Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect on enhancement of contraction and relaxation functions of cardiomyocytes induced by of MN9202 TEA, Forskolin, and MB. Methods The twitch amplitude was measured with a video edge tracker method. The following indexes, including ph (peak height), peak height/baseline percent (ph/bl, %), maximal velocity of contraction (+dL/dt) and maximal velocity of diastolization (-dL/dt), were recorded by a computer. Results TEA, Forskolin and MB increased electrically-induced contraction as shown by the following indexes: ph, ph/bl%, +dL/dt and -dL/dt. Forskolin and MB markedly augmented function of cardiac myocyte contraction and diastolization. Comparing with the control group, Forskolin (10-8mol/L) increased ph from 0.12?0.03(um)to 0.24?0.06 (um), ph/bl % from 12?3% to 27?6%, +dL/dt from 1.8?0.5 (um/s) to 3.8?0.9 (um/s), -dL/dt from 1.8?0.22 (um/s) to 3.5?0.7 (um/s). These indexes increased by 91%, 123%, 110% and 89%, respectively. MB also increased significantly; ph, ph/bl %, +dL/dt and -dL/dt were 0.14?0.04um, 11?4%, 2.2?0.3um/s and 2.2?0.6um/s, respectively. MN9202 (3?10~ -6mol/L) decreased the indexes (+dL/dt and -dL/dt ) which were increased by Forskolin significantly. Conclusion TEA, Forskolin and MB increased function of cardiac myocyte contraction and diastolization. These drugs might elevate intracellular calcium content indirectly and directly. The effects of TEA, Forskolin and MB were attenuated by MN9202. MN9202 might not only block Dihydropyridine Receptor, but might also inhibit calcium influx. Further study is needed to elucidate exact mechanism of MN9202.

Objective To construct recombinant Bb-Em14-3-3 vaccine of Echinococcus multilocularis and to investigate expression efficiency of Em14-3-3 antigen encoding gene in Escherichia coli BL21(DE3).Methods Em14-3-3 antigen gene was amplified by PCR.Then the gene was cloned into Escherichia coli-Bifidobacteria shuttle plasmid pGEX-1? T containing gluathione-S-transferaze(GST) gene to construct pGEX-Em14-3-3.The recombinant plasmid was electroporated into Bifidobacteria bifidum(Bb) to construct rBb-Em14-3-3 vaccine. The vaccine was identified with PCR and restriction-endonuclease digestion. The expression of pGEX-Em14-3-3 was induced with isopropyl-?-D-thiogalactopyranosid(IPTG) and fusion protein Em14-3-3/GST was examined by SDS-PAGE and Western blot techniques. Results 530 bp gene of Em14-3-3 was successfully amplified by PCR and cloned into pGEX-1? T by restriction analysis.rBb-Em14-3-3 vaccine was successfully constructed by PCR and restriction-endonuclease digestion. It was demonstrated with SDS-PAGE and Western blot that the fusion protein Em14-3-3/GST was expressed in E.coli,BL21.The expression efficiency is 23%.Conclusion rBb-Em14-3-3 vaccine of Echinococcus multilocularis was successfully constructed. The plasmid pGEX-Em14-3-3 was highly expressed in E.coli in fused form with GST and this kind of protein shows specific antigenicity.

China Pharmacist 2016;19(9):1693-1696
Objective:To summarize the drug repercussion data in outpatient pharmacy and analyze the reasons to provide sugges-tions for the improvement. Methods: The information was collected from the hospital information system ( HIS) during January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2015, including drug name, category, quantity, amount, reasons for drug repercussion and the other statisti-cal data. Results:During the three years, the number of prescription drugs, amount of money and varieties of drug repercussion were increased. The most common reasons for drug repercussion were the other reasons, withdrawn by doctors and the request of patients. The sum of drug repercussion was positively correlated with the drug price and the amount of drug repercussion. Conclusion:The op-tion simplicity for drug repercussion in HIS is the main reason for drug repercussion bythe other reasons. The occurrence of drug re-percussion should be intervened by such methods as gradually improving the HIS, establishing intervention measures, enhancing the professional quality of pharmacists and so on.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2010;32(12):919-922
Objective To investigate the prognostic factors of life and functional outcome of the first hemiparetic stroke patients. Methods One hundred and eighteen stroke subjects were registered prospectively. The Barthel index (BI) , Rankin scale (RS) , Mortricity index(MI) , Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) , Montgomery-Asberg depression scale (MADRS) and a scale of general state and risk factors were used to evaluate at the 48th hour, the 15th day and the 90th day after stroke. Results The patients' performance, as demonstrated by their scores with all the evaluation instruments, changed significantly at all the time points of evaluation after stroke (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the performance at the 48th hour and the 15th day after stroke ( P > 0.05 ). But at the 90th day after stroke, the activity of daily living performance and the depression status recovered significantly (P < 0.01 ). Logistic regression analysis showed that, such factors as pneumonia, urinary incontinence within 48th hour and deep sensation disturbance might adversely influence patients' activity of daily living performance at the 90th day after stroke; the muscle strength of upper extremities at the 48th hour, and MMSE scores at the 15th day after stroke acted as the protective factors. Conclusions The stroke patients improved significantly with regard to their clinical and functional manifestations when evaluated 90 days after stroke onset. The main factors influencing the activity of daily living performance 90 days after stroke onset included deep sensation disturbance, pneumonia, urinary incontinence and muscles strength of upper extremities at 48th hour, and MMSE scores at the 15th days after onset.
