1.Anticancer effect of therapy by antibiotic combined with programmed cell death protein 1 in H_(22) hepatocellular carcinoma mouse model
Chinese Journal of Biologicals 2023;36(10):1185-1191+1197
Objective To investigate the influence of immunotherapy by antibiotic(ATB) combined with programmed cell death protein 1(PD1) on curative effect of hepatocellular carcinoma in mice. Methods H_(22) tumor-bearing male BALB/c mouse model was established.Eight model mice were injected i.p.with anti-PD1,250 μg for each, and administered intragastrically with ceftriaxone sodium(100 mg/kg) plus lincomycin hydrochloride(200 mg/kg),using eight normal mice administered intragastrically with normal saline(0.2 mL for each) as control. The anticancer effect of ATB combined with PD1 was evaluated by tumor size,hematoxylin-eo sin(HE) staining of tumor tissue and spleen index. The secretion levels of IL-2,IL-10 and IFN_γ in sera of mice were determined by ELISA,while the proportions of CD3~+ and CD8~+ T cells in mouse lymphocytes by flow cytometry, and the expression levels of CD3 and CD8 in mouse tumor tissue by immunohistochemistry(IHC) method. Results The therapy by ATB combined with anti-PD 1 showed significantly inhibitory effect on tumor growth, which increased the proportions of CD3~+ and CD8~+ T cells in T lymphocytes,up-regulated the secretion levels of IL-2,IL-10 and IFN_γ,and regulated the immune function of T cells by up-regulating the expression levels of CD3 and CD8 in tumor tissue to continuously activate the immune system and suppress the tumor. Conclusion Narrow-spectrum ATB may promote the effect of anti-PD 1 immunotherapy on tumors by improving immune function.

3.The effect of nursing intervention on clinical efficacy of type 2 diabetes patients with pulmonary infection
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(32):20-22
Objective To probe into the effect of nursing intervention on clinical efficacy of type 2diabetes patients with pulmonary infection. Methods 98 patients with type 2 diabetes with pulmonary infection were selected from March 2009 to July 2010 in our hospital. Patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 49 patients in each group. After diagnosis was confirmed, the control group was treated with the traditional model of general care, while the intervention group was given systematic care interventions according to the actual situation of patients. The clinical treatment effect as well as blood glucose, lipids, etc. were analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the cure rate of patients and the total effective rate of the intervention group significantly increased. At the same time, compared with the control group, the fasting glucose, triglyceride and cholesterol levels of the intervention group decreased significantly. Conclusions Systematic care interventions can effectively supply adjuvant treatment for type 2 diabetic patients with pulmonary infection, increase treatment effect and decrease blood glucose and lipid level.
4.Progress on IL 13 and its receptor in the pathogenesis of pulmonary hypertension
International Journal of Pediatrics 2016;43(6):437-440
Pulmonary hypertension is a common clinical disorder and its pathogenesis has not been fully understood.Numerous studies indicate that the mechanisms of inflammation and immune play an important role in pulmonary hypertension.Interleukin(IL)-13 is an important cytokine secreted by the activated Th2 type cells.A recent study has shown IL-13 is a mediation factor that may cause hypertrophy of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells. This article reviews the mechanisms of intervention of IL-13 with pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells in pathpgenesis of pulmonary hypertension.
5.Analysis of the epidemic characteristics and co-infections of HIV/AIDS in Chongqing
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To analyze the epidemic trend and co-infections of HIV/AIDS in Chongqing in order to provide evidences for working out strategies for HIV/AIDS control and prevention. Methods:Epidemiological investigations were done among 54 HIV infected patients hospitalized in recent years.Rusults:The farmers accounted for 61.11% of 54 HIV infected people.66.67% of all infected persons were 30~49 years old.The leading mode of HIV/AIDS transmission was sexual transmission. Many kinds of co-infections happened, the main clinical forms included bacterial pneumonia, oral candidiasis, tuberculosis and so on.Conclusions:The main transmission route of HIV/AIDS in Chongqing is sexual contact.Migrant labourers should be included in the strategy of AIDS'prevention and therapy. In clinic, the examinations about HIV should be conventionally taken on patients with chronic diarrhea, lasting fever, progressive weight loss or uncured oral candidiasis.
