Chinese Journal of Health Management 2011;05(5):288-291
Objective To study the characteristics of serum lipid metabolism in cadres aged 90 and above. Methods A total of 105 in-patient cadres aged 90 and above were assigned to the longevity group, and another 85 in-patient cadres aged 60 to 80 years were used as controls.Medical history of the participants were retrospectively reviewed, and serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),apoB,apoA-I,Lp(a)and body mass index(BMI)were tested. Results Compared with the control group,TC,TG,LDL-C,apoB and non-HDL-C were significantly decreased in the longevity group[3.90 +0.89 vs 4.36 ± 1.06,0.89(0.57)vs 1.16(0.69),2.35 ±0.72 vs 2.70 ±0.88,0.68 ±0.19 vs 0.75 ±0.22,2.69 ±0.79 vs 3.18 ± 1.00,respectively].However,HDL-C/TC and HDL-C/LDL-C were significantly increased in the longevity group [0.32 ±0.084 vs 0.28 ±0.082,0.52(0.22)vs 0.43(0.28),respectively].Lp(a)of the longevity group was higher than that of the control group, although no statistically significant difference was found.BMI of the longevity group was significantly lower than that of the control group. In the longevity group, the percentage of individual who were combined with hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and overweight/fat was lower (24.8% vs 43.5%).Conclusions Serum lipid level is relatively lower in cadres aged 90 and above, and those who are combined with hypertension, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and overweight/fat are significantly lower in this populations.
2.Effect and Mechanism of Immobilization on Skeletal Muscle (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(12):1024-1025
Immobilization is a usual method to treat the injury of skeletal muscle system and plays an important role in rehabilitation of diseases. But immobilization also displays some negative effects, of all, muscle system is affected significantly. The mechanism is explored in the article from immobilization-induced skeletal muscle atrophy, the dropping of muscle power, reduction of vessels density in muscle and metabolic disturbance of muscle. The authors of the article advances that shortening the period of immobilization as possible and performing early rehabilitation are important to remove the negative influence of immobilization, but all treatments should obey the medical rules.

Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 2017;24(2):78-81,85
Objective:To investigate the incidence and related factors with sarcopenia in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods:A total of 131 patients with non-hospitalized maintenance hemodialysis who had been maintained for at least 3 months and in a stable condition were enrolled in a cross-sectional study.Bioelectric impedance analysis (BIA) method was employed to examine the muscle mass.MQSGA questionnaire was used to evaluate patients'nutrition status as well as related laboratory indicators.Logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of sarcopenia in MHD patients. Results:The incidence of sarcopenia in 131 MHD patients was 41.22% (54/131).Significant differences were observed in gender, duration of hemodialysis,hs-CRP and the score of M(Q)SGA between the two groups. The incidence of sarcopenia in male was 43.67 times compared with female. And with the increase of hs-CRP levels and MQSGA score, the incidence of sarcopenia was increased as well (P <0.05).Conclusion:Sarcopenia has a high incidence in MHD patients, and male,micro-inflammatory state and malnutrition were the risk factors.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2011;46(5):487-92
Regulation of the activity of CYP450 has always been research focus of drug metabolism. The effect of compounds on the mRNA and protein expression level of CYP450 is the main purpose of most of the existing reports. In recent years, the protein modification in the posttranslation level has been found to participate in maintaining the proper function of CYP450, thus effect of posttranslational modification on the enzyme activity has been paid more and more attention. Posttranslational modifications including phosphorylation, nitration, and ubiquitination have been described to regulate the activity of CYP450. In this paper, recent developments in the effects of posttranslational modifications on the activity of CYP450 have been reviewed.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the bacterial endotoxin test of ~(131)Ⅰ-epidepride injection.METHO_ DS:After dilution with 10 parts of water,~(131)Ⅰ-epidepride injection was detected with a method of tachypleus amebocyte lysa_te(TAL) and subjected to verification test.RESULTS:The interference of the dilute ~(131)Ⅰ-epidepride injection on TAL can be eliminated after dilution, the bacterial endotoxin levels for 3 batches of 131Ⅰ-epidepride injection were all below 50EU/ml.CONCLUSION:The method for the bacterial endotoxin test of ~(131)Ⅰ-epidepride injection is feasible.

Objective To compare the clinical value of fluid attenuated inversion recovery imaging (FLAIR),magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI) and magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) in diagnosis of early cerebral infarction. Methods 70 cerebral infarction patients were chosen. They underwent FLAIR,DWI and MRA examination. Results 70 patients with early cerebral infarction mostly were multiple lessions accouting for 60%.Supper actue period had 22 cases and acute period had 48 cases.DWI had the highest detection rate of cerebral infarction, particularly in the hyperacute period the detection rate reached 100%,which was significantly higher than the FLAIR and MRA(x2 =12.4,P < 0.05).Conclusion Especially in the early diagnosis of hyperacute cerebral infarction,DWI is superior to FLAIR and MRA.FLAIR showed better on the cortex and periventricular lesions,MRA can check out the blood vessel lesions in the infarction area.

Objective To explore the effects of microwave radiation from interphone on the electrocardiogram of occupational population. Methods 165 male security personnels (working age: 0.5-3.32 a) often exposed to microwave radiation from interphone and 80 male staffs (working age: 0.5-3.58 a) without exposure to microwave radiation in a same security guard company were selected for examination of electrocardiogram in June-July,2004. Results The prevalences of sinus arrhythmia, sinus bradycardia, and the total abnormal rate of electrocardiogram in exposure group were significantly higher than those in control group(P
