Traditional Chinese medicine injections (TCMIs) originated in china, which was fast-acting with high bioavailability. TCMI is applied widely in clinic since it plays an important role for therapy severe and acute disease, such as cardiovascular diseases (CVD), infectious diseases, malignancy, and etc. However, the adverse reactions reported of TCMIs are increasing in recent years. For this, the review summarized systematically the reports and researches of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) of TCMIs according to about 100 literatures in the nearly five years. The ADR of TCMIs mainly includes allergic reaction, respiratory damage, digestive system damage, cardiovascular system damage and urinary system damage, and etc. The main causes are relative with complexity, uncertainty and instability of the drug material. Influence of excipients, pharmaceutical technologies, drug combination and application method was also discussed. There are many methods on adverse reactions of TCMIs, including descriptive studies, analytical epidemiology and experimental studies. This article provided necessary information for reasonable application of TCMIs in clinical practice.

Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2011;30(8):651-653
Objective To study the relationships of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and genetic polymorphisms of glutathione s-transferase P1 (GSTP1) with gastric cancer (GC). Methods The 98 patients with GC and 149 controls with normal finding at endoscopy were enrolled for this study. The rapid urease test (RUT), 13C- urea breath test (13C-UBT) and Giemsa staining of biopsy samples were used to check Hp infection. PCR-based restriction fragment length polymorphisms (PCR-RFLP) was used to detect GSTP1 genotype. Results The rate of Hp infection was higher in GC group than in control group (54.1% vs. 40.9%, x2 =4.11, P<0. 05). The risk of GC would significantly increase in the GSTP1 homozygous mutant gene (MM) group with Hp infection (OR=5.44, 95%CI 1. 26-26. 79, x2=7.13, P<0.05). Conclusions Hp infection and GSTP1 genetic polymorphisms are associated with gastric cancer risk in the elderly.

Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2018;45(4):295-300
Objective: To establish an ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method for determination of prot- amine peptide analogul(R15),and investigate the metabolism in biological samples of R15 in vitro by the method. Methods: Chro- matographic separation was performed by pumping the mobile phase into a BioBasic C 18 (2.1 mm×100 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was composed of 0.05% trifluoroacetic acid-water and 0.05% trifluoroacetic acid acetonitrile(98:2,V/V),using 10% trifluoroacetic ac- id-acetonitrile-water as precipitant. The stability of R15 in rat whole blood, liver and kidney homogenate was studied. Results: The in- tra-and inter-batch relative standard deviations (RSD)were less than 15%,the relative errors (RE)were in the range of ±15%. The range of calibration curve was 25-1000 μg/ml with a good correlation coefficient. The extraction recoveries of R15 were 99.43-100.43%. R15 was stable under various experimental storage conditions. Half-lives of R15 in rat liver, rat kidneys, rat blood, beagle dog blood and human blood were 27.4 min,9.1 min,15.6 min,11.9 min and 21.0 min, respectively. Compared with the control group without inhibi- tor,the inhibitory rates of EDTA,pepstatin and benzamidine HCl protease inhibitor in the experimental group was 92.7%,41.3% and 33.0%,respectively. Protamine analogue peptide was mainly metabolized by metal carboxyl peptidases. Compared with the control group,AEBSF,leupeptin and trypsin protease inhibitors had significant difference, but the inhibitory rate was low. Conclusion: The method is specific, sensitive, accurate and reliable. The metabolism of R15 in rat kidney is the fastest. The degradation of R15 in whole blood is possibly related to metal carboxypeptidase.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1982;0(03):-
The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (b FGF) and its relationship with tumor microvasogenesis and biological behavior of human renal carcinoma. Gene expression of b FGF was assayed in 20 cases of renal carcinoma tissue using RNA dot blot hybridization. Meanwhile, the protein expression of b FGF and microvasular density (MVD) was assayed in 35 cases of renal carcinoma tissue with immunohistochemical assay. It was found that the expression of b FGF was significantly higher in renal cancer tissue than in normal renal tissue or normal tissue adjacent to the tumor, There was significant correlation between b FGF expression in cancer tissue and clinical stages as well as clinical grades.Similar results were also observed between MVD and b FGF expression in renal cancer tissue. It seemed that b FGF played an important role in angiogenesis in renal carcinoma. Taken together, the results suggest that MVD and the expression of b FGF in renal cancer tissue might be related to the prognosis of renal carcinoma patients.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(1):86-89
OBJECTIVE:To optimize the inclusion technology of Eugenol-β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) inclusion complex, and to identify and characterize it. METHODS:With the molar ratio of eugenol to β-CD,inclusion temperature and inclusion time as fac-tors,using the yield of inclusion compounds as index, the inclusion technology was optimized by orthogonal test. The formation of inclusion compound was identified by the spectra change of FT-IR,XRD and 1H NMR. Its structure was characterized by 1H RO-ESY NMR. RESULTS:The optimized inclusion conditions were that the molar ratio of eugenol to β-CD was 1.0:1;inclusion tem-perature was 60 ℃;inclusion time was 2.0 h. And the yield of inclusion compound was 73.86%(RSD=0.17%,n=3). 1H NMR results ofβ-CD and its inclusion complex indicated that the optimum qualitative ratio of the inclusion complex was 1.0:1. The inter-molecular interaction between eugenol and β-CD was confirmed by the spectrum analysis of FT-IR and XRD. 1H ROESY NMR re-sults indicated the structure of inclusion complex mainly was that the phenyl of eugenol was in the cavity of β-CD,the vinyl was outside. CONCLUSIONS:The inclusion technology is reasonable and feasible, and can be used for the inclusion of eugenol andβ-CD. The formation of inclusion compound is confirmed by the spectrum analysis.

Low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is a non-invasive brain stimulation method that has been used in the treatments of stroke patients. Our purpose was to investigate the effects of low-frequency rTMS on the hand motor function recovery for stroke patients. After searching from electronic database from January 1990 to April 2012, we collected randomized controlled trials explored the low-frequency rTMS effects on the hand motor function rehabilitation. A total of 7 comparisons (N = 216) from 5 articles were included in this study. We summarized the effect size by calculating the standardized mean difference (SMD). Summary of effect size (SES) indicated positive effects of low-frequency rTMS on the finger motor ability (SMD = 0.58) and hand function (SMD = -0.98). Few adverse effects occurred. The evidence showed that low-frequency rTMS could improve the paretic hand recovery after stroke.
