1.ADR Reports of Our Hospital in 2008: Analysis of 113 Cases
China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics and general pattern of the adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in our hospital. METHODS: A total of 113 ADR cases reported by our hospital in 2008 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients’age and sex, route of administration, dosage form, category of drug, organs and systems involved in ADR and clinical manifestations, etc. RESULTS: The ADR were mainly induced by venous administration (59.29%). Anti-infective drugs dominated the first place on the list of ADR incidence rate (46.90%) followed by TCM preparations (23.01%). The most common manifestation of the ADR was lesion of skin and its appendants(37.17%). CONCLUSION: Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.

4.Protective effects of erythropoietin against brain injury following stroke
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(4):312-315
Erythropoietin (EPO) is a hematopoietic growth factor that has a specific role on erythroid progenitor cells. Recent studies have suggested that EPO has the important neuroprotective effect on brain damage following stroke, and its major mechanisms include neurotrophy, anti-neuronal apoptosis, inhibition of secondary inflammatory response and excitatory amino acid toxicity, maintenance of vascular integrity and promoting angiogenesis, promoting neurogenesis, as well as anti-oxidative stress.
5.Effects of Sec-O-Glucosylhamaudol on expressions of nitric oxide and interleukin-6 in Lipopolysaccharide stimulated murine macrophage
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2015;(11):1486-1489
Objective:To investigate the effect of Sec-O-Glucosylhamaudol on inflammatory mediator and cytokine( NO and IL-6)production in Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) stimulated murine macrophage(RAW264.7).Methods: Macrophages were induced with LPS,and incubated with different concentrations of Sec-O-Glucosylhamaudol(20,40,80 μg/ml),the quantity of NO production was measured by Griess reagent;the IL-6 production were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the expression of nitric oxide synthase( iNOS) in cells were detected by Western blot;the expression of iNOS and IL-6 mRNA were analyzed by real-time PCR.Results:Each concentrations of Sec-O-Glucosylhamaudol(20,40,80 μg/ml) inhibited the production of NO and IL-6 in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells(P<0.01).This compound also reduced the mRNA expression of iNOS and IL-6.Conclusion:Sec-O-Glu-cosylhamaudol exhibited anti-inflammatory activity by inhibited the NO and IL-6 production in LPS stimulated RAW264.7 cells.
6.Special Extensive Moxibustion:Fire-dragon Moxibustion
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(5):472-474
Fire-dragon moxibustion is a modified moxibustion method based on the traditional moxibustion therapy. It’s more easy-to-operate, has higher security, and is more significant in supplementing yang qi. Via extensive and intensive hot stimulation, fire-dragon moxibustion can activate yang qi inside human body, regulate Zang-fu organs, modulate immune function, and finally achieve the goal of preventing and treating diseases.
7.Epidemiological analysis on TB among students in Shapingba district of Chongqing from 2009 to 2011
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(20):2632-2633,2636
Objective To investigate the epidemiology of tuberculosis among students in Chongqing in order to provide the base for further TB control among students .Methods The registration information of tuberculosis among students during 2009-2011 in Chongqing were collected and analyzed by SPSS19 .0 .Results Totally there were 341 students with tuberculosis in Chongqing o-ver the past 3 years ;among them ,there were 39 .0% in 2009 ,27 .9% in 2010 and 33 .1% in 2011 .The majority (71 .8% ) were students aged 18-20 years ;male patients shared 62 .8% ;the undergraduate patients accounted for 81 .5% of all the cases .About 77% patients were referred by the clinic of the school to TB dispensary .99 patients with delay treatment ,81 cases of patients with delayed diagnosis .Conclusion TB prevention and control in the school should attracted high attention in Chongqing .The health workers in school clinics should be trained and should improve their awareness in screening ,preventing and controlling TB among students .
8.Design of laboratory information management system of hospital based on the Cloud Technology
China Medical Equipment 2016;(2):55-56,57
Objective:To propose the requirement of hospital development quality inspection information management system, develop solution, avoid cost enormous waste problem and realize the system on-line.Methods: Use the UML method to develop hospital equipment management information system, and completed a detailed description of its specific use case diagram, sequence diagram, class diagram. Results: Equipment operation rate increased by 10%, significantly shorten specimens control time of, the fault response time decreased from 10min to 1 min, quality control indexes increased to 16%.Conclusion: The UML-based LIS system improved the work efficiency of the equipment, received the satisfactory effect.
9.Research on the Relationship Between the Efficient Allocation of Health Resources and the Demand for Health Servieces
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
Through analysis of the general health status and resource allocation and utilization of health services needs of the state, the relationship between the two is discriminated, which suggests that we should strike a balance between the allocation of health resources and the health needs of the residents,to achieve the optimal allocation and utilization,to better serve the cause of development and the promotion of the health of the entire society, and improve health services and economic efficiency.
10.Relationship of susceptibility of primary angle-closure glaucoma with glutathione S-transferase T1 and M1 polymorphisms
International Eye Science 2015;(5):836-838
?AlM:To investigate the relationship of susceptibility of primary angle- closure glaucoma with glutathione S-transferase T1 ( GSTT1 ) and M1 ( GSTM1 ) polymorphisms.
? METHODS: Totally, 300 cases were collected from primary angle-closure glaucoma patients and 300 health volunteers were served as control group. The observation group were divided into chronic and acute primary angle-closure glaucoma groups, then multiplex PCR technology was used to detect the genetic polymorphisms of GSTM1 and GSTT1.
?RESULTS:The distribution frequencies of GSTT1-null genotype were 54. 3%, while it was 54. 0% in the control group, statistically no significance between control group and observation group (χ2 = 0. 053, P > 0. 05 ) ; The frequency GSTT1 - null genotype in chronic group of primary angle-closure glaucoma was 54. 9%, while it was 48. 6% in the acute group of primary angle - closure glaucoma, statistically no significance between control group and acute group(χ2=0. 064, P>0. 05), and chronic group (χ2=0. 037, P>0. 05); The distribution frequencies of GSTM1-null genotype was 59. 0%, while it was 55. 7%in the control group, statistically no significance between control group and observation group (χ2=0. 013, P>0. 05);The distribution frequencies of GSTM1-null genotype was 62. 3% and 58. 1% in acute and chronic group of primary angle - closure glaucoma patients respectively. Acute group of primary angle - closure glaucoma has no significant compared with control group (χ2 = 0. 005, P>0. 05), Chronic group of primary angle-closure glaucoma had no significant compared with control group (χ2 = 0. 047, P>0. 05).
?CONCLUSlON:No statistic significance relationship is found between primary angle-closure glaucom patients and the null genotypes of GSTM1 and GSTT1 susceptibility.
