Chinese Mental Health Journal 1989;0(03):-
Objective: To explore the predictors of drive for thinness in female college students in Beijing. Methods: 499 female students were investigated with Drive For Thinness of EDI, Body-Esteem Scale for Adolescents and Adults and BMI-based Silhouette Matching Test (BMI-SMT). Results: The deviation of perception, the deviation of expectation of one's own body and body-esteem were found to be predictors of drive for thinness. For someone with normal weight, the deviation of perception, the deviation of expectation of one's own body were significantly larger than someone slightly underweight and very underweight, the body-esteem were significantly lower and their drive for thinness were significantly greater. Conclusion: The distorting perception, the unreasonable expectation of one's own body and low body-esteem are important predictors of drive for thinness, which will then cause eating disorder in female college students.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(1):13-17
Objective:Breast cancer metastasis is a major cause of death. Lymphatic metastasis is one of the two main metastatic ways that is crucial to the metastasis process of breast cancer. To treat breast cancer metastasis, we prepared micelle-based drug carrier for lymphatic delivery. Methods:We used in vivo bioluminescence imaging for real-time dynamic monitoring of the inhibitory effect of polyethylene glycol phospholipid micelle encapsulating vinorelbine on breast cancer metastasis. Results: Compared with the free vinorelbine, vinorelbine-encapsulated micelles (NanoVin) showed a significantly enhanced anti-tumor activity both in primary and met-astatic tumors. Conclusion:Intravenous administration of NanoVin markedly prevented the metastasis of tumor cells through both he-matogenous and lymphatic systems. This study provides a new approach for treatment of metastatic tumors. Bioluminescence imaging is a powerful tool to dynamically monitor tumor metastasis and clinical therapeutic effect of anticancer drugs.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2016;34(10):755-760
Objectives To analyze and compare the clinical features of autonomic nervous mediated syncope (NMS) and pseudo psychogenic syncope (PPS) in children. Methods Clinical features were retrospectively analyzed in children with syncope complaint not caused by cardiac syncope, situation of syncope, drug-induced syncope, and neurogenic and metabolic diseases that caused brief loss of consciousness, and the clinical features of similarities and differences between NMS and PPS were compared. Results In 106 children with syncope were included, there were 85 cases (80.2%) of NMS, 13 cases (12.3%) of PPS, and 8 cases (7.5%) of unexplained syncope. PPS was induced by recent mental stimulation; the syncope was more frequent; the score of orthostatic intolerance was higher; the omen was rare; the duration of attack was longer. NMS was induced by long time standing, movement and body position change; the omen was mainly dizziness, blurred vision and gastrointestinal symptoms; the duration of attack was short (<5 min). Conclusions NMS is the most common cause of syncope in children, while PPS is an important cause of transient consciousness of non-syncope. There are similarities in clinical features between NMA and PPA and differential diagnosis is needed.

Purpose To Prepare anti- HIV-1 gp120 monoclonal antibodies and to identify the specificity of antibodies in order to provide technique for preparing HIV remedial antibodies. Methods The gene fragment of HIV-1 gp120 was connected to PEGX-4T-2 prokaryotic expressing vector. The vector was cut by enzyme. GST-HIV protein was expressed by E. coli XL1-blue. The BALB/c mice were immunized with purified GST-HIV antigen, and then the fusion of mice spleen cell and myeloma cell SP2/0 was executed as the routine cell-fusion technique. Positive cells were screened by Indirect ELISA. Immuno-blotting assay and Western blot identified the specificity of antibodies. Results External gene section from the recombinant plasmid by sequencing showed the same size of HIV-1 gp120 gene sequences. An external expressed protein band of 32 KD was obtained after purified protein SDS-PAGE electrophoresis. It indicated that six strains of hybridoma cells secreting special monoclone antibodies had been obtained. ELISA results showed that six strains monoclonal antibodies only reacted to HIV-1 gp120 antigen. Western blot results showed that a band with molecular weight 32 kDa was obtained, which could interact with HIV-1 gp120 monoclonal antibody. Conclusion Six strains of hybridoma cells secreting special monoclone antibodies had been obtained. The prepared monoclonal antibodies have established a basis for HIV remedial antibody.

In the present study, a new compound named 17-(6-cinnamamido-hexylamino-)-17-demethoxygeldanamycin (CDG) was obtained by introducing the cinnamic acid (CA) group into the 17-site of geldanamycin (GDM). The anti-cancer effects of CDG in vitro and in vivo were evaluated. MTT assay was used to examine the inhibitory effect of CDG on the proliferation of MCF-7, HepG2, H460 and SW1990 cells. Immunofluorescent staining flow cytometry combined with Annexin V-FITC/PI staining were used to detect apoptotic cells. Transwell assay was used to analyze the effect of CDG on cell invasion and migration ability. Western blotting was used to detect the expression levels of RAF-1, EGFR, AKT, CDK4 and HER-2 of MCF-7, HepG2 and H460 cells. The toxicities of CDG and GDM were evaluated in mice. Using the subcutaneously transplanted MCF-7 xenograft in nude mice, inhibitory effect was evaluated in vivo. The results showed that CDG inhibited the proliferation of cancer cells (IC50: 13.6-67.4 microg.mL-1). After exposure to CDG for 48 h, most cells presented typical morphologic changes of apoptosis such as chromatin condensation or shrunken nucleus. The rates of apoptosis of MCF-7, HepG2, H460 and SW1990 cells incubated with 10 microg.mL-1 CDG were 23.16%, 27.55%, 22.21%, 20.47%, respectively. A dose-dependent reduction of migration of four cell lines was found after exposure to CDG. The decreased levels of RAF-1, EGFR, AKT, CDK4 and HER-2 showed that CDG possessed HSP90 inhibitory effect. The result of animal toxicity test on the mice suggested that CDG had lower toxicity than GDM. Meanwhile, CDG inhibited the growth of MCF-7 xenografts of athymic mice.
