Objective:To evaluate graduate student tutors in medical universities using an available scale to improve graduate education management.Method:Graduate students in Grades 2006 and 2007,who had passed thesis defense,were investigated online.The results were analyzed by statistics.Conclusion:Most of graduate students were satisfied with their tutors.The results proved very helpful for the innovation of graduate education management.

Objective To explore the influence of the lactation exposure to fluoxetine on offspring's behavior and serotonin transporter (SERT) and tryptophan hydroxylase (TPH). Methods Six SD pregnant rats were randomly divided into 2 groups (n=3 each group). Experimental maternal rats were intraperitoneally injected with fluoxetine at a dose of 12 mg/kg from postnatal day 5 to 21. The control group were injected with the same amount of normal saline. In infancy, the offspring's weight, hair length, eye opening and auditory development were measured. The free suspension test and bur?ied food pellets test were applied to evaluate the offspring's behaviors. After postnatal day 21, all the offspring were wean. At early childhood (P35d) and adulthood (P75d), 6 offspring rats from each group were executed to examine SERT and TPH in the prefrontal cortex by immunohistochemistry. Results The offspring's weight of experimental group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.05). The sensitivity of auditory in experimental group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.01). The time of free suspension in experimental group significantly was decreased comparing to control group (P<0.01). The SERT and TPH in prefrontal cortex was significantly lower in experimental group than those in control group either at childhood (P35d) or at adulthood (P75d) (P<0.05). Conclusion Lactation exposure to fluoxetine re?sults in offspring's abnormal development and behaviors through down-regulation of SERT and TPH in the prefrontal cor?tex.

Objective To learn students' satisfaction with the general education courses, discuss the problems in comprehensive general education courses in local medical colleges , and provide the basis and reference for the medical general education courses reform. Methods Using the stratified random sampling method, self-designed questionnaire to local medical colleges of 575 different professions stu-dents. The questionnaire had the total of 54 topics whose contents were related to the basic situation aware-ness and satisfaction, the demand for general education courses, general education curriculum problems and suggestions. The survey data were analyzed using SPSS 19.0 software and the results were expressed by the relative number(rate and percentage). The differences between different majors and different grade student satisfaction were analyzed by using rank-sum test, showing statistical significance(P<0.05). Results The total satisfaction was not very high, only 219 students(38%) were satisfied with general curriculum;256 students(45%) thought it didn't matter whether to set general education courses;100 students(17%) were not satisfied. In addition, satisfaction with different grades was undifferentiated (P=0.798), but there was a statistical difference among the students of different professions(P=0.007). Conclusion The general education curriculum of medical schools should not blindly pursue being wide and full. Instead, it should be built from three aspects such as core curriculum, flexible teaching methods, teaching methods reform to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Background and purpose:B7-H3 is a newly identiifed member of the B7-family of co-stimulatory molecule, and however, its exact role in human osteosarcoma is still unclear. The purpose of this study was to examine the expression of B7-H3 in osteosarcoma tissues and to investigate its correlations with clinicopathological factors and overall survival in patients with osteosarcoma.Methods:The expression of B7-H3 and the intensity of tumor-inifltrating T lymphocytes (TILs) in pathologic specimens of osteosarcoma, osteochondroma and bone ifbrous dysplasia tissues were evaluated by immunohistochemical assay.Results:The expression rate of B7-H3 was 91.8% (56/61) in osteosarcoma lesions, while B7-H3 was barely expressed in adjacent normal tissues and bone ifbrous dysplasia tissues. The intensity of B7-H3 expression in osteochondroma was 56.8%, which was signiifcantly decreased compared with osteosarcoma tissues. Tumor B7-H3 expression was associated with Ennecking stage and pulmonary metastasis, while inversely correlated with the number of tumor-inifltrating CD8+ T cells (P<0.05). Moreover, patients with high tumor B7-H3 levels had a signiifcantly shorter survival time and recurrence time than patients with low tumor B7-H3 levels (P<0.05).Conclusion:B7-H3 is overexpressed in human osteosarcoma tissues, and B7-H3 expression is highly correlated with tumor development and overall patients’ prognosis. Moreover, overexpression of B7-H3 in tissues can relfect CD8+T cell inifltration and may help tumor cells avoid immune surveillance.

Objective To explore the clinical,laboratory,and pathologic manifestations of the interstitial lung disease(ILD)associated with primary Sj(o)gren's syndrome(pSS,pSS-ILD).Methods Clinical data of 15 patients with pSS-ILD admitted to our hospital from 2006 to 2008 were collected and the different features were compared with 18 patients with pSS without ILD.Eight patients with pSS-ILD were followed up and observed the changes of high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT).Results The age at onset was later in pSS-ILD[(57±11)years]than in pSS without ILD[(43±11)years](P<0.01).The initial symptoms in six of patients with pSS-ILD were cough,expectoration,chest distress or dyspnea upon exertion.The respiratory clinical manifestations,circulationsystem involvement and pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH) were more common in pSS-ILD than in pSS without ILD(P<0.01).Compared with patients with pSS without ILD,patients with pSS-ILD had significantly higher serum IgG level(P<0.01).The common findings of HRCT included reticular changes,irregular linear hyper-attenuating areas,and nodules.Pleural involvement was found in 8 patients,honeycomb change in 5 patients and PAH in 3 patients.After treated for 6 months of 8 patients,radiological findings improved in 4 patients,stable in 2 patients,and worse in 2 patients.The comlnon histological findings included focal fibrosis in alveolar wall and alveolus with and alveolar space inflammatory cell infiltration,interstitial inflammation with mulifocal lymphocyte infiltration.One patient had the pathological changes of nonspecific interstitial pneumonia(NSIP).Conclusion The age at onset of pSS-ILD is late and tends to produce respiratory symptoms and prone to have circulationsystem involvement such as PAH and elevated serum IgG level.Honeycomb change in HRCT can be seen in one third of patients and most patients can improve after treatment,however.NSIP can be observed in histopathologieal

Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens isolated from urine culture in 2013 and provide basis for clinical treatment .Methods MicroScan WalkAway 96 PLUS bacterial identification system was used to identify the pathogens and drug susceptibility testing .The data were analyzed by WHONET 5 .6 software .Results A total of 231 strains of pathogens were isolated from urine cultures ,including 51(22 .1% ) strains of gram‐positive bacteria ,170(73 .6% ) strains of gram‐negative bacteria ,and 10(4 .3% ) strains of fungi;Escherichia coli ,the coagulase‐negative Staphylococcus ,Klebsiella pneumoniae and E .faecalis were ranked the top four species of pathogens ,accounting for 48 .9% ,13 .0% ,9 .5% ,5 .2% ,respectively .MRCNS among CNS were 73 .6% .Staphylococcus had 100 .00% sensitivity to vancomycin and linezolid ;the antimicrobial resistance rate of E .fae‐calis to ampicillin was 8 .3% .E .faecalis had 100 .00% sensitivity to vancomycin and linezolid .the detectable rates of Escherichia co‐li ,Klebsiella pneumoniae of ESBLs were 52 .2% and 50 .0% ,and the strains had 100 .00% sensitivity to imipenem and meropenem . Conclusion Escherichia coli is a major pathogen in urine culture ,Bacterial resistance is serious .

The purpose of this study is to assess the nutritional value and biological effect of Collybia Velutipes. The results were as follows: (1) 10% Collybia Velutipes extract contains 19210mg/L of total amino acid. It is more than the content in the equal amount of mushrooms. (2) The kindergarten children were fed with Collybia Velutipes product for 7 weeks. It was found that the height and the circumference of the mid-upper arm in the children were significantly higher than the control. (3) Weanling male and female rats of wistar strain were divided into two groups ana led the following diets: group l(control), Collybia Velutipes (CV) free diet; group 2(subject), diet containing 25% CV product which contains 2.5% dried CV. The rats were fed the diet ad libitum for 6 weeks. At the end of the experiment, we found that the food effect (FE) of the subject group was significantly higher than the control (P

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use of analgesic drugs for advanced cancer,moderate to severe pain. METHODS:The data of narcotic drugs and first type psychotropic drugs were collected from hospital information system of a third grade class A hospital during 2012-2014,and then analyzed in respects of amount,consumption sum and DDDs,etc. RE-SULTS:The amount of narcotic drugs and first type psychotropic drugs kept stable basically,and the consumption sum of them during 2012-2014 was 1 566 289.92 yuan,1 525 220.23 yuan and 1 531 277.44 yuan. The consumption sum of Morphine hydrochlo-ride tablet increased the fastest,increasing by 89.78% in 2013 and 142.81% in 2014,compared with the year before;those of other drugs had negative growth rate. DDDs of Morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets were the highest among all the narcotics and first type psychotropic drugs and increased year by year,increasing from 26 848.00 in 2012 to 47 158.00 in 2014. CONCLU-SIONS:The use of narcotic drugs and first type psychotropic drugs conform to the specifications,but they still need strict supervi-sion to promote safe and effective use of them in the clinic.
