1.Administration status of enteric-coated aspirin among diabetic patients in Xujiahui subdistrict of Shanghai
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2011;10(6):404-405
The administration status of enteric coated aspirin in 348 diabetic patients aged over 40 from Xujiahui Subdistrict of Shanghai was surveyed. One hundred and two out 348 patients ( 29. 3% ) used aspirin regularly, among them only 36 cases used the correct dosage (75 - 162 mg/d), accounting for 10. 3% (36/348) of all patients surveyed. The results indicate that aspirin was not used properly in diabetic patients to prevent the heart and cerebrovascular diseases, and it is necessary for medical providers to promote health education for diabetic patients.
3.Bottleneck problems and optimizing methods of medical service process
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2008;24(7):469-472
Based on the analysis of current status of medical service process including the service in out-patient, hospitalization, test, examination, nursing, and so on, the paper describes the bottlenecks and major existing problems of current medical service process. And it further discusses how to make full use of the advanced health information technology, make scientific and reasonable arrangements for all links of medical service, reconstruct medical service process facing the patients, and optimize and reengineer the medical service process.
4.Case Analysis of Ethical Issues Involving in Subject Recruitment
Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(4):645-648
A major task in clinical trials and researches is subject recruitment, however there probably exist ethical issues in the process of recruitment, such as the selection of subjects, recruitment methods, document de-scription,reward and compensation. This paper is to discuss the relevant ethical elements through cases analysis. It put forward that only obeying ethical codes, implementing informed consent, and playing the function of ethics com-mittee, the rights and interests of subjects can be protected.
5.Effects of the position of posterior chamber intraocular lens on visual quality
International Eye Science 2014;(12):2172-2175
lntraocular lens ( lOL) often has different degrees of tilt, decentration and rotation in the eye. The deflection of lOL is an important factor to impact on the visual quality of the patients with cataract surgeries. Vision was commonly used to evaluate visual quality before. ln recent years, some new methods are also introduced to evaluate visual quality, such as optical aberration, modulation transfer function ( MTF ) and subjective visual perception. They show that the lOL deflection will cause decreases in eyesight and MTF, cause increase in aberration, lead to ametropia and so on. Therefore, a better evaluation of the effects of lOL deflection on visual quality, has significance for lOL selection, positioning and cataract individualized treatment.
6.Advance in Electrical Stimulation on Neurogenic Bladder Secondary to Supersacral Spinal Cord Injury(review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(12):1117-1120
Electrical stimulation is a common technology to treat neurogenic bladder dysfunction secondary to supersacral spinal cord injury. This paper reviews the historical development of this treatment and current status.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Objective To explore the clinical effects of ropivacaine in combined spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSEA) in the aged patients undergoing lower limb surgery. Methods Sixty patients, aged 65 and over, in American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status Ⅱ-Ⅲ, and undergoing internal fixation surgery for lower limb bone fracture, were randomly assigned to three groups in equal number: group R1 (hypobaric ropivacaine for lumbar anesthesia), group R2 (hyperbaric ropivacaine for lumbar anesthesia) and group B (bupivacaine for lumbar anesthesia). The observed variables included the changes in blood pressure and heart rate, sensory block level and motor block status. The drug consumption in epidural anesthesia and the peri-operative side effects were noted. Results The anesthetic efficacy was satisfactory in all patients. The onset time of anesthesia in group B (54.05?3.80 s) was obviously shorter than that in group R1 and group R2 (61.10?4.96 and 60.95?3.94 s, respectively, P

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;22(9):1315-1317
Objective To study the relationship between ambulatory arterial stiffness index and extent of coronary atherosclerosis. Methods All subjects were underwent coronary CT angiography.Ambulatory arterial stiffness index(AASI) was measured before coronary CT angiography.AASI value between different periods in each group were calculated and compared. Results AASI between different periods in the normal control group and coronary heart disease group existed statistical difference (P < 0.05).The extent of coronary sclerosis and AASI between different periods in different coronary artery lesions groups were statistically different(P <0.05),AASI was proportional to the degree of coronary sclerosis,24 h AASI,DAASI,NAA SI were related to extent of coronary atherosclerosis lesions, the correlation coefficient between NAASI and extent of coronary atherosclerosis was the largest. Conclusion AASI night is related to coronary atherosclerosis most closely, namely the higher the value of the nighttime AASI,the greater the degree of coronary atherosclerosis.
9.An analysis on influencing factors of elders' medical consumption behavior under the back-ground of pension combined with medical service:A case study of Nanjing
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2017;10(1):52-57
Objective: Under the background of pension combined with medical service, for the elders to reasonably, effectively and fully utilize the medical resources, it is of vital significance to establish good medical con-sumptive behavior and consumption intention, to promote healthy old age and improve elders' health and happiness to help them cultivate a fine habit in their practical life. Methods: Based on the micro-survey data of investigation in Nanjing, this paper systematically analyzed the factors influencing elders' medical consumption behavior by using the theory of planned behavior and structural equation model. Results:Different factors were classified into behavioral at-titudes, subjective norms and perceived behavior control, and significant variables were found out through behavior model as well as though measuring their relative effects. Conclusion: There is no significant casual relationship be-tween the perceived behavior control and medical consumption behavioral intention. The elders' medical consumption behavior intention is affected by various social network relationships. The belief strength, normative belief, behavioral attitudes and subject norms can affect elders' medical consumption behavior.
