1.Observation on postoperative analgesia effect of sacral canal injection of dezocine before procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids operation

Objective To observe postoperative analgesia effect of sacral canal injection of dezocine before procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids operation.Methods A total of 160 patients with mixed hemorrhoid were divided into two groups:observation group(n=80)and control group(n=80).Dezocine 5 mg was injected in sacral canal before operation in observation group and same dose of saline was injected in control group.The postoperative analgesia effect,complication and general condition of patients were observed.Results Compared with the control group,significandy more slightless in pain were found in observation group.There was no effect on the wound healing time of patients.The rate of complication in observation group was lower.Conclusion The sacral canal injection of dezocine was a safe,simple and effective analgesic method.
2.Anastomotic fistula of esophagus cancer and cardiac cancer

Objective To explore the cause of anastomotie fistula after esophagus cancer and cardiac cancer operation and its prevention and treatment.Methods After excising the tumors,the esophagogastrostomy was performed in 60 cases,in which the cervical anastomose in 48 cases and intrathoracic anastomose was adopted in 12 cases.We retrospectively analyzed its prevention and treatment. Results Caevial anastomose in 48 cases,4 patients with anastomotic fistula in the died,while none of 12 cases in the cervical anastomose died. Conclusions Careful procedure and improving the anastomotic methods are the key factors to reduse the anastomotic fistula,the accurate control of infection and full nutritive support are the effective methods to decrease the mortality rate of this disease.

The resources development for institutional repository between college and university libraries in China and USA was comparatively analyzed in aspects of its richness,usability,normality and sustainability with C9 League Colleges and Universities in China and Ivy League Colleges and Universities in USA as examples,which showed that the construction of institutional repository in domestic college and university library is still at its initial stage,its usability and normality are limited,and its sustainability is not so promising.
4.The function of biomedical engineering discipline in the medical device adverse events monitoring

Objective:To study biomedical engineers’ working function in medical device adverse events monitoring.Methods: According to the core function of biomedical engineering discipline and the related theory of adverse events, we analyzed the complexity and difficulty of medical device adverse event monitoring, pointed out the major jobs of biomedical engineers and combined with the medical device maintenance case analysis.Results: The risk management of medical device is the working focus of biomedical engineers. Biomedical engineers have professional advantages in medical device adverse event monitoring.Conclusions: Based on discipline advantages and working core functions, the biomedical engineers can report high quality medical device adverse events and analyze and deal with them in time.
5.Application of modified agarose electrophoresis for detecting bone alkaline phosphatase isoenzyme in diagnosis of bone metastasisof prostate carcinoma

Objective To discuss the application of improved agarose electrophoresis for detecting bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP) isoenzymes in the diagnosis of metastasis in prostate carcinoma(PCa).Methods Serum ALP isoenzymes in 50 persons undergoing physical examination and 163 cases of PCa were detected by the improved agarose electrophoresis after treating serum by neuraminidase.Results (1)The resolution of liver and bone ALP by the common agarose gel electrophoresis was lower,and which was increased by the modified agarose electrophoresis.(2)Total ALP and BALP in the PCa group were higher than those in the control group;total ALP and BALP activity in the PCa bone metastasis group were higher than those in the control group and non-metastasis group(P<0.05),there were no statistical difference in BALP and total ALP between the non-bone metastasis group and control group(P>0.05).BALP and total ALP in bone metastasis of prostate carcinoma were higher than no bone metastasis.Conclusion Bone ALP has a certain correlation with PCa bone metastasis,also between bone ALP and bone metastasis of carcinoma.After treating serum by neuraminidase,adopting the improved agarose gel electrophoresis for separating ALP isozymes contributes to the clinical auxiliary diagnosis of PCa bone metastasis.
6.Diagnostic significance of combined detection of tumor markers in breast cancer

Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) ,tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) and carbohydrate antigen 153 (CA153) in breast cancer .Methods Serum levels of LPA ,TSGF and CA153 were detected in 97 cases of breast cancer (cancer group) ,43 cases of benign breast disease (benign group) and 50 healthy females (control group) .Diagnostic significances of these parameters were analyzed .Results Serum levels of LPA ,TSGF and CA153 in cancer group were significantly higher than benign group and control group (P<0 .05) .Diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of LPA ,TSGF and CA153 was higher than individual testing (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Combined detection of tumor mark‐ers could improve the diagnostic specificity and sensitivity of breast cancer ,and provide reliable experimental basis for diagnosis .
7.Investigation and analysis of undergraduate medical college students anxiety in Henan Province

Objective To investigate the actual level of anxiety in Xinxiang Medical University ,and determine the factors that cause anxiety in college students so as to provide basis for carrying out psychological work in university .Methods 848 sopho‐more and junior students in Xinxiang Medical University were assessed with the SAS .Results The anxiety detection rate of the students in Xinxiang Medical University was 20 .3% ;In the studied factors ,the detection rate of anxiety in sex ,grade of students , mother′s educational level ,student financial condition ,academic stress and ability of interpersonal was different significantly(P<0 .05) .Significant difference was not found in father′s education level ,students with professional satisfaction and only children or not (P>0 .05) .Conclusion The students′anxiety is in a high level and the formation of students anxiety is related to various fac‐tors ,which should be given attention by the school ,family and related departments ,so as to provide help for comprehensively im‐proving student mental health .
8.Thymoma with pure red cell aplasia

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of thymoma with pure red cell aplasia(PRCA).Methods: From May 1999 to March 2006,the cases of thymoma with PRCA were treated.The clinical data was analysed and the Chinese literature was reviewed.Results:The cases of thymoma with PRCA accounted for 4.2%(3/70)of total thymoma treated in the same period,2 cases underwent thymomectomy.No recurrences of thymoma or PRCA was found in 1 case 3 years and 1 case 6 months after operation.There was no effect on 1 case undergoing surgical exploration only.Conclusion: Thymoectomy is the first choice for thymoma with PRCA.The long term effects should be further followed up.
9.Closure of atrial septal defect with occluder by minimally invasive operation

Objective:To Summarize the experience of atrail septal defecf (ASD) closure with occluder by minimally invasive operation. Methods:Six patients with ASD were treated by microcnvasive method to close ASD with special occluder device. The age of patients was 27 to 57 years. The diameter of ASD was 22 to 40mm. All patients were anaesthetized and a 2-3cm long incision was made in the 4th intercostal space of right side of sternum. All the cases were treated with special occluder device under the echocardiography guidance. Results:ASDs of 5 cases were successfully occluded. No Complications happened. They were discharged from the hospital 3 to 5 days after the operation. After 3 to 15 months tracing,no risidual shunt was found,heart size and function were improved. Conelusion:The minimally invasive operation to close ASD with special occluder device is safe and efficient. The Long-term follow-up remains to be studied. [
10.Experiences of Training Advanced Doctors in Cardiothoracic Surgery

During training cardiothoracic surgery advanced doctors,the teachers instituted reasonable feasible training plans for every advanced doctor individually according to their own characteristicses.At the same time,the teachers paid much attention to the basal knowledge and basal theories,the basal skills,which we called "three basic" training.In the training,the teachers also emphasized the clinic ideations training.Moralities and ethos working as doctors were brought forward,so that advanced doctors' legal consciousnesses and the ability of dealing with medical disputes.Advanced doctors were trained in their research and study abilities by using the advantages of teaching hospital,and the effects were satisfactory.
