1.New Target of Treatment of Autoimmune Diseases
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(09):-
On the clinic, the main treatment of autoimmune diseases were used immunosuppressant, but large-scale use of immunosuppressive agents could cause of the delayed dysfunction, side effects such as infection, tumors and so on,so-induced immune suppression and immune tolerance response was the most effective way.So far, dendritic cells(DC) was the most powerful professional antigen-presenting cells. On one hand,DC as a full-time antigen-presenting cells and trigger regulation of the inherent and acquired immune response, start the immune response; On the other hand,DC through a variety of mechanisms induced antigen-specific T cells incompetent, show strong plasticity in immune tolerance and play an important role in immune regulation.Nuclear factor(NF)-?B is a nuclear transcription factor. In the immune response,NF-?B in the dendritic cells regulation of their own including development, maturity, the antigen-presenting,to stimulate T cells functions and so on.Such adjustments play an important role in the incidence of autommine diseases, could became a new target treatment of autommine diseases.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2010;(2):60-62
Objective:To study the distribution of allergens in our district and the correlation between skin prick test with antigen and nasal provoking test in patients with allergic rhinitis.Method:A total of 1 400 cases with allergic symptoms and signs underwent skin prick test with standardized aeroantigens provoking by AllergoPhamar Company. The patients allergic to Dermatophagoides with different scale of the skin prick test were taken nasal provoking test in order to evaluate the correlation between skin prick test and nasal provoking test.Result:One thousand and eighty-eight(78%) cases showed a positive result in skin prick test. The percent of patients with positive skin prick test were as follows: 462 cases of Dermatophagoides pleronyssinus, 428 cases of Dermatophagoides farinae. Positive perennial aeroantigens were 52.2%(568),positive seasonal aeroantigens were 35.7%(388). All the patients of the scale of skin prick test was +++ and ++++ were positive. There are 29 patients were positive with nasal provoking test which the scale of skin prick test was ++. There are 21 patients were positive with nasal provoking test, which the scale of skin prick test was +.Conclusion:The correlation between skin test with antigens and nasal provoking test in patients whose positive scale were +++ and ++++. There are false positive in the patients whose positive scale were + and ++. The specific immunotherapy should consider the scale of the skin prick test and eliminate the false positive before the therpy.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2009;15(1):34-37
Objective To evaluate the curative effects of the modified fixed reverse Twin-block ap-pliance (TBA)combined Edgewise in the treatment of adult Angle Ⅲ anterior crossbite. Methods The appliance was used in 18 subjects with adult Angle Ⅲ skeletal malocclusion and clinical characters and X-ray cephalometry were then compared before and after treatment. Results The mandibular soft tissue changes could be achieved fast and the profile had changed effectively. Moderate labioclination of maxil-lary anterior teeth played a role in the improvement of axillary soft tissue protrusion. The cases were fol-lowed up as long as 3 years. No relapse occurred in all the patients. Anterior occlusion was normal. Con-clusion All findings indicate that adult Angle Ⅲ anterior crossbite can be quickly corrected with the mod-ified fixed reverse TBA combined Edgewise. The effect on mandibular soft tissue is significant.
