1.The importance of PTEN protein and CD44v6 detection to the prediction of laryngocarcinoma differentiation and cervical lymph node metastasis
Cancer Research and Clinic 2009;21(6):390-392,395
Objective To investigate the importance of PTEN protein and CD44v6 detection to the prediction of laryngeal carcinoma differentiation and cervical lymph node metastasis. Methods The expressions of PTEN protein and CD44v6 were detected by immunohistochemical SP method in 97 specimens with laryngeal carcinoma and 97 specimens with a distance over 2.5 centimeters from laryngeal carcinoma. The relations between them and their clinical significance to the laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma above Glottis by the statistical analyses tools were revealed. Results The positive expression rates of PTEN protein were respectively 55.67 %, 100 % in laryngeal carcinoma and adjacent carcinoma tissue. There was a significant difference between them statistically (P<0.01). The positive expression rates of PTEN protein are notable difference among the high, middle and low differentiation of laryngeal carcinoma, but not between the positive metastasis of lymph node of neck and the negative one(P >0.05). For the expression of CD44v6, there were notable statistical difference not only among the different differentiation of laryngeal careinoma, but also between the positive metastasis of lymph node of neck and the negative one. The low expressions of PTEN protein and the high expression of CD44v6 in the same carcinoma cell has significant negative correlation (P< 0.05). Conclusion PTEN protein may have the importance to the differentiation of laryngeal carcinoma, but no means to cervical lymph node metastasis. CD44v6 may have great importance to both.
2.Functional Articulation Disorders: 65 Children Report
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2011;17(7):688-690
Objective To study the clinical characteristics and treatment of functional articulation disorders. Methods 65 children withfunctional articulation disorders were reported. Results The main erroneous articulation pattern in these children was substitution, followedby omission and/or distortion. They were trained from oral function and articulation motion for 2~6 months. 58 children were corrected completely, and 7 were corrected partially. Conclusion The main erroneous articulation pattern of functional articulation disorder in children issubstitution. Speech training is effective on it.
4.The value of echocardiography in diagnosis of fetal tetralogy of Fallot
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2014;(11):1191-1193
Objective Tetralogy of Fallo( TOF) is one of cyanotic congenital heart disease, which is difficultly diagonosed because of its complicated texture. The aim of this study was to evaluate the manifestation and value of echocardiography in diagnosis of TOF. Methods The fetal sonograms of 99 fetuses with prenatal diagnosis of TOF in 5791 gravida were reviewed and analyzed from January 2010 to December 2012. Results Ninty nine fetuses with TOF were all diagnosed accurately by prenatal ultrasonography, including 11 cases with pulmonary atresia, 2 cases with complete atrio-ventricular septal defect and 4 cases with permanent left superior vena cava. The key echocardiographic features of TOF were ventricular septal defect, overriding aorta and pulmonary stenosis.TOF was accurately diagnosed by prenatal echoeardiography combined with visualization of TOF in four chamber view, outflow tract view and three vessels view.Sixty eight fetuses were confirmed to be TOF by autopsy or operation after birth, 12 cases refused to autopsy and 19 cases lost of follow up in the total 99 cases.None of TOF was reported to us in other 5692 gravidas. Conclusion The echocardio-graphy has important clinic value in diagnosis of fetal TOF with high sensitivity and specificity.

Objective To investigate the effect of different concentrations of arsenic trioxide (As2O3,ATO) on neurokinin A (NKA) in renal tissue of BXSB mice and explore its clinical value. Methods Fifty BXSB mice (twelve weeks old and weighted 23~26 g) were randomly divided into control group, systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) group, and therapeutic group of three different concentrations of ATO.All biochemical indicators were analyzed before and after treatment. The pathology of renal tissue was examined by immunohistochemistry. The concentration of NKA in renal tissues was detected by ELISA and the concentration of NKA mRNA was detected by RT-PCR.Results The concentration of NKA in SLE group in renal tissue (299±26) pg/g was significantly higher than that of normal control group (122±7) pg/g (P<0.05).The concentration of NKA in the SLE group in renal tissue was significantly higher than that of three different concentrations of ATO in low-dose group (151±14) pg/g,moderate--dose group (147±9) pg/g and in highdose group (155±14) pg/g (P<0.05).No difference was found between three different dosages of ATO treatment groups and normal control groups (P>0.05).There were no significant differences among three different dosages of ATO treatment group (P>0.05).The side effects in low-dose group were significantly lower than those of moderate and high-dosage groups (P<0.05).Conclustion NKA concentration expressed in the renal tissues in the SLE group is higher than that in the control group.Decreasing the concentrations of NKA mRNA in renal tissues may be one of the important mechanisms of ATO in treating SLE.Low-dosage ATO is safe and effective to treat SLE and has therapeutic potentials.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2014;13(5):529-533
Objective To discuss the efficacy of applying management-by-objectives(MBO) in the hospital-level nursing quality control group. Methods Goals of objective management and assessment details were set by leaders of quality control groups along with the nursing department at the beginning of the year. The nine subordinate groups performed upon the required criteria, completed the quality inspection on time and recorded group activities. At the end of the year, group leaders reported to the hospital-level nursing quality committee and head nurses about their performances, where several major honors were rewarded to the best performing groups.SPSS 17.0 software was used for data statistics. The measurement data were analyzed by paired t test data while enumeration data by chi-square test. Results Scores of assessment items were significantly raised after implementing MBO(P<0.05).Scores of key items, such as high quality care, emergency management, nursing skill, were increased to (98.1 ± 2.2),(97.7 ±2.7),(99.6±0.6),(96.1 ±2.1)from (93.6 ±2.5)(P=0.009),(93.0 ± 2.6) (P=0.009),(96.2 ± 1.3) (P=0.000) and (89.3 ± 4.5) (P--0.000),respectively.Care complaints were sharply dropped for all inpatient wards while numbers of management innovationand process reengineering were greatly increased (x2=8.884,P=0.031).Condusion Introduction of MBO in the hospital-level nursing quality control group does facilitate the continuous improvement of care quality.

Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1994;0(05):-
Objective To explore the role of plasmids in inducing drug-resistance in Neisseria gonor-rhoeae.Methods The change of drug-susceptibility in Neisseria gonorrhoeae was compared before and after experiments of resistant plasmids conjugation, transformation and deleting. Results The drug-resistance was transferred from resistant strains to sensitive strains through the conjugation and transformation of resistant plasmids, while the drug susceptibility could be recovered through deleting such plasmids from resistant strains. Conclusion The plasmids play an important role in the development of drug-resistance in Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
