This paper stated the design of DPK colour LCD module and its application for the medical instrument. The hardware interface between MCS-51 and DPK LCD module is presented and the software driver base on KeilC51 language is introduced in this paper. The LCD module is well used in the "Cerebral oximeter for the newborn".

Objective To observe clinical effect of treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in exacerbation stage with aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with Chinese herbal enema. Methods 36 cases with COPD were randomly recurited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with Chinese herbal enema. The clinical effect was observed in both groups, Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 88.9% and 72.2%, respectively, showing significant difference between the two group. (P<0.05) .Conclusion The treatment of aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with Chinese herbal enema on COPD is better than routine western medicine.

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of SCH 1000 combined with Tanreqing on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD). Methods 96 patients with COPD were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with SCH 1000 aerosol and the treatment group was treated with SCH 1000 aerosol combined with Tanreqing injection. Results The treatment group had better clinical curative effects than the control group, with (P<0.05) .Conclusion The treatment of SCH 1000 combined with Tanreqing on COPD is effective.

The doctor-patient relationship is always the focus in the society. The relationship seems more complex and sensitive in the pediatric surgical ward because its patients are kids. However, the pediatric surgical residents' ability of doctor-patient communication is lack of systemic and norma-tive training, which is not good for the mutual understanding between doctors and patients. This study explores how to enhance the residents' doctor-patient communication skills from the perspective of awareness, professional knowledge and some specific skills. In the meantime, it discusses the need to train the teachers and set up a regular examination-assessment system.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the location of anterior cruciate ligament rupture (ACL) and the areas of bone bruises in patients with an acute ACL injury.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on MRI of patients with ACL injuries from January to June 2019. According to the location of the ACL rupture on the distal to proximal length, the patients were divided into 5 groups, namely Type I, >90%; Type II, 75%-90%; Type III, 25%-75%; Type IV, 10%-25%, Type V, <10%. Gender, weight, body mass index, depth of lateral femoral condyle notch, and medial meniscus injury were compared among the five groups. The sagittal plane images of ePDWSPIRCLEAR sequence were selected to define the layer with the largest contusion areas of femur and tibia respectively. The maximum bone contusion areas of these two layers was measured using Image J 1.52t software.Results:Among the 63 cases of acute ACL injury, three cases (4.8%) were with type I tear, 14 cases (22.2%) with type II tear, 40 cases (63.5%) with type III tear, 2 cases (3.2%) with type IV tear, and 4 cases (6.3%) with Type V tear. There was no contusion of lateral femoral condyle or lateral tibial plateau bone in type I and type IV. The lateral femoral condyle bone contusion areas was 0 (0, 64.12) mm 2 in type II, 182.34 (86.58, 334.38) mm 2 in Type III, 38.64(0, 193.36) mm 2 in Type V with statistically significant difference ( H=21.665, P=0.000). The largest areas of bone contusion in the lateral tibial plateau was 76.78(28.25, 205.57) mm 2 in type II, 120.93(51.78, 239.37) mm 2 in Type III, 190.51(80.86, 238.75) mm 2 in Type V with statistically significant difference ( H=11.939, P=0.018). The maximum bone contused areas of the lateral tibial plateau in the medial meniscus injury group was 48.0(0, 105.97) mm 2, which was smaller than that in the non-injury group 185.67(54.36, 257.41) mm 2 ( H=8.848, P=0.003). The maximum bone contusion areas of the lateral femoral condyle in the injured group was 162.19(63.03, 301.33) mm 2, which was greater than 0(0, 103.37) mm 2 in the uninjured group ( H=11.554, P=0.001). Conclusion:ACL rupture often occurs in the middle segment. The middle segment ACL fracture combined with lateral meniscus injury had with the highest probability and with the largest area of bone contusion of lateral femoral condyle. The fracture of the ACL at the farthest terminal has the largest bone contusion areas of the lateral tibial plateau and with the lowest probability of combined injury of the medial meniscus.

Objective To investigate the influence of d iagnostic needle biopsy (prior to MRI) on the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) s taging of prostate cancer. Methods Ten patients suspicio us of prostate cancer were enrolled in this study.MRI was performed both prior t o transrectal sextant biopsy and a week after biopsy.The MRI staging of prostate cancer before and after biopsy was compared. Results Al l the 10 patients were classified as stage B before biopsy,while 9 of the 10,wer e classified as stage C 6～8 days (mean,7 days) after biopsy.The post-biopsy MR I staging was higher than that of pre-biopsy because of bleeding due to biopsy. Conclusions When MRI examination was performed within o ne week after needle biopsy,the MRI staging of prostate cancer would be influenc ed because of bleeding due to biopsy.Our data suggested that MRI should be perfo rmed prior to needle biopsy in suspicious cases of prostate cancer.

Objective To investigate molecular typing and drug resistance patterns of 98 Klebsiella pneumoniae (K.pneumoniae) isolated from type 2 diabetes patients complicated with maxillofacial infection,to research the virulence and resistance mechanisms.Methods The study was a prospective study that adopted the method of continuous sampling from fixed location,from March 2010 to October 2012.The maxillofacial surgery patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes complicated with maxillofacial infection were chosen in 7 hospitals in Zhengzhou as the research object,and a total of 431 pus sample were collected continuously,in which 98 strains K.pneumoniae were isolated and identified.The Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion test was conducted in 98 strains to determine the resistance to 19 antibacterial agents.K.pneumoniae chromosomal DNA were digested by restriction endonuclease Xba Ⅰ and analyzed by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE).PFGE patterns of K.pneumoniae strains were analyzed using Fingerprinting software.The relationship between the molecular types and resistance phenotype was observed.The extended spectrum β-1actamase-producing K.pneumoniae were screened out by the double disc synergy test (DDST)Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect resistant genotypes,serotype and virulence genes.The purified PCR products of resistant genes were cloned and sequenced.Hypermucoviscosity phenotype of all strains were determined by string test.Results Much severer drug-resistance for K.pneumoniae was identified and the result of extended-spectrum beta-lactamase producing rate was 57.1 ％.Ninety-eight strains were dispatched into 13 groups by PFGE.No dominant bands and specific extended-spectrum beta-lactamase DNA bands were found.The results of PCR showed that among the 56 strains of extended spectrum β-lactamase-producing K.pneumoniae,40 were positive for blaSHV (accounting for 71.4％),28 positive for blaTEM (accounting for 50.5％),21 positive for blaCTX-M (accounting tor 37.5％).The sequencing results were as follows:TEM-1,CTX-M-3 and a variety of SHV.Serotype K1,K2,K3,K5,K20,K54 and K57 and 3 kinds of virulence genes were detected,but not in strong toxicity-based.Hypermucoviscosity positive rate was 31.6％ (31/98).Conclusion Much severer drug resistance of K.pneumoniae in this study was identified and resistant mechanism was complex,in which strong toxicity serotype and virulence geues exist,which need more attention from clinical.

Objective To investigate the correlation of serum advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and the expression of receptor for AGE (RAGE) with mental disorders in senile people. Methods All the subjects aged 65～67 years were divided into 4 groups: healthy control (31 cases), Alzheimer's disease (AD) (36 eases), vascular dementia (VD) (20 cases) and mental disorder (MD) (28 cases). Fluorospectrophotometry was carried out to measure the AGEs levels in serum samples, and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to determine the mRNA levels of RAGE in white blood cells. Results AGEs levels were 477. 1±36.2, 512. 6±33.2 and 415.2±32.5 AU/ml in AD, VD and MD group, respectively, which were higher than that in healthy control group (357.4±28. 2) AU/ml (F=3.77,P<0. 05). The mRNA levels of RAGE(RAGE/b- actin) were found to be 1.12±0.34, 1.27±0.41 and 1.18±0.42 in AD, VD and MD group, respectively, which were also significantly higher than that in healthy control group(0. 92±0. 37, F= 4. 07,P<0. 01). However, no significant differences were found in RAGE mRNA levels among the three groups of AD,VD and MD (F=0. 979,P>0. 05). The mRNA levels of RAGE in WBCs were found to be positively correlated with the serum AGEs levels (r=0. 442, P<0. 01). Conclusions Compared with patients in healthy control group, the serum AGEs levels and RAGE mRNA levels are significantly increased in patients with AD, VD and MD. The interaction between AGEs and RAGE may be involved in the pathogenesis of mental disorders in senile people.

OBJECTIVE： To determine the gentamycin sulphate,ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in nasal drops without need of separation.METHODS： Gentamycin was determined via the dihydrolutidine derivatives produced by Hantzsh reaction using UV-spectrophotometry.The detecting wavelengths was 330nm.A dual-wavelength spectrophotometry was used for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate.The detecting wavelengths were 256.5nm and 241.6nm and the reference wavelengths were 228.4nm and 266.4nm for ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate,respectively.RESULTS： The average recovery rates of gentamycin sulphate,ephedrine hydrochloride and dexamethasone sodium phosphate were 100.74％ (CV=0.2％ ,r=0.9 999,n=5),100.15％ (CV=0.66％ ,r=0.9 997,n=5)and 99.46％ (CV=0.35,r=0.9 996,n=5)respectively.CONCLUSION： This method is simple,rapid,accurate and stable and suitable for rapid quality control of compound gentamycin sulphate nasal drops.
