enterocolitica. The Pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica of serotyps 0∶3?0∶9 and 0∶5,27 were confirmed containing pathogenic gene of adherent invasion locus(ail) and their DNA fingerprints were much more similar, and it was also found that the serotype 0∶22 contained ail gene whose fingerprints was partly similar with the pathogenic ones in molecular structure. The pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica strains were similar in the inherent and polymorphic. The serotype 0∶22 may have relativly evaluated association with pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica, which is possible that it got potentially pathogenicity.

Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Sanqi), the underground part of Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F. H. Chen (Araliaceae) is commonly used in Chinese medicine for treatment of haemorrhage, haemostasis, swelling, etc. The aerial part including leaves, flowers and fruits are also applied for similar functions. Triterpenoid saponins are considered to be responsible for the biological activities of Sanqi. Up to date, more than 100 saponins have been isolated from theroots, rhizomes, leaves, flowers and fruits of P. notoginseng. The reported saponins can be classified into protopanaxadiol (PPD), protopanaxatriol (PPT), C17 side-chain varied and other types, according to the skeletons of the aglycons. The present review summarizes the saponins isolated from P. notoginseng and their distribution in different medicinal organs, as well as the pharmacological actions on cardiovascular system.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(19):2848-2849
Objective To compare the clinical value of hepatitis C virus (HCV)antibody(HCV-Ab),hepatitis C virus core anti-gen (HCV-cAg),hepatitis C virus ribonucleic acid (HCV-RNA)in diagnosis for hepatitis C.Methods A total of 258 patients with hepatitis C were recruited in this study,HCV-RNA was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR detection,HCV-Ab and HCV-cAg were detected by the double antigen sandwich ELISA statutory, and the test data was analyze. Results The result of HCV-Ab detection was significant difference with those of HCV-cAg and HCV-RNA detection respectively(P <0.05),HCV-cAg and HCV-RNA detection had no significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion The coincidence rate of HCV-cAg detection and HCV-RNA detection was high, and complement with HCV-Ab,the early detection could be done to prevent the omission of HCV infection and to improve the detection rate.

Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of alginate impressions using three- step flushing approach with alkaline electrolyzed- oxidizing water (AEOW), neutral water, acidic electrolyzed-reductive water (AERW) in sequence, and therefore explore a convenient, safe and efficient approach for disinfection of impressions. Methods 60 pairs of alginate impressions of left maxillary dentition and right maxillary dentition were taken from 60 patients set the left ones and the right ones into the experimental group and the control group randomly. For the experimental group, the impressions were flushed with AEOW, neutral water and AERW in sequence, for the control group, the impressions were flushed with water. Then the disinfection effect of the two groups at different flushing time was compared. Results The number of bacterial on the alginate impressions was reduced in both groups at 3, 6 and 9 minutes. The number of bacterial of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at the same time point, the differences were statistically significant,Z values were -6.160, -6.159, -5.920 respectively, P<0.01. The disinfection effect of the three- step flushing approach was 80.29%, 92.91%, 97.98% at 3, 6 and 9 minutes respectively. The killing rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at the same time, the differences were statistically significant, χ2 values were 13.51, 12.11, 8.31 respectively, P<0.01. Conclusions The disinfection effect of the three - step flushing approach for 6 minutes can reach a satisfactory level. Hence, the three- step flushing approach is a convenient, safe, and efficient approach for disinfection of impressions.
