Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2009;22(3):136-137,156
On the basis of systematic analysis for the current status of scientific research project mid-term management, we described several disadventages in the meddle management and gave some sugges-tions which included thinking highly of the role of supporting institutions, promoting the service conscious-ness, improving the project management ability of the manager and exploring new management methods of scientific research. Following these suggestions it would be make the meddle management much better and improving the research qualities.

Objective To investigate the clinical application and effect of micro-planting nail anchorage in orthodontics. Methods Fifty-six patients with oral orthodontic were randomly divided into two groups.29 patients in the observation group were used micro-planting nail anchorage,27 patients in the control group were used the strong non-implant anchorage. Results The reduction of upper incisor inclination and distance in observation group was significantly higher than control group. In another hand, displacement of molars in observation group was significantly lower than control group, the difference was significant(t =9.714,4.491,17.172,all P <0.05).Conclusion Micro planting nail can provide the ideal anchorage and orthodontic treatment, and it has the advantages of easy and flexible operation, and it can be instantly afterburner, reliable quality, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
4.Affection of high altitude aviation on the trachea cannula cuff
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;31(34):2583-2585
Objective To investigate the effect of high altitude aviation on the pressure and diameter of the trachea cannula cuff after injecting air or water. Methods In the circumstance 5 km height and 795 hPa cabin pressure, the air injected cuffs were divided into two groups, one was under the ground circumstance, the other was in the high altitude aviation environment. The volumes of injected air were 5 ml, 7 ml, 9 ml, 11 ml, 13 ml, 15 ml, 17 ml, and the cuff pressure and its diameter were measured. The water injected cuffs were also divided into two groups of ground and high altitude aviation environment. The volumes of injected water were 10 ml, 12 ml, 14 ml, 15 ml, 16 ml, and the cuff pressure and its diameter were measured. The results were compared between the ground circumstance and high altitude aviation environment. Results The diameter of injection air group versus under the ground circumstance group had the statistical significance (t=5.000-9.449, P<0.05), when the injection air was larger than 15 ml, the pressure effect had statistical significance (t=5.000, 8.000, P<0.05). Water injection group had not statistically significant. Different water volume injection had no effect on pressure and diameter (P>0.05), while different air volume injection had significant effect on pressure and diameter (F=5.132, 5.980, P<0.01). When the water volume was 10 ml, the cuff pressure was (24.00±4.62) cmH2O (1 cmH2O=0.098 kPa) , which was appropriate to the range of cuff pressure (20-30 cmH2O). Conclusions In high altitude aviation environment the trachea cannula cuff should adopt water injection, and the best water volume is about 10 ml.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2008;43(1):60-62
A new compound and five known compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the leaves of Ilex pernyi Franch. Their structures were established on the basis of spectral analysis and identified as trans-isoeugenyl-α-L-arabinopynosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), kaempferol-3-O-sambubioside (2), quercetin-3-O-sambubioside (3), isoquercitrin (4), (+)-syringaresinol-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), amarantholidoside IV (6). Among them, compound 1 is a new phenolic glycoside, named as ilexperphenoside A, and compounds 2-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.

Objective To observe the clinical orthodontic treatment and gingivitis factors, looking for targeted prevention measures. Methods 200 patients with orthodontic treatment were randomly equally divided into two groups, the control group was given conventional treatment guidelines, the treatment group on the basis of the control group was given health knowledge missionary and urged to practice good oral hygiene habits. After 3 and 6 months of treatment, evaluation of gingival status of the two groups. Results The two groups of patients after 3 and 6 months of treatment,l to 3 months of treatment, the gums of the patients were graded statistically significant, treatment of 6 months in both groupscomparison was statistically significant(x2 =8.86,P < 0.01).Conclusion In the process of orthodontic treatment should be to strengthen the oral health knowledge missionary urge patients to develop good oral hygiene habits, plus the reasonable operation of the doctor helps to reduce the process of orthodontic treatment in periodontal diseases.

Objective To explore the relationship of molecular biology characteristic and the treatment outcome, and influence factors of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) in inflammatory breast cancer (IBC).Methods The clinicopathological data of 103 IBC patients who were treated with NAC from January 2005 to June 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of estrogen receptor (ER),progesteron receptor (PR),human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) and E-cadherin.The treatment outcome were evaluated. Results In 103 IBC patients,ER negative was 48 patients,PR negative was 51 patients,HER-2 positive was 45 patients,E-cadherin positive was 66 patients. The effective rate of chemotherapy was 72.8% (75/103).The effective rate of chemotherapy in taxane-based group was significantly higher than that in anthracycline-based group [80.6% (50/62) vs.61.0%(25/41)],and there was significant difference (P < 0.05).The effective rate of chemotherapy in ER,PR,E-cadherin negative patients was significantly higher than that in ER,PR,E-cadherin positive patients [83.3% (40/48) vs.63.6% (35/55),82.4% (42/51) vs.63.5% (33/52),83.8% (31/37) vs.66.7% (44/66)],and there was significant difference (P < 0.05).The effective rate of chemotherapy in taxane-based group with E-cadherin positive patients was significantly higher than that in anthracycline-based group with E-cadherin positive patients [77.5% (31/40) vs.50.0% (13/26)] (P <0.05).No correlation existed between the expression of HER-2 and the treatment outcome of chemotherapy (P > 0.05).Conclusion ER,PR and E-cadherin negative patients with IBC is chemosensitive to NAC.The positive expression of E-cadherin may be an important factor of chemotherapy resistance. For the patients with E-cadherin positive,taxane-based chemotherapy regimen can achieve a better effective rate.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
The effect of nifedipine on antipyrine ( AP ) disposition was evaluated in 10 patients with essential hypertension. The disposition were measured with high perfomance liquid chromatography before and after 5d nifedipine treatment. The results showed that APt_1/2 and CL_AP were 14.88?3.1h and 31.29?5.9 ml/min respectively before treatment; APt_1/2 and CL_AP were 14.37?3.1 h and 32?6 ml/min after treatment. There were no significant differences for both parameters between the pre-treatment and after-treatment. The results showed there was no effect of nifedipine on AP disposition in patients with essential hyper ension in vivo. Namely, activation of hepatic microsomal enzymes for oxidative metabolism was not affected by nifedipine.
