International Journal of Surgery 2017;44(6):425-428
Pancreatic cancer is the highest degree of malignancy in the digestive system tumors, longterm prognosis is poor.Pancreatic head cancer has the highest proportion of pancreatic cancer,so its treatment is the focus of the treatment of pancreatic cancer.Radical pancreaticoduodenectomy is the hope of patients with pancreatic head cancer to be cured, but also is the most important treatment for patients with long-term survival.Choosing the appropriate surgical methods and techniques can improve the rate of radical resection of the tumor and reduce the postoperative complications.Combined with timely and appropriate adjuvant therapy,it may improve the quality of life and prolong the survival of resected pancreatic head cancer patients.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(10):-
Aim This study is designed to analyze the influence of L-arginine (L-Arg) on expression level of angiotensin Ⅱ receptors (ATR) and the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) in cultured cardiomyocytes, with the intention to clarify the mechanisms relative to L-Arg's inhibitory effects on formation of cardiac hypertrophy. Methods Five groups of cardiomyocytes were established: control group, Angiotensin Ⅱ (ATⅡ) group, ATⅡ + Saralasin group, ATⅡ + L-Arg group, ATⅡ + L-Arg+L-NAME (N-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester) group. After 48 hours in supplemented culture, synthetic velocity of protein, NO production, expression level of ATR and p38 MAPK in cardiomyocytes were detected through the [3H]-leucine incorporation method, colorimetry, RT-PCR and western blotting, respectively. Results L-Arg could decrease the expression level of ATR1 and phosphorylated p38 MAPK, enhance NO production and reduce the synthetic velocity of protein in cultured cardiomyocytes stimulated by ATⅡ. Both ATⅡ and L-Arg had no influence on the expression level of angiotensin receptor type 2(ATR 2). Correlation analysis revealed that the relationship of negative correlation was significant between NO production and each of following factors: ATR1 expression level and phosphorylated p38MAPK expression level; As indicated by multiple stepwise regression analysis, not ATR2 expression level, but ATR1 expression level acted as the regression predictor of expression level of phosphorylated p38MAPK. Conclusion By enhancing myocardial NO production, L-Arg-NO pathway inhibits the p38MAPK activation mediated by ATR1, leading to inhibition of the hypertrophic response of cardiomyocytes. ATR2 seems to be independent from the activation process of p38 MAPK.

B ased on Chinese medicine pharmacological literature data , the property , flavor , toxicity , meridian tropism, efficacy, and clinical application of Chinese herbal medicine were used as a set of attributes. The sup-port vector machine ( SVM ) was used in the establishment of predictive models of 187 pharmacological effects of Chinese herbal medicine respectively. And the cross-validation method was used to determine the accuracy of predictive models . After that , the predictive models with the predictive accuracy rate greater than 90% were used to predicate pharmacological effects of 624 herbals recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition). It was found that the accuracy rate of 108 models was greater than 90%, and the accuracy rate of antibacterial effect predictive model was 99.76%. The highest predictive value of Chinese herbal medicine was the anti-oxi-dation effect of Menispermi Rhizoma.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(2):53-56
The investigation of characteristic databases in 22 domestic colleges or universities of traditional Chinese medicine showed that the information resources have not been fully developed and the developed databases of tradi-tional Chinese medicine lacked of deep hierarchies. It was pointed out that updating their contents and deepening their hierarchies are the developing orientation for the characteristic databases of traditional Chinese medicine.

Objective To explore the efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in the treatment of parapelvic cyst. Methods From August 2005 to December 2008,16 cases of parapelvic cyst were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic deroofing and decompressing in our hospital.Under general anaesthesia,an operational space was established via retroperitoneal route. And then, along the urethra, the parapelvic cyst was explored.Afterwards, the cyst was unroofed 3 to 5 mm from the normal renal tissues. Results The operation was completed in 15 of the patients with a mean operation time of(75?20) minutes and mean blood loss of(28?8) ml.No injuries to the kidney pedicle or pelvis occurred.Another patient was converted to open surgery because of difficulty in exposure of the cyst. This series were followed up for a mean of 13 months(range,6 to 20 months). No one had recurrence during the period. Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic deroofing is minimally invasive, safe and effective or parapelvic cyst.It should be the first choice for the disease.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2012;26(12):569-572
Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) is endangering human health seriously now. We had reviewed some typical animal model which had at least one OSAS character of intermittent hypoxia and/or hypercapnia, upper airway obstruction and sleep structure disorder. However, all of these models could not simulate clinical and pathological features of OSAS completely. Establishing a suitable animal model to study OSAS and related diseases is very important.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the practice of monitoring on adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in secondary or inferior to secondary medical institutions.METHODS:The problems in the practice of ADR monitoring in secondary or inferior to secondary medical institutions were analyzed and the approaches to strengthen the ADR monitoring was discussed taking our hospital as an example.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The problems in the practice of ADR monitoring in secondary or inferior to secondary medical institutions manifested as low general technical level, lacking of advanced information network, hospital leaders' negligence, medical staff's poor consciousness, pharmacy departments' failure in bringing their role into full play, etc. Therefore,it is urgent to attach great importance to the problems to facilitate the development of ADR monitoring by enlarging publicizing, raising awareness;improving the organizational structure and the related working rules, bringing clinical pharmacists and nursing staff's roles into full play and establishing the reward and punishment mechanism, etc.
