Objective To explore the expression of c-Fos protein and character of mossy fiber sprouting(MFS) in hippocampus of rat with febrile seizures(FS).Methods Thirty-six 21-day-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into FS group,febrile control(FG) group and normal control(NG) group.FS was established by hyperthermal bath.Immune histochemistry and(Timm′s) staining were used to examine the expression of c-Fos protein in CA1 region and MFS in CA3 region of hippocampus.Results Excessive expression of c-Fos protein presented in the hippocampal CA1 region of FS group.The surface area percentage of c-Fos protein of FS group[(2.26?0.23)%] was higher than that of FG group[(1.08?0.19)%] and NG group[(0.71?0.14)%],there were significant difference between FS group and the other two groups(?~2=10.48 P

Objective To evaluate safety and efficacy of EUS-FNA for occupying pancreatic lesions.Methods Data of 62 patients with occupying pancreatic lesions,who underwent EUS-FNA between June 2011 and June 2014,were analyzed for completion and complications,with surgery and clinical follow-up as the golden standard.Accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of EUS-FNA were calculated.Results A total of 62 patients with pancreatic lesions successfully underwent EUS-FNA and median puncture number was 4.2(3 to 8).Success rate of puncture was 100％ and sampling satisfaction rate was 90.3％ (56/62).No complications such as fever,infection,bleeding,perforation,severe pancreatitis or death were found.With the final diagnosis as the golden standard(39 malignant lesions and 23 benign lesions),overall diagnostic accuracy of EUS-FNA was 88.7％(55/62).The cytology diagnostic accuracy was 69.4％ (43/62),significantly higher than that of the tissue pathology of 30.6％ (19/62,P＜0.01).Sensitivity and specificity of the procedure were 87.2％(34/39) and 91.3％(21/23) respectively.Conclusion EUS-FNA is an effective and safe procedure in diagnosis of occupying pancreatic lesions.

To explore a new method for identification of Mongolian patent medicine (MPM) by PCR amplification of specific alleles. Eight kinds of MPM were used to study the identification of "Digeda" raw materials. The total DNA of Lomatogonium rotatum and Corydalis bungeana samples were extracted through modified CTAB method, psbA-trnH sequence was amplified by PCR and sequenced directionally. Specific primer was designed. The DNA of 8 kinds of MPM also was extracted and purified by the commercial DNA purification kits. The rbcL and two pair of specific primers sequences were amplified. The specific amplified products were sequenced in forward directions. All specific sequences were aligned and were analyzed. The results indicated that L rotatum can be identified by specific primers from Digeda-4 Tang, Digeda-8 San, Digeda-4 San, and C. bungeana medicinal materials can be identified by specific primers from Li Dan Ba Wei San, Yi He Ha Ri-12 and A Ga Ri-35. PCR amplification of specific alleles can stably and accurately distinguish raw medicinal materials in MPM.

While it is a difficult task due to kinds of traumatic events, complex clinical symptoms, subjective medical information, and presence of diverse psychotic disorders. The clinical traits, detecting methods and testing instruments of PTSD malingering were reviewed so as to help practical management and assessment.

Natural products are important sources for the discovery of anti-tumor drugs. Evodiamine is the main alkaloid component of the traditional Chinese herb Wu-Chu-Yu, and it has weak antitumor activity. In recent years, a number of highly active antitumor candidates have been discovered with a significant progress. This article reviews the research progress of evodiamine-based antitumor drug design strategies, in order to provide reference for the development of new drugs with natural products as leads.

Antithrombotic drugs play an important role in the prevention and treatment of thromboembolism , which include anticoagulant , anti-platelet therapies and thrombolytic drugs.In this paper , we review the pharmacological properties of these most commonly used oral antithrom-botic drugs and explore the development of anticoagulant and antiplatelet therapies , in order to guide the safety and rational use of antithrombotic drugs in clinic.
