2.The roles of motility in colonization of Helicobacter pylori in human stomach
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2008;31(7):733-736
Helicobacter pylori is able to colonize the human stomach and dwell in the human stomach for decades or for whole lifetime. A number of potential virulence factors contribute to Helicobacter pylori to colonize this unusual niche. Motility is an essential colonization factor based on the fact that nonmotile variants of Helicobacter pylori can't infect gnotobiotic piglets. Motility is not a colonization factor based on rapid loss of motility of Helicobacter pylori in the gastric lumen in vivo. The exact roles of Helicobacter pylori motility are not yet known. The aim of this article is to discuss correlation between colonization and motility of Helicobacter pylori.

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(01):-
Objective To observe and study the distribution and histological feature of the fascicular groups to deltoid muscle in axillary nerve at the level of quadrilateral zone. Methods 12 adult human cadavers (24 upper limbs)embalmed by formalin were used,, and microsurgical longitudinal contradissection of the axillary nerves by tracing their terminal branches were processed. At the level of quadrilateral zone, distrabution of the fscicular groups to deltoid muscle in the never trunk were recorded and their diameters were measured;Another 6 upper extremities (3 right and 3 left) of fresh-frozen human cadavers were obtained.Axillary nerves and their fascicular groups were exposured, and the segments at the level of qusdrilateral zone gotten, then histological cross section was done, acetycholinesterase (ACHE) stained with the method of Karnovsky Roots and myelin stained with the method of Loyezs. Defferent never fibres were distinguished under microscope and the fiber number was counted with IAS . Results At the level of quadrilateral zone, fasciculars were divided into two groups. The fascicular group of anterior branch to deltoid muscle was in the lateral of the nerve trunk . Its cross sectional area was (2.449?1.327)mm2 ,occupied 55.4%?9.3%of the axillary nerve trunk ;Its most fibers were motor fibers; The number of fibers is (2112?631), occupied 45.6 %?1.1%of all fibers of axillary nerve . Conclusions In the treatment of root avulsion of brachial plexus injury, selective suture donor nerve with the lateral fascicular group should be processed to repair the function of shoulder abduction, fibers loss would be reduced and rate of functional restoration improved .
5.Clinical analysis of infection in severe acute pancreatitis patients
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(12):-
Objective:To investigate the distribution of infection pathogens and their drug resistance in acute severe pancreatitis patients. Methods:Retrospective analysis was made on all pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance of infection among 78 patients with acute severe pancreatitis patients. Results:Among 78 patients with acute severe pancreatitis 75 patients were cured,3 patients were dead.Of 286 clinical isolates,Gram negative organisms accounted for 61.19%,Gram positive ones 32.17%,fungi(6.64%).They resisted to antibiotics at high degrees.Among 92 strains of gram positive organism,60 were drug-resistance;also 172 strains of gram negative organism, above half were drug-resistance. Conclusion:Patients with acute severe pancreatitis are at high risk of infection.Due to drug-resistance are at high degrees in infection pathogens, effective drainage should be adopted to accelerate treating the infection besides selecting correct antibiotics according to the antibiotic sensitive essay results.

9.Molecule mechanisms of the pro-inflammatory cytokine's effect on intestinal epithelium tight junctions
Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(02):-
The pro-inflammation cytokine is secreted by cells, and the function is to promote and regulate inflammatory reactions. They include IL-1,IL-6,TNF-? and IFN-?.Researchs have revealed that the levels of serum pro-inflammation cytokinemight increase notably in inflammatory bowel disease patients and they could cause the change of intestinal epithelium tight junctions.
10.Role of Lateral Septum-ACh Pressor System in Central Amygdaloid Nucleus-emotional Pressor System
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(03):-
Objective The present study was to analyze the role of ACh-lateral septum(SL)pressor system in the Central amygdaloid nucleus(AC)-emotional pressor circuit.Method Interurban microinjection of different drugs, then blood pressure and heart vate were vecorded.Results(1)CRF(corticotropin releasing factor)or SP(substance P)microinjection into the SL can induced pressor responses. The AC pressor responses to glutamate(Glu)could be attenuated by preinjection of CRF antagonist or SP antagonist into bilateral SL.(2)the AC pressor responses to Glu were also reduced by preinjection of atropine into either bilateral HBL,LC or RVL respectively,(3)Since lateral HB(HBL)projects to the posterior hypothalamus(HP)containing ACh-ergic neurons, and excitation of the latter produces pressor response via the RVL and LC-RVL;atropine preinjection into the HP could also decrease the HBL-and AC-pressor response. Conclusion The present results indicate that the AC produce pressor responses involved with the SL via their CRF and SP,mechanism underlying pressor response of SL is involved in pressor response of AC.
