Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(02):-
Objective:To investigate effectiveness of exposure and ritual prevention of patients with obsession-compul-sive disorder(OCD),so as to provide references for professionals in clinical psychology. Methods:One female patient with severe OCD received 3 weeks intensive exposure and ritual prevention treatment. In order to investigate the effectiveness, she completed Symptom Check List 90 and Yale Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale(SCL-90 and YBOCS) at pre-treat-ment,mid-treatment and post-treatment.Results:After treatment, the patient's scores of questionnaires reduced, such as score on YBOCS reduced from 38 to 9.She reported that her washing time reduced obviously and her own measure of dis-tress index reduced. Conclusion:Exposure and ritual prevention could treat the patient with OCD effectively. Her distress reduced and life function was improved.

China Pharmacist 2014;(2):287-290
Objective: To investigate the current situation of consumption and development tendency of antitumor Chinese herbal injections in Wuhan area. Methods:The analytical method of the defined daily dose ( DDD) recommended by WHO was used to ana-lyze the application of antitumor Chinese herbal injections in 32 hospitals of Wuhan area during the period of 2010-2012. Results:The consumption sum and the DDDs of antitumor Chinese herbal injections were increased year after year, while the daily drug cost ( DDC) was stable in general. The sort of consumption was generally in accordance with the sequence of DDDs. Conclusion:The status quo of antitumor Chinese herbal injections during the period of 2010-2012 is in line with the characteristics of clinical application, indicating the use is rational.

[Objective]To develop macroporous calcium phosphate cements(CPCs) by incorporating the gelatin microspheres(GMs) and to evaluate the performance of the composite as a bone substitute in vitro and in vivo. [Methods]GMs were prepared by improved emulsified cold-condensation method and macroporous CPCs were developed using GMs with three different weight ratios (0%,2.5% and 5%). The porosity and the compression strength of the three composites were measured to determine the proper weight ratio of GMs. The morphologic changes of osteoblasts were examined with scanning electron microscope at two days after the cells were seeded on the CPCs and GMs/CPCs. The cells were also cultured with different leaching liquor of three kinds of materials (0%,2.5% GMs/CPCs and polystyrene).Cell viability analysis was performed by MTT assay, and alkaline phosphatase was measured with alkaline phosphatase kit. At six months after implanted in the goat vertebre ,the samples with CPCs or GMs/CPCs were obtained and evaluated by X-ray image and histological anatomy.[Results]Porosity of the GMs/CPCs increased with the increase of GMs,but compression strength decreased. The proliferation and differentiation of the osteoblasts were enhanced with the 2.5% GMs/CPCs compared to the CPCs. In vivo study showed that the degradation of GMs/CPCs was improved.[Conclusion]Macroporous calcium phosphate cements can be developed by incorporating gelatin microspheres, and biocompatibility and degradability of the composite can be enhanced. The composite can be used as a bone substitute under non-loaded circumstances.

Clinical Medicine of China 2012;28(3):232-234
Objective To gain more pathophysiolgic knowledge about acute obstructive hydrocephalus and to explore its rapid and effective treatment by establishing canine acute obstructive hydrocephalus model. Methods Acute obstructive hydrocephalus model was established by injecting cyan-acrylic gel glue into the fourth ventricle via posterior fosse craniotomy in 9 male adult mongrel dogs.At the same time, lateral ventricle catheterization were performed and were fixed on the scalp to connect reservoir bag so that the changes of intracranial pressure (ICP) could be measured dynamically, and the changes of neurological function were observed. Results Acute obstructive hydrocephalus model was successfully established in 6 of the total 9dogs.ICP was (48.2 ± 6.1 ) cm H2 O at 48 hours after the injection and was (56.4 ± 5.7 ) cm H2 O at 72 hours after the injection,it increased 392% and 459 % respectively. And the ICP after injection was significantly different(P < 0.01 )compared with that before injection (12.3 ± 3.1 )cm H2O.Conclusion The establishment of acute obstructive hydrocephalus model has high success rate, and is easy to reduplicate; ICP could be measured dynamically and also could be reduced by releasing CSF;Thus, ventricular drainage is the most rapid and effective treatment for acute obstructive hydrocephalus.

[Objective]To analyze the biodegradation properties and active osteogenesis features of implanted composites of gelatin microspheres(GMs) impregnated with calcium phosphate cement(CPC) and recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2(rhBMP-2) in bone defect.[Method]rhBMP-2 loaded gelatin microspheres was incorporated in rhBMP-2/CPC during setting.Thirty rabbits were divided into groups A,B and C(10 each). The rhBMP-2/GMs /CPC,GMs/cpc and rhBMP-2/cpc was implanted into the rabbits of group A,B and C,respectively. The biodegradation properties and active osteogenesis features of implanted composites bone substitute was evaluated by radiography, histology, bone mineral density(BMD)after the composites were implanted into the bone defects at rabbit radius for 6,12 weeks respectively.[Result]Significant implant resorption and bone ingrowth were observed in all rhBMP-2/GM/CPC treated defects while the defects treated with rhBMP-2/CPC implants showed slight resorption of CPC and the defects treated with GM/CPC implants showed slight formation of new bone.[Conclusion]The result of this study suggested that the rhBMP-2/GMs/CPC composite could be used as material for bone graft substitute.

Herald of Medicine 2017;36(1):48-50
Objective To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in nutrition support therapy in the patients with hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods The clinical pharmacist played a positive role in nutrition support care of a patient with hyperemesis gravidarum by analysising disease characteristics and adverse drug reactions, providing suggestion on the selection of fat emulsion and offering an individualized pharmaceutical care. Results The clinical pharmacist recognized the potential risk in nutrition support plan, took modifications timely, and prevented the occurrence of unfavorable clinical outcomes. Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in nutrition support therapy of the patients with hyperemesis gravidarum is beneficial to improve the efficacy and safety of nutrition support and promote the rational use of drugs.
