1.A brief discussion on the connotations of constructing a green hospital
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(04):-
The term "a green hospital", meaning "a safe, dependable and harmless hospital", epitomizes the harmony between the hospital's intrinsic quality and extrinsic surroundings. Thus, the construction of a green hospital possesses rich connotations, viz. powerful guarantee, of medical safety, dependable guarantee of quality, delivery of civilized services and harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and comfortable and humanized surroundings for medical care. It is imperative to formulate comprehensive assessment standards for green hospitals or incorporate such standards into the conditions for hospital appraisal so as to render the idea of green hospital a target of hospital development.
2.Mechanism of Increased Myocardial Ischemic Vulnerability in Mice Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Induced by Endoplasmic Reticulum Stress
Chinese Circulation Journal 2016;31(1):91-95
Objective: To study the relationship between endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) and adiponectin;to explore the role of ERS for increasing myocardial ischemic vulnerability in type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) mice.
Methods: Type 2 DM model was established by high fat diet with streptozotocin (STZ) injection. A total of 35 C57BL/6J male type 2 DM mice were divided into 4 groups: ①Control group, n=5. ②Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA) group,③Thapsigargin (TG) group and ④Normal saline group. The mice in Groups ②, ③, ④were fed by high fat and high glucose diet by injecting streptozotocin (STZ), in the last 3 weeks and respectively received intraperitoneal injections of TUDCA (250 mg/kg), thapsigargin (TG) (300μg/kg) and normal saline twice a day, n=10 in each group. Then myocardial infarction (MI) model was established in 5 mice from each group. 72 hours later, the MI ranges were measured, serum levels of adiponectin were detected, mRNA expressions of adiponectin and CHOP in myocardial tissue were examined.
Results: The MI range in TUDCA group (21.47 ± 2.85)%and in Normal saline group (39.92 ± 4.28)%were both lower than TG group (66.56 ± 8.15)%, both P<0.01. Before MI occurrence, serum levels of adiponectin in TUDCA group (79.25 ± 6.40) pg/ml and in Normal saline group (70.23 ± 4.15) pg/ml were both higher than TG group (62.64 ± 5.70) pg/ml, both P<0.01;serum levels of adiponectin in each group were higher than they were 72 h after MI. In each group, the mRNA expression and protein content of adiponectin in myocardial tissue were constant to serum adiponectin;while the mRNA expression and protein content of CHOP was opposite to serum adiponectin.
Conclusion: ESR could increase myocardial vulnerability in type 2 DM mice which might be related to down-regulating adiponectin expression.
3.Effects of the tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase in tryptophan metabolism and immunoregulation
International Journal of Surgery 2016;43(7):491-494
Tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase (TDO)is the rate-limiting enzyme in the catabolism of Trp along the kynurenine pathway.Trp is mainly catabilized by the TDO in the liver, which could not only regulate the concentration of the Trp and suppress the T cells proliferation, but also participate in antibacterial action and inflammatory response. The metabolin kynurenines as an endogenous ligand of the AhR receptor, the TDO enzymes,Kyn and AhR form the TDO-Kyn-AhR pathway have effects of regulatory the growth of tumor. With the research of the mechanism of immune regulation goes futher,it is expected to be a promising prospect in cancer therapy and the immune tolerance of transplantation. We reviewed in the article, which summarized the TDO mediated catabolism of Trp and immunomodulatory effect.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Objective To detect micronuclei (MN) induced by nickel chloride (NiCl2) using a flow cytometry-based method, so as to study the mutagenecity of this chemical. Methods The micronucleated reticulocytes (MN-RET) in peripheral blood of NIH mice exposed to 0.75 mg/kg colchicines (COL), 40.0 mg/kg of cyclophosphamide (CP) and 5.0, 10.0 and 20.0 mg/kg of NiCl2 were detected by a flow cytometry-based method, in which anti-CD71-FITC and PI were used to stain cells and malaria-infected erythrocytes were employed as biological standards of micronuclei to optimize cytometry. Results Although COL or CP induced significant increase in the frequency of MN-RET in peripheral blood, MN formation in peripheral reticulocytes was not significantly affected by exposing to different concentration of NiCl2. Conclusion The results of flow cytometric analysis in the present paper do not support that NiCl2 exposure may induce significant MN-RET increase in peripheral blood in NIH mice.

China Pharmacy 2017;28(11):1561-1566
OBJECTIVE:To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of critical patients at perinatal stage. METHODS:During the treatment process of 4 critical patients at perinatal stage, according to the patients'special pathophysiolog-ic status (such as urea cycle disorder, dyslipidemia, severe infection, can not recover circulating blood volume rapidly, etc.), weighing the order of priority, based on relevant guidelines and literatures, clinical pharmacists provided individual medication ad-vices in respects of drug selection, medication timing, treatment course, drug combination and dosage adjustment, such as using cefuroxime, reduced glutathione, ursodesoxycholic acid, etc.,stopping drugs timely or adjusting antibiotics therapy plan. They al-so provided pharmaceutical care as lab index determination and ADR monitoring. RESULTS:Physicians adopted clinical pharma-cists'advices,and then 4 critical patients were all recovered. CONCLUSIONS:During the treatment course of critical patients at perinatal stage, clinical pharmacists should select safe and effective drugs as much as possible and adjust therapy plan in time ac-cording to clinical symptoms. When the security runs counter to effectiveness, clinical pharmacists should fully weigh the advantag-es and disadvantages and guarantee the maximum safety of pregnant or delivery women and fetuses.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
Pelvic fractures are high energy injuries involving severe trauma and potential intra pelvic bleeding. Immediate control of hemorrhage, fixation of pelvic fractures and inter department cooperation are important for their treatment. Transcatheter angiographic embolization can be used to identify bleeding sites, control hemorrhage and improve mortality and complications, and it has been proved to be a valuable technique in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic vascular injuries. Still there is a considerable controversy on the fracture patterns, the sequence and the timing of emergency angiography and possible embolization in these patients. In this paper, we reviewed the role of angiographic embolization and we thought more attention should be paid on angiographic embolization in the control of hemorrhage.
