Seventy-six athletes with acute lumbar sprain were treated by Tuina plus Acupuncture. First the acupoints of Bladder Meridian and Governor Vessel were Tuina to promote the recovery of lumbar muscles. Then Shuigou (GV 26), Weizhong (BL 40) and Fuyang (BL 59) were punctured. After 5 treatments, 46 cases were cured, 20 cases got remarkable effectiveness, 8 cases got effectiveness and 2 cases failed with the total effective rate of 97.4%.
2. Relationship between of COX-2 expression and radiosensitivity of the irradiated human glioma SHG-44 cells
Tumor 2007;27(10):780-782
Objective: To investigate the changes of radiosensitivity and the expression of cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) in the surviving progeny from the irradiated human glioma SHG-44 cells and to provide a theoretical basis for application of COX-2 inhibitors in clinic. Methods: Radiosensitivity of mother SHG-44 cells and that of surviving progeny from the irradiated human glioma SHG-44 cells were studied by measuring the colony-forming rate. The mRNA transcription and protein expression of COX-2 were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemical staining, respectively. Results: The radiosensitivity was decreased and the mRNA and protein expressions of COX-2 increased in the surviving progeny of the irradiated SHG-44 cells compared with mother SHG-44 cells. The expression levels of COX-2 were negatively correlated with the radiosensitivity in the irradiated SHG-44 cells. Conclusion: Radiation induced upregulation of COX-2 expression and downregulation of the radiosensitivity in the the surviving progeny from the irradiated human glioma SHG-44 cells. The elevated expression of COX-2 may be one of the reasons for the radioresistance of irradiated SHG-44 cells.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(03):-
Objective To study the relationship between the polymorphism of estrogen receptor ? gene (ER?)and unknown aetiological hypomenorrhea in the women from Southwestern China. Methods Totally 100 hypomenorrhea and 100 eumenorrhea women from Southwestern China served respectively as case group and control group. Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) was used to analyze the first intron incision enzyme PvuⅡ and XbaⅠin ER? gene. Short tandem repeat (STR) in hypervariable region of the gene was depurated, cloned and sequenced. The distribution of the gene genotype was studied in case group and control group. Results P genotypic frequency was 47.5% in case group, and 30.5% in control group (OR 1.810, 95%CI 1.113-2.765,P=0.012). While X genotypic frequency was 20.5% in case group and 32.0% in control group (OR 0.641, 95%CI 0.361-0.898, P=0.036). PvuⅡ and XbaⅠ restriction fragments were distributed in polymorphism in the 2 groups. The TA13 allele frequency was higher in case group than in control group (P

125 strains of the symbiotic and epiphyte microorganisms were isolated from marine organisms (sea cucumber, sea urchin, anemone, sea actinia, Ulra, Sargassum, Undaria). Among them,21 strains of bacteria,8 strains of actinomycetes and 2 strains of fungi showed antagonistic activity on bacterial or fungal growth. In the 21 strains of bacteria, 7 strains belong to Bacillus sp., 11 strains Vibrio sp., and 3 strains Pseudomonas sp.. In the 8 strains of actinomycetes, 5 strains belong to Streptomyces sp., 3 strains Micromonospora sp., 2 strains fungi Penicillum sp..

Objective To determine the expression of human protection of telomeres 1 (hPOT1) and its relationship with Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection in gastric carcinoma. Methods The expressions of hPOT1 protein and hPOT mRNA were detected in 53 gastric carcinoma specimens (observed group) and 20 normal gastric mucosa tissues (control group) by SP immunohistochemical method and in situ hybridization (ISH), respectively.HP infection was examined by Warthin-Starry method in observed group. Results The positive expression rate of hPOT1 protein was 84.91% (45/53) in observed group, higher than that in control group [30.00 % (6/20)] (P < 0.01).The positive expression rate of hPOT1 mRNA was 58.49 % (31/53) in observed group, higher than that in control group [10.00 % (2/20)] (P < 0.05).The positive co-expression rate of hPOT1 protein and mRNA was 56.60 % (30/53), both had positive relationship in gastric carcinoma (r =0.394, P < 0.05).The rate of HP infection in 53 cases of gastric carcinoma was 52.83 % (28/53).The positive expression rates of hPOTI protein and mRNA in observed group with HP infection were significantly higher than those in observed group without HP infection[protein: 96.43 % (27/28) vs 72.00 % (18/25), P <0.05;mRNA: 85.75 % (24/28) vs 28.00 % (7/25), P < 0.01].Conclusions hPOT1 may be associated with occurrence of gastric carcinoma.Combined detection of hPOT1 protein and mRNA can be used for the diagnosis of gastric carcinoma.HP infection may be associated with abnormal expression of hPOT1 in occurrence of gastric carcinoma.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2021;20(4):388-391
In order to solve the problem of poor communication, low efficiency of consultation, and even affecting self-confidence caused by unskilled skills and insufficient cooperation with patients in the real clinic, and to solve the problem during the clinical thinking training that beginners do not know how to organize effective information and complete the process of diagnosis and differential diagnosis more efficiently. By applying the artificial intelligence (AI) virtual patient (VP) system to the process of teaching diagnostic knowledge and clinical thinking training. It provides the students with the experience of simulating the diagnosis and treatment of the clinical real scene. Let the students talk with the VP system for inquiry training and then go to the clinic to give the real patients inquiry and by simulating the process of treating the real patients, let the students take the initiative to complete the collection of medical records and clinical decision-making under the simulated scene to train the clinical thinking. This can not only solve the shortcomings of the previous simulation teaching and clinical teaching, but also stimulate students' interest in learning. According to the results of the questionnaire, students have a high acceptance of VP system simulation teaching. Through the results of homework and assessment and evaluation, the teaching results are better than before, and this teaching method should be further popularized.

Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging 2015;(7):486-488,493
PurposeThe increased radionuclide uptake of maxillary frontal process on bone scan is not uncommon but dififcult to diagnose with relatively rare research. This study aims to explore this phenomenon through investigating its biological behavior and causes.Materials and Methods Twenty-one patients with increased uptake of maxillary frontal process but without typical feature of metastasis on bone scan were retrospectively enrolled in the study. The scintigraphic features were evaluated and compared with the bone scans in the follow up. The corresponding CT imaging features including the lesions'location, number, size, shape and attenuation were analyzed. Results Seventeen patients had unilateral involvement and 4 had bilateral ones. One patient was found accompanied with other cranial lesions. All the lesions remained stable and no new lesions were detected on the following bone scans in 14 patients. Sixteen lesions with increased radionuclide uptake in 12 patients were detected on bone scintigraphy, 15 of which were positive on CT and 14 of which were located around the nasolacrimal canal at the base of frontal process. All the lesions were well demarcated with mean axial maximum diameter of 7.1 mm. Ten had homogeneous ground-glass density and 5 showed heterogeneous with internal lower attenuation. Conclusion Lesions of maxillary frontal process with increased radionuclide uptake detected on bone scan are likely to be benign. Fibrous dysplasia-like lesions might help account for abnormal uptake indicated by CT.
