1.Clinical significance of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(13):972-974
Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM)system can record patients blood pressure of 24 h on the predetermined time. The primary data forms the graph, the curve and the general report by operation of the related software after the analysis and statistics processing. Patients keep daily life condition,so the blood pressure data is more accuracy. ABPM can provide the dynamic change of the patients 24 h blood pressure, including the 24 h blood pressure survey data, the undulation situation and the change tendency. ABPM has become an useful element in the evaluation and follow - up of hypertension in adults. And ABPM is increasingly used to evaluate the blood pressure of children and adolescents in recent years. The ABPM has been shown to differ significantly values.
2.Treatment of 35 Cases of Pseudomyopia in Children by Auricular Point Sticking plus Plucking Manipulation
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2004;2(6):55-56
To observe the therapeutic effect of treating pseudomyopia in children by auricular point sticking plus plucking manipulation. Two groups of auricular points were selected. There were Eye 1 (MA-L), Eye 2(MA-L), Liver (MA-SC 5) and Er Shenmen (MA-TF 1) in the first group and Central rim (MA-AT), Eye(MA-L 1), Superior Triangular Fossa (MA-TF) and Cervical Vertebrae (MA-AH 8)points. Then the cervical vertebrae were plucked and moved fore-and-aft circlewise. The result showed that among 45 affected eyes of the 35 cases, the total effective rate was 97.8%, which indicated the therapeutic effect was remarkable.

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of glargine(Lantus) versus biphasic insulin aspart 30 (30% free and 70% protamine-bound, BIAsp 30) after continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion treatment (CSII) in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A 20 week open and random study was performed. All 60 patients with newly diagnosed T2DM were randomly divided into two groups. Group B patients was treated by glargine and group A received treatment with BIAsp 30 administered immediately before dinner and breakfast. Blood glucose at 7 time points, glycosylated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) and hypoglycemia were observed. Results The postprandial glucose(PPG) was significantly lower in group B than in group A (P<0.05), and the frequency of hypoglycaemic episodes was lower in group B than in group A (P<0.05). The fasting blood glucose(FBG) was not different between two groups (P>0.05). And there was no difference between two groups in HbA1c and other adverse events. Conclusions Glargine is surperior to BIAsp30, not only in controlling the PPG but also in reducing the incidence of hypoglycemia.

Objective To analyze the distribution of common pathogenic bacteria and their drug resistance ,in children with bron‐chial pneumonia ,and provide reference for making antimicrobial treatment strategies .Methods 857 hospitalized pediatric patients with bronchopneumonia from January to December 2014 were enrolled in the study ,bacterial culture and drug susceptibility test were performed ,and the results were analyzed .Results In the 857 pdiatric patients ,the positive rate was 36 .87% (316/857) .A‐mong them ,175 cases were gram positive bacteria(20 .42% ) ,141 cases were gram negative bacteria(16 .45% ) ,140 cases were Streptococcus pneumoniae(16 .34% ) ,70 cases were Haemophilus influenzae(8 .17% ) .The susceptibility of Streptococcus pneu‐moniae to penicillin with enzyme inhibitors ,levofloxacin and vancomycin was the highest(higher than 90 .00% ) ,followed by the third generation cephalosporin(non meningitis) ,to which the sensitivity rate were above 80 .00% .The susceptibility of Haemophi‐lus influenzae to the third generation cephalosporins ,ampicillin/Sulbactam ,levofloxacin and imipenem were the highest(more than 90 .00% ) ,while the resistance to ampicillin and cotrimoxazole was 80 .00% .Conclusion Gram positive bacteria are the most im‐portant pathogenic bacteria ,and Streptococcus pneumoniae is the most common bacteria in bronchopneumonia .In clinical treatment , the results of drug sensitivity test should be paid attention to ,so as to adjust the treatment plan and achieve the ideal effect .

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of combining hysterosalpingography and B ultra-phonic monitor for the follicle on the infertilitas feminis. Methods 146 infertility patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to digital table method,73 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with comprehensive optimization of treatment, while the observation group received fallopian canal side of progesterone based on the integrated optimization of treatment. All patients underwent uterine oviduct radiography, and the observation group used the fallopian tube with contrast -enhanced ultrasound in monitoring follicle to identify patients with dominant follicle. The pregnancy rate was compared between two groups. Results 146 cases of infertility patients with the uterus and fallopian tube radiography inspection found hydrosalpinx in 39 cases, accounted for 26.71%,29 cases of tubal blockage, accounted for 19.86%,tubal and the poor in 51 cases (34.93%),fallopian tube was through 27 cases (18.49%).There was no significant difference in the contrast between the two sides of the fallopian tube in the observation group and the control group (P >0.05).The intrauterine pregnancy rate of the obser-vation group (41.10%)was significantly higher than the control group (20.55%),while the ectopic pregnancy rate (28.77%)was significantly lower than the control group (50.68%)(χ2 =7.23,7.32,all P <0.05).The ectopic pregnancy in patients with tubal obstruction was significantly higher than that of tubal obstruction, tubal obstruction and tubal tubal type (χ2 =10.57,5.92,13.85,all P <0.05).Conclusion Combining hysterosalpingography and B ultraphonic monitor can accurately predict the date of ovulation, help guide the pregnancy intervention measures, improve the infertility of intrauterine pregnancy rate and prevent the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy.

Objective To evaluate the advances in minimally invasive surgery treatment for hepatolithiasis. Methods Literatures about the advances in minimally invasive surgery treatment for hepatolithiasis were collected and reviewed. Results Hepatectomy and bile duct exploration using laparoscopy can get better effect. Fibrocholedochoscopy play an important role in the course of operation and after operation for hepatolithiasis. Conclusion The individualization treatment program should be used for hepatolithiasis. Association application of multipathway minimally invasive operation, such as laparoscopy, fibrocholedochoscopy and so on, can increase the cure rate of hepatolithiasis.

An 11 year old girl presented with dyspnea and a rough cough, after having mistakenly swallowed a steel ball and unable to relieve the symptoms. Chest X-ray showed an image consistent with a 10 mm diameter circular object, embedded in the right mainstem bronchi near the fifth thoracic level and the medicastinal moving to the right. A clinical diagnosis based on these findings: foreign body of the right bronchial.
