Objective To study the related factors of stress of parents of children with intellectual disabilities and autism. Methods 45 parents of children with intellectual disabilities and 45 with autism were surveyed. Results and Conclusion The stress level was very high in the parents of both 2 kinds of children, especially in the parents with autism children (P<0.01). The stress level of parents of both 2 kinds of children correlated positively with the level of disability, and correlated negatively with the family income.

Objective:To explore the correlation between serum cystatin C (Cys C)content and renal function in aged patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods:Clinical data of 237 aged BPH patients were retro-spectively analyzed.According to international prostate symptom score (IPSS),they were divided into mild group (n=25),moderate group (n=67)and severe group (n= 145);another 110 patients without prostatic hyperplasia were enrolled as normal control group in the same period.Levels of serum Cys C,blood urea nitrogen (BUN),ser-um creatinine (Scr),fasting blood glucose (FBG),blood lipids and prostate-specific antigen (PSA)were measured in all groups, and prostate volume (PV)was calculated. Results:Compared with normal control group,PV signifi-cantly rose [(18.94±4.62)ml vs.(40.09±12.72)ml],maximum urinary flow rate (Qmax)significantly reduced [(18.67±4.60)ml/s vs.(9.93±3.54)ml/s],and serum Cys C level significantly increased [(1.03±0.23)mg/L vs.(1.53±0.61)mg/L]in BPH group,P <0.01 all.Subgroup analysis indicated that serum Cys C levels in mild, moderate and severe group [(1.32±0.45)mg/L,(1.42±0.32)mg/L,(1.61 ±0.64)mg/L]were significantly higher than that of normal control group,P <0.01 all;and that of severe group was significantly higher than those of mild group and moderate group (P <0.01 or P <0.05).Pearson correlation analysis indicated that serum Cys C level was positively correlated with of age,SBP,DBP,FBG,BUN,Scr,PV and IPSS (r=0.179~0.580,P <0.05 or P <0.01),and inversely correlated with Qmax (r=-0.243,P <0.05)in BPH patients. Conclusion:Serum Cys C level significantly rise, and related with BPH degree, correlated with renal function in aged BPH patients, which can be used to predict renal function of these patients.

Objective To study the biofilm-forming ability and the distribution of biofilm-related genes in Acinetobacter baumannii clinical isolates as well as antimicrobial resistance,to analyze their relationships with the bacterial resistance phenotype. Methods A prospective study was conducted.Biofilm models of 70 strains Acinetobacter baumannii collected in Chengwu County People's Hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were constructed using 96-well polystyrene plate. In order to analyze the biofilm-forming ability,a qualitative and quantitative analysis was conduct by crystal violet staining assay. And the antimicrobial resistance of different biofilm-forming ability strains was compared including imipenem, amikacin, meropenem, cefepime, sulbactam cefoperazone, trimethoprim, levofloxacin, gentamicin, ciprofloxacin, cefotaxime, ceftizoxime, aztreonam, piperacillin, ceftriaxone, cefuroxime. In addition, the expressions of biofilm-related gene Bap,bfs and intI1 were tested with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay. Results Among 70 strains Acinetobacter baumannii,40 strains were multi-drug resistant (57.14%) and 6 strains were pan-drug resistant (8.57%); 68 strains had biofilm-forming ability (97.14%),14 of which were weakly positive,20 were positive and 34 were strongly positive. The antimicrobial resistant rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to imipenem, amikacin, meropenem and cefepime was decreased,it was 30.00%,32.86%,38.57% and 41.43%,respectively.However,the antimicrobial resistant rates to other commonly used antibiotics were all higher than 50%.The drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii to levofloxacin (85.71%,45.00%,38.24%,x2=9.225,P=0.010),cefepime (71.43%,45.00%,29.41%,x2=7.222,P=0.027),gentamicin (78.57%,55.00%,38.24%,x2 =6.601,P=0.037) was significantly decreased when biofilm-forming ability reinforced (weakly positive,positive,hadro-positive).Bap gene positive rate of weakly positive, positive and strong positive biofilm-forming strains Acinetobacter baumannii was 50.00%,65.00% and 79.41% (x2=4.244,P=0.120),respectively.Bfs gene positive rate was 35.71%,65.00% and 88.24%,respectively (x2=13.602,P=0.001) and intI1 gene positive rate was 42.86%,75.00% and 91.18%,respectively (x2 =12.902,P=0.002).Moreover,the antimicrobial resistances of biofilm-related gene positive strains were higher than the negative,of which the drug resistance of intI1 positive group to amikacin was significantly higher than the negative group (40.38% vs.11.11%,x 2=5.194,P=0.023).Conclusions The Acinetobacter baumannii collected from the hospital had strong multi-drug resistance as well as strong biofilm-forming ability. The drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii decreased when biofilm-forming ability reinforced. In addition, genes, such as Bap,bfs, and intI1,contributed to biofilm formation.

Objective To evaluate the accuracy of the patient positioning in prostate cancer therapy with the kilo-volt X-ray imaging system. Methods From June to August in 2014,14 patients with prostate cancer were treated by carbon ion beam with the Siemens proton and carbon ion equipment. X-ray orthogonal images was made twice by the imaging system before treatment. All the images were fused with the planning digitally reconstructed radiograph ones by automatic and manual method. We got positioning error data in six directions:lateral, longitudinal, vertical, isocentre, roll and pitch. The data were analyzed to study the situation. Results A total of 644 pairs of images from 14 patients were obtained during treatment. The average error in six directions is 0. 34 cm,0. 30 cm,0. 79 cm,0. 3°,1. 1° and 0. 5°.The patients′positioning error had no obvious change in all directions with fractions. There was no significant deviation between the two groups of images, either. But error in pitch and vertical direction is much larger. Conclusions The bony landmarks of the orthogonal filed images are clear. Photography lasts short time by the imaging system. DRR images are 3D and we can get images in six directions, but the development of soft tissue is weak. Positioning error we get cannot be match with the one of actual situation.

Objective To analyze the composition principles of Chinese patent drugs containing Rehmanniae Radix; To provide reference for clinical application and new drug research and development. Methods Based on the software Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System (V2.0), the authors built prescription database containing Rehmanniae Radix in National Standard for Chinese Patent Drugs (NSCPD). Then the authors adopted the statistical module by using data mining methods such as association rules and improved mutual information method, with a purpose to analyze the attending disease, combination rules and the core groups in prescriptions containing Rehmanniae Radix. Results In 357 prescriptions containing Rehmanniae Radix, 17 most commonly used drug combinations were mined. Meanwhile, two diseases, namely, insomnia and vertigo were chosen from the 22 diseases that Rehmanniae Radix was most frequently used to make deeper analysis, showing that Rehmanniae Radix can achieve different therapeutic effects through different compatibility. Conclusion Prescriptions containing Rehmanniae Radixin NSCPD mainly concentrate on clear heat and cool blood, and nourish Yin. The composition principles obtained from the research that Rehmanniae Radix used when curing different diseases can fully play the efficacy of RehmanniaeRadix and provide evidence for clinical scientific formulae.
