On the basis of studying processing method and quality control standard of Realgar,we did researches on the differences of toxicity and efficacy between new processing method(Washed by Acid)and traditional processing method(Grinding Without Water). The result showed that the efficacy was improved and the toxicity reaction Was lowered after Realgar being processed by new method.

OBJECTIVE To investigate nosocomial infection and drug-resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PAE) in our hospital to provide the evidence for clinical monitoring and control of nosocomial infection.METHODS The microbiological system MicroScan WalkAway-40 was used to identify PAE and the drug-resistance in vitro was determined by K-B methods.RESULTS Among 325 strains of PAE in two years,imipenem-resistant P.aeruginosa(IRPA) accounted for 14.8%.The highest isolating rates occurred in the intensive care unit(ICU),accounted for 20.9%.The following was senile disease department, accounted for 19.4%.The respiratory department rated the third, accounted for 16.9%.The resistance of IRPA to 11 kinds of common antibiotics was significantly higher than imipenem-sensitive P.aeruginosa(ISPA).Except the drug-resistance of IRPA to ceftazidime, cefepime and aztreonam was below 50.0%,that to the other eight antibiotics was all over 50.0%.CONCLUSIONS The drug-resistance of PAE is very serious in our hosptial. We should perform rigorous monitoring and prevent the outbreak of nosocomial infection with PAE.

BACKGROUND: The femoral intramedul ary guides in total knee arthroplasty require high precision, complex operation, it is very important for prosthesis and joint function to choose more precise positioning method and determine the correct needle point. OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of needle point position on prosthesis arrangement when applying different femoral intramedul ary guides methods in total knee arthroplasty. METHODS: Total y 80 patients who received the treatment of total knee arthroplasty in Changshu No.1 People’s Hospital from January 2012 to July 2015 were selected and divided into test and control groups according to random number table (n=40/group). The patients in the test group accepted CT scan for femoral intramedul ary guides. The theoretical position of femoral intramedul ary guides entry point was marked using radiographic parameters. In the control group, the traditional total knee arthroplasty technology was used to mark the entry point of femoral intramedul ary guides. The needle point position when applying different femoral intramedul ary guide methods was observed. The effect of femoral intramedul ary guides on prosthesis arrangement in total knee arthroplasty was discussed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Compared with the control group, the distance from entry point to femoral anatomic line on positive and lateral X-ray film in the test group was shorter, femoral prosthesis lateral angle and physiological valgus angle were closer to the theoretical value, distance from intersection of femur axis and femoral condyle to block center was shorter; the differences were statistical y significant (P < 0.05). These results demonstrate that compared with the traditional two-dimensional intramedul ary positioning, the needle point position of three-dimensional CT scan stimulative positioning is more accurate. The location more concentrates on within intercondylar fossa 2-5 mm, more front of intercondylar fossa 3-10 mm, three-dimensional CT scan stimulative positioning is a reliable choice for femoral intramedul ary guides.

[ ABSTRACT] AIM: To investigate the SALL4 expression, proliferation and apoptosis in the LNCaP cells after transfection of SALL4 siRNA.METHODS: The expression of SALL4 at mRNA and protein levels was detected by real-time PCR and Western blotting.MTS assay, colony formation assay and flow cytometry were used to determine the prolifer-ation, colony formation ability and apoptosis of the LNCaP cells. The effect of SALL4 on the expression of Bax and Bcl-2 was analyzed by Western blotting.RESULTS:Compared with negative control group, the expression of SALL4 at mRNA and protein levels in LNCaP cells was down-regulated by transfection of SALL4 siRNA ( P<0.05 ) .The proliferation rate and colony formation ability were decreased, while apoptosis rate increased in si-SALL4 group (P<0.05).Higher expres-sion of Bax and lower expression of Bcl-2 in si-SALL4 group were observed ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSION:Down-regula-tion of SALL4 by siRNA not only suppresses LNCaP cell proliferation and colony formation, but also inhibits Bcl-2 expres-sion and activates Bax expression to induce apoptosis.
