The premembrane and envelope proteins (prM-E),which contains the mainly protective antigen related with virulence and tropism, are the primary structural protein of flavivirus.However,prM-E in ZIKV is rarely understood. We have analyzed the structure and biological effects of prM-E in ZIKV by bionformatics methods. The prM-E proteins virus-like particles of dengue virus was introduced in the present. Then, the prM-E proteins virus like particles of ZIKV was prospected.

"Vessels Collateral Theory", as the inherit and development of "blood vessels" in Huangdi Neijing, is a systematic system by integrating severe vascular diseases. In this article, by taking cardiovascular diseases (CVD) as a cut-in point, roles of "minute collateral-microvascular" lesions in the occurrence and development of CVD were further explored. The interventional effect of collateral-unblocking medicines under the guidance of Vessels Collateral Theory was also in-depth explored, hoping to leading Chinese medical prevention and treatment of CVD.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
Using colon adenocarcinoma cell line HT-29 as testing material, adhesion test was carried out for 24 strains of Bifidobacteria isolated from dejecta of longevous people aged one hundred years. The results showed that all strains could adhere to colon adenocarcinoma cells HT-29, among which the strains of TTF, Z2, TZ5 and (J-1) showed higher adhesive capability. Thus these four strains of Bifidobacteria were further tested for their endurance to stomach acid and bile acid. The production of vitamin B by these bacterial were also tested. All these tests indicated that the strain of TTF has high ability to produce Vitamin B_(1), B_(2), B_(6), B_(12), The survival rate after the treatment under pH 3.0 for 120 min was 93.11%, at the same time, the strain TTF can survive after being treated with 2% bile acid for 24h.

Objective To perform the clinical characferistics of diagnosis and treatment of duodenal trauma and to improve the result of surgical treatment in patients with duodenal injury. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases with duodenal injury were analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases were surgically treated.26 cases were cured 13 cases were with complications,of which 9 cases with duodenal fistula,4 cases with peritoneal infection.6 cases died. Conclusion Early diagnosis and surgical treatment, proper management and intensive postoperative care can improve the result of patients with duodenal trauma and decrease complications.

Objective To compare the rates of clearance of different solutes during continuous veno-venous haemodiafiltration (CVVHDF) between pre-dilution and post-dilution.Methods A study in vitro was carried out using model CRRT system with AN69 filter used, which was applied to perform CVVHDF for solutes clearance. The removed amounts of different solutes including potassium ion (K +),creatinine (Cr),vancomycin, insulin, and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were determined in the groups of control (without dilution),pre-dilution and post-dilution during CVVHDF at the same substitution fluid amount. Each group was repeated 4 times (n =4).Results Post-dilution mode increased K +,Cr,vancomycin and insulin clearances significantly. There was no difference in clearance of IL-6 between the pre-and post-dilution groups. In the control group, insulin and IL-6 levels were decreased extremely. Conclusions In general, the rate of clearance using post-dilution of CVVHDF is higher than that using pre-dilution.Among high molecular weight solutes, the difference in clearance is not significant. The control group demonstrates insulin and IL-6 adsorbed by the filter.
