5.Observation on the effect of modified long-term low concentration caudal blocking in medium-term drug induced odinopoeia
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(18):2814-2816
Objective To explore the effects of modified long-term low concentration caudal blocking in medium-term drug induced odinopoeia. Methods According to the digital table,63 patients received drug induced odinopoeia were divided randomly into the control group(without analgesis)and treatment group(analgesis). The control group were treated with caudal blocking with mifepristone, premelle and ethacridine lactate. The treatment group received additional treatments of 0.75% bupivacaine hydrochloride + 2% lidocaine hydrochloride + morphine sulfate injection based on treatment of the control group. The duration of labor, bleeding volume and severity of pain were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The duration of labor of the treatment group was (5.33 ±3.77) h,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group [(7.88 ± 2.62) h] (t =8.01,P < 0.05).The severity of pain of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group(all P <0.05).There was no significantly statistificant difference in bleeding volume between the two groups (t =4.63,P > 0.05).Conclusion Application of modified long-term low concentration caudal blocking in medium-term drug induced odinopoeia has confirmed analgesis effects, and can shorten duration of labor without increasing bleeding volume.
6.Artemisinins regulate apoptosis genes of neoplasm
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;30(2):119-121
Artemisinin and its derivatives, which are known as traditional antimalarial drugs, have anticancer activities by inhibiting cell proliferation, inducing apoptosis of tumor cells, and resisting angiogenesis, etc. The activity of inducing apoptosis has become high-light for studies recently. Most scholars believed this activity was obtained by increasing apoptosis-inducing genes(Bax),decreasing anti-apoptosis genes(Survivin,Bcl-2),and regulating two-ways controlling genes, and finally led to the distinctive morphological changes.
7.The effect of exception / miracle questions in nursing on affects, confidence and actual solving problems
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(1):66-69
Objective To investigate the effect of exception questions/miracle questions in SolutionFocused Approach in nursing on affects, confidence to solve problem, the perception of problem's difficulty, and actual solving problems,to provide practical basis for practitioners of Solution-Focused Approach. Methods A total of 102 nurses were randomly divided into exception questions in Solution-Focused Approach group (exception group),miracle questions in Solution-Focused Approach group (miracle group)and cause questions in the traditional psychotherapy pattern group(cause group). The difference among three groups on the aspect of the change of affects, confidence to solve problem and the perception of problem's difficulty, and the help form the questions immediately and after 1 week (immediate help and 1 week after help) were studied. Results Eventually subjects effectively,34 nurses in exception group,31 nurses in miracle group,31 nurses in cause group. The difference among three groups in aspect of the change of affects, the change of confidence to solve problem, immediate help and 1 week after help were statistically significant (Z=9.68-18.58,P< 0.05).Furthermore,change in problem solving confidence on exception group was higher than cause group(51.9 vs.35.6,P < 0.05),change in affects on exception group and miracle group were higher than cause group (53.8,55.1 vs.36.0,P < 0.05),the immediate help on exception group and cause group were higher than miracle group (59.8,52.5 vs.32.0,P < 0.05),and 1 week after help on exception group was higher than miracle group and cause group(64.5 vs.42.3,37.0,P < 0.05).Conclusions Exception/miracle questions can both improve the emotional state, and exception questions can enhance the confidence to solve problems and provide more help for nurses.
8.The clinical study on the relationship between silent cerebral ischemia and cognitive impairment in inpa-tiens older than sixty with nonvalvula atrial fibrillation
Chinese Journal of Nervous and Mental Diseases 2016;42(8):473-478
Objectives The aim of this study was to study the relationship between silent cerebral ischemia (SCI) and mild cognitive impairment(MCI)in inpatients with nonvalvula atrial fibrillation (NAF) and those with sinus rhythm (SR) older than sixty. Methods Ninety-eight inpatients were enrolled from November 2014 to November 2015 in Hui?zhou Municipal Central Hospital: 45 patients with NAF and 53 with SR. All general clinical data was collected. The Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) and brain MRI were used to assess the cognitive performance of patients within 1 weeks of admission. Results The MoCA scores were lower in patients with NAF than in those with SR[16(10,20) vs. 20 (15,23),P=0.006]. At least one foci of SCI was present in patients 80%with NAF and 52.8%with SR (NAF vs. SR, P=0.018).The rates of SCIs in the cortex/subcortex were higher in the NAF group than in the SR group (25.2%vs. 12.4%, P=0.017). Multivariate analysis showed that MoCA score were related to the degree of education in NAF patients and were related to age and education level in SR patients. Conclusions NAF is an independent risk factor for cognitive impair?ment in NAF patient and associated with the SCI present. Educational level is a factor affecting the cognitive function with elderly patients.
