2.Rental Service of Assistive Devices in China

The paper analysed the assistive service, suggested to develop rental service of assistive devices. Rental service of assistive devices may enhance the efficiency of public fund, expand scope of service, and reduce abandonment of assistive device. The rental system of assistive device may include subsidy of government, procedure, logistics, storage and maintenance.
3.Determination of Clodronate Disodium and Its Related Substances in Its Preparations by Ion Chromatography

A new ion chromatography was developed for the determination of clodronate disodium and its related substances. A suppressed conductivity detection was used. The analytical column was an IonPac AS11-HC anion-exchange column. The column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. The potassium hydroxide solution was used as the eluent at a flow rate of 1.2 mL/min. For the determination of content and related substances,an isocratic elution program and a gradient elution program were performed, respectively.A good linear relationship was observed in the concentration range of clodronate disodium of 0.0568-0.1895 g/L(r=0.9999). The average recoveries of the injection and the capsules were 100.1%(RSD=0.7%) and 98.9%(RSD=0.6%),respectively. The limit of detection was 0.3 ng. The related substances gained a completely chromatography separation with the principal peak. The present method is accurate, sensitive and simple, which provides a new reliable analytical method for the quality control of clodronate disodium and its preparations.
4.Impaired Glucose Tolerance and Carotid Artery Atherosclerosis

Impaired glucose tolerance is the prediabetic state of diabetes mellitus,and its main manifestation is postprandial hyperglycemia.Studies in recent years have suggested that the large vascular disease of the impaired glucose tolerance state is similar to diabetes mellitus.The relationship between impaired glucose tolerance and atherosclerotic disease is increasingly receiving attention.This article reviews the relationship between both of them.
5.Efficient induction of gefitinib-resistant cell line HCC827 GR and its pharmacological properties

Aim To establish a gefitinib-resistant NSCLC cell line, and observe its pharmacological properties. Methods HCC827 cells were treated with hepatocyte growth factor( HGF) and increasing concen-tration of gefitinib to induce cell resistance. MTT assay was used to test cell viability and chemosensitivity. Clone formation and Edu staining were used to verify the inhibitory effect of gefitinib on cell growth. qRT-PCR and Western blot were used to assay the expres-sion of c-Met. Results The use of HGF greatly short-ened the induction time of HCC827GR resistant cells. gefitinib could significantly suppress cell viability, col-ony formation and cell proliferation of HCC827 , but had a weaker inhibitory effect on HCC827GR cells. HCC827GR overexpressed c-Met protein, and was highly sensitive to c-Met inhibitors. Conclusion The gefitinib-resistant HCC827 GR cells were induced suc-cessfully and efficiently. The growth of HCC827GR is dependent on the activity of c-Met protein, and it can be used as a phenotypic screening model of c-Met in-hibitors.
6.World Health Organization Wheelchair Service-Intermediate Level:Introduction and Implication for Assistive Technology Service in China

World Health Organization Wheelchair Service Package-Intermediate Level focuses on the people who have severe difficul-ties in walking and moving around and also having poor postural control, as well as the children who have poor postural control and are un-able to sit upright independently. It includes step 1 referral and appointment;step 2 assessment;step 3 prescription (selection);step 4 fund-ing and ordering;step 5 product (wheelchair) preparation;step 6 fitting;step 7 user training;and step 8 maintenance, repairs and follow up. The physical assessment and postural support device of wheelchair service-intermediate level were emphasized. It is characterized as the standardized process, individual assessment and modular postural support device. It implies that it is important to make the assistive technol-ogy service system standardized, professional and modular.
7.APPLICATION OF NONINVASIVE SONOGRAPHY IN THE DETERMINATION OF DETRU-SOR MUSCLULAR THICKNESS OF BLADDER OUTLET OBSTRUCTION

Objective To explore the clinical application of non - invasive sonography in the determination of detrusor thickness in bladder outlet obstruction. Methods Admitted from January 2012 to January 2014, 116 pa?tients with bladder outlet obstruction were selected as observed group, while another 88 patients without bladder outlet obstruction at the same period were selected as control group. The detrusor thickness determined by sonography in the two groups was comparatively analyzed. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in DWT, residual urine volume, urine output, Qmax, PdetQmax and Pdetmax and other indicators (p <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic determination of anterior bladder detrusor thickness is reliable to diagnose bladder outlet obstruction, with a high clinical promotional and diagnosis value.
