1.Effects of Electroacupuncture at ST36 on Levels of Gastrointestinal Hormone Motilin and Gastrin in FGIDs-D Model Rats
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2017;41(4):271-273,277
[Objective] To explore the mechanism of acupuncture at Zusanli point(ST36) in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs). [Methods] A total of 40 Wistar rats were randomized into normal(n=10),model(n=10), Zusanli point(ST36),non-acupuncture point(n=10). FGIDs model was established by exerting the factors of cold-constraint stimulation and hunger disorder synthesis . And the content of rats serum and stomach tissue Gastrin (GAS) and Motilin(MTL) was observed by radioimmuno-assay. [ Results] Compared with the normal group, the content of rats serum and stomach tissue GAS and MTL of the model group was significantly reduced(P<0.01);Compared with the model group, the content of rats serum and stomach tissue GAS and MTL of ST36 group was significantly ascended(P<0.01);Compared with the non-acupuncture point group, the content of rats serum and stomach tissue GAS and MTL of ST36 group had statistically significant differences(P<0.01). [Conclusion] Acupuncture at ST36 had obvious improvement in FGIDs, its mechanism was closely related to GAS and MTL.

4.Control study of serum procalcitonin quantitative detection and blood culture results
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;21(13):1995-1996
Objective To study the clinical application value of quantitative detection of procalcitonin (PCT) in blood stream infections(BSI).Methods 620 patients with BSI were selected, they received PCT testing and inspection of whole blood culture tests. The results were compared. Results The positive rates of PCT detection and blood cultures were 32.42% (201/620) and 29.68% (184/620).The sensitivity, specificity, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of PCT detection were 90.97% (564/620),63.06% (391/620),82.34% (345/419) and 54.73 (110/201).The species identification was conducted in 110 patients with positive PCT detection and blood cultures,42 cases were Gram negative (G-) bacteria,31 cases were Gram-positive (G +) bacteria,8 cases were fungi,29 cases were mixed infection, the difference of these four pathogens PCT concentrations was not statistically significant (x2 =2.364,P > 0.05).Conclusion Quantitative detection of serum PCT in BSI patients has important guiding significance to early diagnosis.
5.Progress in the diagnosis and treatment of short-limb inherited short stature patients with skeletal dysplasia
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;40(4):395-398
Achondroplasia, hypochondroplasia and pseudoachondroplasia are all inherited skeletal system diseases resulting in short stature with short limbs. The clinical characteristics of the three diseases are similar and easily confused. In recent years, the genetic researches of the three diseases have made great progress, providing the basis for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease. In addition, the application of recombinant human growth hormone treatment in the three diseases also has taken the preliminary results. This article reviews the clinical features, identification, genetic analysis and growth hormone therapy of three disases.
6.Intellectual base and research frontiers detected in journals of general medicine and internal medicine by biclustering
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(9):28-33
Objective To study the intellectual base and research frontiers detected in journals of general medicine and internal medicine by biclustering. Methods The intellectual base and research frontiers in journals of general medicine and internal medicine with a high IF were detected by biclustering analysis of their data using gCLUTO. Results The research frontiers detected in recent journals of general medicine and internal medicine showed that the combination of clinical epidemiology and EBM with clinical medicine was more and more concerned by clinicians. Conclusion Biclustering can detect the intellectual base and research frontiers in journals of general medicine and internal medicine, and can thus be popularized in assessing the development of subjects in different fields.
7.Brief introduction to academic thoughts and clinical experience of LIANG Shi-shao
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(09):-
This article introduces the academic thoughts and clinical experience of LIANG Shi-shao,a late famous TCM practitioner in Guangxi.Professor LIANG had practiced medicine more than 60 years, having rigid attitude toward teaching and great scholastic achievement, being good at treating diseases caused by exogenous pathogenic factor and internal damage, specializing in senile diseases. He thought highly of vital qi in clinical treatment, applying invigoration method in flexible way to preserve gastric qi.Because dwelled in south of china, professor LIANG was also skilled in treating warm disease, having original experience and comprehension of applying "clearing, hua, purgative" to remove dampness. In clinical practice,he was also good at improving drugs and prescription in order to curing difficult and complicated diseases, formatting a unique style of principle of diagnosis and treatment and experience.
8.The action of benefiting others and the benefit limit in medical market
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
The medical health services assume the moral duty and have the requirement of seeking the benefit at the condition of market economy. The action of benefiting others at the medical market includes benefiting for others unselfish and benefiting for others for self.To one medical action,be it must benefit for others unselfish or benefit for others for self? It is important to analyze the benefit limit. We must grasp three principles of benefit for every patient, benefit mutual and benefit independent decisions when we analyze the benefit limit.
10.Therapeutic Observation of Electroacupuncture plus Rehabilitation for Cerebral Palsy
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2017;36(7):790-794
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation in treating cerebral palsy.Method A total of 104 patients with cerebral palsy were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 52 cases in each group. The two groups both received routine medications, based on which, the treatment group was given electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training while the control group was given rehabilitation training alone. Before and after the treatment, the Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM), muscle tension, comprehensive capability, development quotient (DQ) and cerebral haemodynamics were observed, and the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 94.2% in the treatment group versus 71.2% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment, the scores of item D and E of GMFM-88 were significantly increased (P<0.01) and the muscle tension scores were significantly decreased in both groups (P<0.01); the scores of item D and E of GMFM-88 and muscle tension in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05). The comprehensive capability score and DQ were markedly increased in both groups after the treatment (P<0.01); after the treatment, the comprehensive capability score and DQ in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.01). The cerebral artery mean flow velocity (Vm) increased significantly (P<0.05), and pulsatility index (PI) and resistance index (RI) decreased significantly after the treatment in both groups (P<0.05); after the treatment, the cerebral artery Vm, PI and RI in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation is an effective approach in treating cerebral palsy, and it can obviously improve the limb dysfunction, DQ, and cerebral haemodynamics of the patients.
