OBJECTIVE To investigate the disparation of hemorrhage between the coblation and traditional adenotonsillectomy in children, and find the coping strategies. METHODS The children who had performed the coblation adenotonsillectomy in Tianjin childrens hospital between Jan. 1, 2014 and Dec. 31, 2014 were selected for the coblation group. The children who have performed traditional adenotonsillectomy in Tianjin childrens hospital between Jan. 1, 2010 and Dec. 31, 2010 were selected for the traditional group. The total rate of hemorrhage, the rate of primary hemorrhage, the rate of secondary hemorrhage, the site of bleeding, the degree of bleeding and the management methods of the two groups were compared. RESULTS There were no statistically significant differences in the total rate of hemorrhage, the site and the degree of bleeding, and management methods between the two groups. The rate of primary bleeding in the coblation group was lower than that in traditional group, however the rate of secondary bleeding in the coblation group was higher than that in traditional group. CONCLUSION The coblation assisted adenotonsillectomy does not increase the postoperative bleeding rate in children.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of MRI in diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament,to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis.Methods 42 suspected patients with anterior cruciate ligament were selected,MRI and arthroscope were used in all patients,results were compared.Results 11 cases of 43 suspected ACL knees were detected normal under arthroscope,the other 32 cases were injured,under MRI 9 cases were detected normal.39 cases had same results under MRI and arthroscope;the sensitivity of MRI was 96.88％,the specificity rate was 72.73％,the false positive rate was 6.98％,the false negative rate was 2.33％,the accuracy rate was 90.70％.Conclusion MRI is a accurate way to diagnose anterior cruciate ligament,better scan methods and other diagnosis should be combined to decrease false results.

Objective:To establish a mouse model of human orbital rhabdomyosarcoma(RD).Methods: RD cells were cultured and implanted subcutaneously into the costal regions of nude mice and severe combined immunodeficiency(SCID) mice(4 weeks old).The nude mice were radiated by ~(60)Co 1 day before the injection.The rhbdomyosarcoma tissue masses were harvested from nude mice and were subcutaneously implanted into the costal regions of another group of BALB/c mice(tumor tissue mass implantation).The tumor growth was observed in all groups and the growth curves were ploted.H-E staining was used to examine pathology of the tumor tissues.Results: Solid tumors were palpable 6-8 weeks after implantation in ~(60)Co radiated nude mice and about 3-4 weeks after implantation in SCID mice.The solid tumors were obviously seen in the nude mice 2 weeks after tumor tissue mass transplantation.The tumor forming rates were 100% in all groups.The tumor growing curves were successfully ploted and the tumors had a progressive growth.Pathological findings of the tumor tissue were similar to those of human orbital rhabdomyosarcoma. Conclusion: The human orbital rhabdomyosarcoma models have been successfully established in nude mice and SCID mice.Tumor tissue mass implantation can shorten the tumor forming time in BALB/c nude mice.This research lays a foundation for further study or human orbital rhabdomyosarcoma.

Objective To observe the curative effect of treating chronic renal failure with the prescription Yiqi Shengxie Jiangzhuo decoction,and contrast with recombinant human erythropoietin as well.Methods 72 patients were divided ramdomly into the treatment group and the comparison group.On the basis of fundamental treatment,the treatment group was added Yiqi Shengxie Jiangzhuo decoction,and the comparison group with Erythropoietin as the supplment.The clinical symptoms and signs,and the laboratory indexes were closely observed.Results The index of Hb,RBC and HCT were improved in various degree after the treatment.After the statistics processing,there was remarkable difference(P0.05)between the two groups after that. Abstract: Objective　The tuberculosis data of students registered and reported in Xuzhou from 2016 to 2020 were analyzed to provide a basis for Xuzhou to formulate tuberculosis prevention and control measures in schools. Method　The epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis among students in Xuzhou from 2016 to 2020 were analyzed based on the data from Tuberculosis Information Management System and Xuzhou Statistical Yearbook 2021. Results　From 2016 to 2020, a total of 574 student tuberculosis patients were registered in Xuzhou, with an annual average registration rate of 5.64/100 000. The reported incidence of tuberculosis among students in Xuzhou showed an increasing trend year by year (χ2trend=22.521, P<0.001). There were 365 males and 209 females, respectively, with a sex ratio of 1.75:1. The tuberculosis patients were mainly in the 15-19 years old group and 20-24 years old group. According to the statistical analysis by different levels of education, students from ordinary higher institutions accounted for 48.61% of the total number of confirmed cases, followed by senior high schools and secondary vocational schools, accounting for 20.91% and 14.46%, respectively. Preschool education had the lowest number of confirmed cases, accounting for 1.05%. There was significant difference in the reported incidence of tuberculosis among students at different educational levels (χ2=1 522.39, P<0.001). The highest incidence was reported in ordinary higher institutions, followed by senior high schools and secondary vocational schools, and the lowest incidence was reported in preschool education. Conclusion　Xuzhou city school tuberculosis epidemic integral is on the rise, we should further strengthen tuberculosis control work of school tuberculosis prevention and control measures of implementation in the future, at the same time to strengthen school tuberculosis prevention knowledge propaganda and standardize the schools for disposal of tuberculosis epidemic situation. We should also further strengthen the newborn matriculation examination and students absent from class because of illness monitoring work.

Numerous pro-apoptotic signal transducing molecules act on mitochondria and provoke the permeabilization of the outer mitochondrial membrane, thereby triggering the release of pro-apoptotic proteins potentially.One of them is much important,which called apoptosis inducing factor(AIF).Upon lethal signaling,AIF released from mitochondria, which translocates, via the cytosol to the nucleus, where it binds to DNA and provokes Caspase-independent chromatin condensation and leading to apoptosis.It has been found gradually that AIF has impotant effect in some malignant cancer cells(such as colorectal carcinoma cell), especially its regulation effect in cell death.Recently some of researches indicate that inducing cell apoptosis by effecting on the releasing or expressing of AIF, has been a new research direction of colorectal carcinoma therapy.

OBJECTIVE To study the distribution and drug resistance supervision of infection pathogens of Gram-negative bacterial pneumonia in lower respiratory tract of senile patients and draft preventive and control measures.METHODS The sputum and lower respiration secretion of 368 senile patients were cultured to detect pathogens which were confirmed by routine methods.The disk diffusion test was adopted to analyze drug resistantce.RESULTS Pseudomonas aeruginosa rated the top one,reached 25.0%;the drug resistance supervision manifested that the resistant rates of Gram negative organisms to the routine drugs were high except for Haemophilus influenzae.And extensive-spectrum beta-lactamases(ESBLs) occurred with rate of 30.2%.CONCLUSIONS It is very necessary for clinical microbiology department to detect pathogens of lower respiratory tract pneumonia among senile patients and then to give reasonable advice for medicine in time.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the spread status and drug-resistance of pathogenic bacteria causing chronic bacterial prostatitis among the senile patients,and provide the reference for clincal diagnosis and treatment.METHODS Prostatic fluid from the senile patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis was collected,and bacterial cultures and susceptibility tests were performed.The data were analyzed statistically.RESULTS Among 216 prostatic fluid specimens from the senile patients with chronic bacterial prostatitis,140 isolates of pathogenic bacteria were detected.In these strains,Gram-positive cocci accounted for 60.0% and most of them were Staphylococcus aureus.Gram-negative bacilli accounted for 40.0% and most of them were Escherichia coli.Pathogens causing prostatitis have been resistant to the common antibiotics.Among the total staphylococci,meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus(MRS) accounted for 34.8%.And among the total Enterobacteriaceae,ESBLs producing bacteria accounted for 35.6%.CONCLUSIONS Chronic bacterial prostatitis in the senile patients possesses intractability and persisting.It is important to monitor the pathogens and their drug-resistance.

Objective To investigate the effect of cilazapril on treatment of hypertension,the microalbumin excretion,and carbohydrate netabolism in 2 type diabete mellitus complicated with hypertension. This compared with enalapril. Methods Eighty persons were divided into cilazapril group and enalapril group randomly. The treatment course is eight weeks.Results Cilazapril had more decreased in BP,urine moicroalbumin exerection,and blood creatinine than enalapril group,the side effect is more lower than enalapril group also. Conclusion Cilazapril had good effect in decreased BP,and protected the renal function in 2 type diabete mellitus.
