Journal of China Pharmaceutical University 2017;48(6):715-720
To isolate corynoline from Corydalis bungeana Turcz.and study its anti-inflammatory mechanism via TLRs/NF-κB signal pathway.Corynoline was extracted by 80% ethanol and purified by silicagel column chromatography. The structure and purity of corynoline was determined by UPLC,MS,1H NMR and 13C NMR.In the course of experiment, the cytotoxicity of corynoline was evaluated by MTT assay. And the inflammation model was established by RAW264.7 macrophages induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS),which was intervened by coryno line. The expression levels of TLR4,TLR2 and nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB) signaling pathways related proteinsin RAW264.7 macrophages were detected by Western blot.Furthermore, the expressionof NF-κB p65 mRNA and nuclear p65 were determined by the real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-qPCR) and Western blot. Results showed that 5-40 μmol/L corynoline reduced the expression level of TLR4 and TLR2,and inhibited the phosphorylation level of IκBα and the phosphorylation and nuclear translocation of p65 at gene and protein levelin a dose-dependent manner in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells. This study indicated the protective effect of corynoline on LPS-induced RAW264.7 macrophages may be related with the inhibition of TLRs/NF-κB inflammatory signaling pathway.

OBJECTIVE: We wanted to evaluate the image quality and diagnostic value of 64-slice dual-source computed tomography (DSCT) coronary angiography in patients with atrial fibrillation (Afib). MATERIALS AND METHODS: The coronary arteries of 22 Afib patients seen on DSCT were classified into 15 segments and the imaging quality (excellent, good, moderate and poor) and significant stenoses (> or = 50%) were evaluated by two radiologists who were blinded to the conventional coronary angiography (CAG) results. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV) and negative predictive value (NPV) for detecting important coronary artery stenosis were calculated. McNemar test was used to determine any significant difference between DSCT and CAG, and Cohen's Kappa statistics were calculated for the intermodality and interobserver agreement. RESULTS: The mean heart rate was 89 +/- 8.3 bpm (range: 80-118 bpm). A range from 250 msec to 300 msec within the RR interval was the optimal reconstruction interval for the patients with Afib. The respective overall sensitivity, specificity, PPV and NPV values were 74%, 97%, 81% and 96% for reader 1 and 72%, 98%, 85% and 96% for reader 2. No significant difference between DSCT and CAG was found for detecting a significant stenosis (reader 1, p = 1.0; reader 2, p = 0.727). Cohen's Kappa statistics demonstrated good intermodality and interobserver agreement. CONCLUSION: 64-slice DSCT coronary angiography provides good image quality in patients with atrial fibrillation without the need for controlling the heart rate. DSCT can be used for ruling out significant stenosis in patients with atrial fibrillation with its high NPV for detecting in important stenosis.

West China Journal of Stomatology 2009;27(1):53-57
OBJECTIVETo get the information of patients' understand to the knowledge of artificial teeth prosthetics, provide reference for the propaganda of the prosthetic knowledge.
METHODS500 patients were chosen as the research objects. The survey about patients' understand to the knowledge of artificial teeth prosthetics was made with a reasonable questionnaire designed by us. The questionnaire contained nine sections. The questionnaires were filled in by the patients, dispatched and received by special messengers. The information of the questionnaires was analyzed and summarized.
RESULTS477 effective questionnaires were received. Patients were more familiar with the knowledge of the opportunity to get the oral prosthetic and less familiar with the knowledge of common problems after the oral prosthetic, the curing process before the oral prosthetic and the visiting times of the ordinary cure. However, they were not familiar with the knowledge of the basic concepts of the oral prosthetic, prosthetic materials and construction of dental prosthetic restoration and announcements after the oral prosthetic. They were most unfamiliar with the knowledge of common problems in the oral prosthetic process.
CONCLUSIONThe propaganda of the oral prosthetic should focus on the basic concepts of the oral prosthetic, prosthetic materials and construction of dental prosthetic restoration, common problems in the oral prosthetic process and announcements after the oral prosthetic. Meeting such problems, dentists should explain them to the patients patiently.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of plant growth regulators on the growth and quality of Angelica dahurica var. formosana.
METHODFive plant growth regulators: chlormequat chloride (CCC), Mepiquat chloride (PIX), Gibberellic acid (GA3), Paclobutrazol (PP333) and Maleic Hydrazide (MH) were sprayed in rosette stage, the effects of these plant growth regulators (PGRs) on the growth, yield and quality of A. dahurica var. formosanaw were observed. The biological traits were first measured and then imperatorin and isoimperatorin contents in roots were determined by HPLC.
RESULTLow concentration GA3 increased the yield while not influenced the premature bolting rate and the coumarin content.
CONCLUSIONSpraying of GA3 (30 mg x L(-1)) could guarantee the growth and development of A. dahurica var. formosana to have a higher yield and maintain the active ingredients content in the root as well.

Objective To investigate the long-term effect of free flap in repairing hemifacial atrophy. Methods From April,1991 to April,2015,19 cases (5 males and 14 females) aged between 18 and 51 years (mean,26 years) with hemifacial atrophy were treated by free flap.Hemifacial atrophy affected the left side in 8 patients, and the right side in the remaining 11.Fifteen cases only had a hemifacial soft tissue deficit, the other 4 cases were associated with ipsilateral zygoma dysplasia,in which 1 had ipsilateral scar contracture. The latissimus dorsi muscle flap were applied in 12 cases (2 of which anastomose thoracodorsal nerve with the cervical branch of the facial nerve),the scapular flap in 2 cases, the tensor fascia latae dermal flap with dermal fat flap in 3 cases, and with iliac groin composite tissue flap and ilium groin dermal composite tissue flap in 1 case respectively.Among them,14 flaps had their blood vessels anastomosed to the superficial temporal artery and vein, and 5 to the facial artery and vein. All operations were successfuly accomplished and followed-up for 2-21 years. Results All patients had ideal clinical outcomes with significant improvement in facial symmetry and skin color, and no dysfunction happened. Conclusion The long-term effect of surgical management with free flap in repairing hemifacial atrophy is satisfactory. It is an effective method of clinical treatment.

Objective:To analyze the changes in the income structure of public hospitals at all levels in Hebei Province, evaluate the effectiveness of the compensation mechanism reform in public hospitals of Hebei Province, and provide policy recommendations for optimizing the compensation mechanism. Methods:Select some public hospitals at all levels in Hebei Province as samples, and use structural change analysis to analyze the income structure of the sample hospitals.Result:From 2016 to 2021,the proportion of medical income in tertiary and primary hospitals increased by 2.6 and 9.8 percentage points respectively, while the proportion of medical income in secondary hospitals decreased by 0.6 percentage points. The proportion of consumables revenue in hospitals at all levels has increased, and drug revenue remains the main driving factor for the growth of medical revenue in hospitals at all levels. The contribution rate of drug revenue to the growth of medical revenue in tertiary hospitals is 50%.Conclusion:The optimization of medical income structure in public hospitals in Hebei Province is significant, but the compensation mechanism still needs to be further improved, and the income structure still needs further adjustment. On the basis of consolidating and improving the policy of canceling consumable markup,it is needed to further standardize medical service behavior, improve precise and sustainable financial compensation mechanisms, adjust medical service prices, and broaden financing channels.
