China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the mechanism that apoptosis of NB4 cells were induced by artesunate. METHODS: The apoptosis of NB4 cell induced by artesunate was determined by Annexin V-FITC FCM analysis and cytomorphology and the activity of Caspase-3 was determined by ELISA assay. RESULTS: Artesunate could induce apoptosis of NB4 cell with the activity of Caspase-3 increasing. CONCLUSIONS: The apoptosis of NB4 cell induced by artesunate is achieved by activating Caspase-3.

International Journal of Surgery 2013;40(8):529-533
Objective Compared with surgical operation,to investigate the clinical efficacy and advantages of interventional treatment in blunt liver traum. Methods 32 patients from July 2010 to October 2012,who were diagnosed as blunt liver trauma, received super selective hepatic artery embolization in Chinese People's Liberation Army in 98th Hospital.Another 27 ones received operation at the same time in Peolies's Liberation Army 98th (AAST grade Ⅱ to Ⅳ).Retrospective analysis of related cases was presented. The results were analyzed by t test. Results All of 32 patients that received super selective hepatic artery embolization were stanched bleeding successfully. All patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months, the mean follow-up time was 10 months, with no severe complications occurred or no lost cases. Conclusions Compared with surgical operation, interventional treatment had advantage that included eliable hemostasis, less operation time, minimally invasive and less hospitalization time.Interventional treatment had good effects on blunt liver trauma which were AAST grade Ⅱ to Ⅲ.
5.Knowledge Discovery on Compatibility Laws of TCM Prescription for Stroke Disease Based on Biclustering Method
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2013;(11):16-18,19
Objective To explore the key elements in prescription and summarize the law of prescription-herb treatment, to find core herbs/herb group which play a key role in pharmacological effects, then provide new methods and modern techniques for theory of prescription development and TCM clinical research. Methods The text data sources of stroke disease were retrieved from databases of traditonal Chinese prescription. After pre-processing and information extraction, a prescription-herb matrix was constructed, and then biclustering method was used to simultaneous clustering two dimensions of data. Results Totally 648 effective records were gained after preprocessing, and 6913 herbs were extracted, then a 100×648 prescription-herb matrix was generated. Finally 4-way clustering results were output, along with 8 high descriptive prescriptions, then characteristics of prescription laws of diagnosis and treatment according different syndrome and various types of herbs commonly used were summarized. Conclusion This method can be well applied for prescription-herb knowledge discovery in TCM prescription databases. The prescription-herb information can be effectively extracted, and laws of prescription-herb and syndrome-treament can be mined.
6.Study on the status quo of medical personnel in the rural health clinics of underdeveloped areas -Taking Fengjie County as an example
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(12):1280-1283,1284
Objective To investigate the status quo of the medical staff in 6 village clinics in Fengjie County, and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality and overall quality of medical personnel in village clinics. Methods The research literature and questionnaires were used to investigate the basic situation of the village doctors, the role of the village doctors in the residents' health care, and the needs and satisfaction of the residents in the village clinics. The data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0, and the samples were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results The average age of the medi-cal staff in village clinics was (46.74±10.17) years old, and there was no medical staff under 30 years of age. The medical staff of the village health clinics had an irrational age structure, and the educational back-ground was generally low; the medical staff generally thought that their income was not high. They hope to participate in more training in medical technology; residents generally believe that the doctors' ability to diagnose and treat the disease needs to be improved. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the leading role of the government and bring into play the positive work of the medical staff in the village health clinic. It is also necessary to strengthen the training of talents, lay a solid foundation for development, take the demand as the guide to change the service concept and model, to improve the relevant mechanisms to create good surroundings for the development of medical staff in village clinics.
7.The research advances of CD38 molecule and osteoclasts activity adjustment
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(06):-
Human CD38, a type II glycoprotein, is widely expressed in kinds of tissues and cells. It has been shown to have a wide range of effects. The multifunctional cyclase function of CD38 effects on the regulation of osteoclasts activation, which maybe important in the therapy of osteoporosis.
8.Progress in research and application of bioactive scaffolds in bone tissue engineering
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(02):-
The research on novel scaffold materials is now characterized by a transition from single element to composition, from inert materials to bioactive materials, and from macro- level to micro- level. With the rapid development of nano- technology and life sciences, the two concepts of nano- modification and biomimic construction joined the mainstream of the scaffold research. And in this field, the theory of bone generation net has been recently explored systematically and comprehensively. As a result, it has now become a research focus to obtain ideal bioactive scaffolds on the basis of current investigation. This paper highlights several types of promising scaffolds, discusses their recent research and application, and reviews the present situation concerning bioactive scaffolds

10.Role of placenta-derived growth factor in vascular regeneration of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(11):2043-2047
BACKGROUND:The effect of placenta-derived growth factor(PLGF)on promoting vascular regeneration remains uncertain. In studies of models with PLGF deletion,PLGF has been considered to play critical role in inducing angiogenesis.OBJECTIVE:To summarize the research advances in effect of PLGF and its receptor in vascular regeneration and ischemic cerebral disease.METHODS:A computer-based online search of Pubmed and CNKl was performed for relevant articles published between 1990 and 2009 with key words of"PLGF"in Chinese and"PLGF angiogensis"Articles related with biological characteristics of PLGF and its roles in vascular regeneration and articles related with angiogenesis and PLGF expression after cerebral ischemia were selected.Repetitive articles were excludedRESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The role of PLGF and its receptor in vascular regeneration, mechanism of PLGF and its receptor to promote angiogenesis, vascular endothelial growth factor A,and the expression of PLGF and its receptor in brain after cerebral ischemia were introduced.PLGF can promote pathological angiogenesis, arteriogenesis, branch formation and hemopoietic progenitor cell mobilization.PLGF and its receptor play an important role in the angiogenesis of ischemic cerebral disease and display a good clinical prospect in the treatment of ischemic cerebral disease However, the specific role and mechanism require further study.
