Results　The shape and ultrastructure of myocytes became complicated gradually with development. Conclusion　All the changes are related to function of blood supply of human fetal heart.

Objective To investigate the bilateral flow-mediated dilation of brachial artery (BA-FMD) and nitroglycerin mediated dilation (BA-NMD) in patients with cerebral infarct, and to find out if the vasodilation of internal catotid artery after sublingual administration of nitroglycerin can be detected as a more direct way to reflect the vasodilation in patients with cerebral vascular diseases. Methods High resolution ultrasonic system was used to measure 13 patients with acute cerebral infarction. The diameter of brachial artery, internal carotid artery and common carotid artery was measured at relaxation, reactive congestion in the brachial artery and after sublingual administration of nitroglycerin. Meanwhile, the intima media thickness (IMT) and plaques of carotid artery was detected. Results Paralysis did not lead to differences in vasodilation of brachial artery (r=0.52, P=0.07). There was a correlation between ICA-NMD and BA-NMD (r=0.83, P=0.01). Conclusion There were no significant differences between brachial vasodilation in paretic and non-paretic limbs of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Ultrasonic measurement of ICA-NMD can be a more direct measure of the vasodilation of patients with cerebral infarction.

Objective To investigate the relevant factors for fungal infection following pancreatoduodenectomy and offer the theoretical foundation for preventing the emergence of complications after operation. Methods Medical records from 562 consecutive patients who underwent pancreatoduodenectomy in this hospital from 1995 to 2005 were retrospectively reviewed by using single factor and non-condition Logistic regression analyse. Results ①Seventy-eight patients (13.9%) developed invasive fungal infection. The most frequently isolated fungal were Candida albicans accounted for 67.0%, and followed by Candida glabrata, Candida papasilosis and Candida tropicalis and gastrointestinal tract was the most common infection site, followed by respiratory tract, abdominal cavity. ②Fungal infection occurred significantly more often in patients with the length of time in parenteral nutrition, antibiotic use or abdominal cavity complications. Conclusion The most common infection site and isolated fungal associated with pancreatoduodenectomy were gastrointestinal tract and Candida albicans. Abdominal cavity complications such as pancreatic fistula, biliary fistula and abdominal infection and extended use parenteral nutrition and antibiotic are the most important factors leading to invasive fungal infection after pancreatoduodenctomy. Eliminating the various risk factors will decrease the incidence of fungal infection.

The experiment was performed at Basic Medical College and First Affiliated Hospital, Zhengzhou University from September 2004 to December 2005. Totally 60 Kunming mice were divided into 5 groups randomly: ①blank control group (n =15) and simple radiation group (n =15). The mice were given 0.2 mL sterile saline by intraperitoneal injection. ②antineoplastic polypeptide from Buthus Martensii Venom (APBMV) group (n =10) and APBMV plus radiation group (n =10) received 0.2 mL APBMV according to prepared concentration by intraperitoneal injection. ③Katsutoxin extract Ⅲ plus radiation group (n =10) received 0.2 mL katsutoxin extract Ⅲ by intraperitoneal injection every other 5.5 hours for 7 days. After 24 hours from the last injection, the mice were endured 60Co g ray radiation (80 cm, 7.5 Gy irradiation dose, 0.27 Gy/min dose rate). Then katsutoxin extract Ⅲ was given same as above for 7 days. Then bone marrow was extracted to be cultured to colony-forming unit-granulocyte and monocyte (CFU-GM). ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Jiuqiang Naoliqing(JNQ) on the TXA2 and PGI2 level in spontaneous hypertension rat (SHR) plasma.MethodsThe plasma was separated after the SHR and Wistar rats were treated with JNQ at the dose of 0.133g/kg,0.265g/kg,0.530g/kg and 1% carboxymethyl cellulose respectively for 5 weeks. The level of TXB2 and 6 keto PGF1α ,stable metabolin of TXA2 and PGI 2,in SHR plasma was tested by radioimmunoassay.ResultsThe level of TXB2 and the ratio of TXB2/6 keto PGF1α (T/P) in SHR plasma increased significantly(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the concentration of 6 keto PGF1α between Wistar rats and SHR plasma(P>0.05). JNQ could increase the generation of 6 keto PGF1α and decrease the level of TXB2 and T/P in SHR plasma after treated with different dosages for 5 weeks.ConclusionJNQ may improve the balance between TXA2 and PGI2 in SHR plasma.

Objective To investigate the sleep quality of teachers from preschool institution and related factors.Methods Totally 220 teachers of various preschool institution in Shandong and Beijing were selected by cluster sampling and surveyed with questionnaire including Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI).Results ①There were 27.7％ of the teachers having sleeping problems.②There was statistical significance by sleep disorder,using of sleep medications,daytime dysfunction,the PSQI scores of groups were significantly different (P ＜0.05).③Age of 36 ～ 40 years old (2.00 ± 0.71),married teachers (1.57 ± 0.72),seniority in 36 ～ 40 years,length of service in 13-17 years (1.75 ± 1.03) and ＞ 18 years (1.76 ± 0.66),form teacher(1.50 ± 0.71),formal staff teachers(1.63 ± 0.71)in sleep disorder were significantly higher than other teachers in their group and the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).College degree (0.22 ± 0.68),private kindergarden teachers (0.65 ± 0.90)in using of sleep medications were significantly higher than other teachers in their group,the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).formal staff teachers (1.33 ± 0.77) in daytime dysfunction were significantly higher than other teachers in their group and the difference was significant(P＜ 0.05).@The multiple factor logistic regression analysis demonstrated that sleeping quality of preschool institution ’s teachers were associated with having breakfast,regular diet,work breaks,insist on physical excise,Job burnout.Conclusion The sleep disorder is serious among teachers of preschool institution.

This study was aimed to establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method coupled with Evaporative Light-scattering Detector (ELSD) in order to develop the determination of fingerprint of terpene lactones in Ginkgo biloba tablets. An Agilent Extend-C18 (4.6 mm í 250 mm, 5 μm) was employed as the analysis column and the normal propyl alcohol-tetrahydrofuran-water (1:15:84) as mobile phase. The column temperature was 30℃. And the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. HPLC coupled with electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry (Q-TOF MS) was used to identify the common peaks. The fingerprint was further evaluated by chemometrics methods including principal component analysis (PCA), similarity analysis (SA) and hierarchical clus-tering analysis (HCA). The results showed that the precision, stability and repeatability of this method were favorable. Five common peaks were identified by LC/Q-TOF MS as ginkgolide J ( M ) , C , A , B and bilobalide , respectively . Fourteen batches of Ginkgo biloba tablets were determined. With the aid of PCA, SA and HCA, the common pattern of the fingerprint of terpene lactones was established. Samples were divided into 4 clusters by their quality differ-ence. It was concluded that the method established in this paper can be used for quality evaluation of terpene lac-tones in G ink go b ilob a tablets.
