2.Revision to origin of northern Artemisia argyi in Compendium of Materia Medica (Bencao gangmu).
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2014;39(24):4887-4890
The origin of northern Artemisia argyi recorded in Compendium of Materia Medica(Bencao gangmu) is Fudao(Chinese characters) in Tangyin county, While there is only Fudao(Chinese characters) instead of Fudao(Chinese characters). Whether indeed Fudao(Chinese characters) is Fudao(Chinese characters)? By reviewing the genuine evolution of A. argyi, doing textual research on Fudao(Chinese characters) and combing with field survey data of national census of Chinese Materia Medica resources, this paper concluded that the word Fudao(Chinese characters) firstly emerged in Figure Canon of Chinese Materia Medica(Bencao tujing) of Susong in Song dynasty and was applied in later generations, but the implication was not clear, then emerged both Tangyin and Fudao(Chinese characters) in Compendium of Materia Medica(Bencao gangmu). The place Fudao(Chinese characters) is one of the graves of Bianque, that existed from Shang and Zhou dynasty and never changed until now, the A. argyi of Tangyin was famous from the grave of Bianque in Fudao(Chinese characters), which could infer that Lishizhen considered Fudao (Chinese characters) was Fudao(Chinese characters) indeed, and the origin of northern A. argyi was Fudao(Chinese characters) in Tangyin county.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the medication rules of TCM complex formulas for anti-experimental liver injury. METH-ODS:Usingexperimental liver injuryTCM complex preparationsprotection effectas themes, related literatures about medi-cation rules of TCM complex formulas for anti-experimental liver injury in CJFT,Wanfang database and VIP database were re-trieved,and general information, distribution, use frequency and co-occurrence frequency of single herbal medicine were descrip-tively analyzed. K-means clustering model and Apriori in SPSS Modeler were adopted for cluster analysis(clustering side and im-portance)and correlation analysis in medicines with top 10 use frequency. RESULTS:498 related literatures were retrieved, and 70 valid literatures were involved totally, including 51 TCM complex formulas and 111 Chinese herbal medicines. It was mainly drug for clearing heat, restoring vital energy and blood circulation. Drugs for clearing heat were most widely used(34 varieties),drugs for restoring vital energy showed the highest use frequency, with 63 times(25.82%);Prunella vulgaris had the highest frequency in single herbal medicines(accounting for 25.49%);and P. vulgaris-Salvia miltiorrhiza had the highest co-occurrence frequency in drug pairs. 5 clustering sides were obtained in clustering analysis, which were P. vulgaris-S. miltiorrhiza-Angelica sinensis- Glycyr-rhiza uralensis,Astragalus membranaceus-A. sinensis-Hedyotis diffusa,Artemisia scoparia-Curcuma wenyujin-Plygonum cuspida-tum,P. vulgaris-S. miltiorrhiza-A. scoparia,Schisandra chinensis-G. uralensis. Importance prediction showed,S. chinensis was the most important and P. cuspidatum was the least important. 13 drug pair rules were obtained from correlation analysis, and both sup-port and confidence degrees were low. CONCLUSIONS:The TCM complex formulas for anti-experimental liver injury are mainly based on drugs for clearing heat and restoring vital energy, while the compatibility is varied, and correlation degree is relatively low.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the relationship among methotrexate(MTX) plasma concentration, dosage, clinical effecicy and toxicity, and to evaluate it′s clinical significance. Methods MTX was measured by a flurorescence polarization immunoassay in plasma samples obtained from acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) patients treated in different doses of MTX, and these results were analyzed combined with clinical manifestations. Results 1.The average of plasma concentration at 24 hours increased with the increasing doses of MTX. The relapse rate decreased with increased plasma concentration;2.The cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) concentrations prior to the intrathecal MTXinstillation were all below the effective concentration, so the intrathecal MTX instillation was needed;3.No severe toxicity was observed in the study, because the plasma concentration was below the high risk. Conclusion The study of MTX plasma concentration provides us an objective basis for the individualized chemotherapy.

Journal of Geriatric Cardiology 2015;(3):226-231
Objective To explore the impact of a“one-week”staged multivessel percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) versus culprit-only PCI on deaths and major adverse cardiac events (MACE). Methods We retrospectively analyzed 447 patients with multivessel disease who experienced a ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) within 12 h before undergoing PCI between July 26, 2008 and Septem-ber 25, 2011. After completion of PCI in the infarct artery, 201 patients still in the hospital agreed to undergo PCI in non-infarct arteries with more than 70%stenosis for a“one-week”staged multivessel PCI. A total of 246 patients only received intervention for the culprit vessel. Follow-up ended on September 9, 2014. This study examined the differences in deaths from any cause (i.e., cardiac and noncardiac) and MACE between the two treatment groups. Results Compared to a culprit-only PCI treatment approach, the“one-week”staged multivessel PCI was strongly associated with greater benefits for 55-month all cause death [41 (16.7%) vs.13 (6.5%), P=0.004] and MACE [82 (33.3%) vs. 40 (19.9%), P=0.002] rates. In addition, there were significant differences in the number of myocardial infarctions [43 (17.5%) vs. 20 (10.0%), P=0.023], coronary-artery bypass grafting [CABG;20 (8.1%) vs. 6 (3.0%), P=0.021], and PCI [31 (12.6%) vs. 12 (6.0%), P=0.018]. Patients undergoing culprit-only PCI compared to“one-week”PCI had the same number of stent thrombosis events [7 (2.8%) vs. 3 (1.5%), P=0.522]. Conclusions Compared to a culprit-only PCI treatment approach,“one-week”staged multi-vessel PCI was a safe and effective selection for STEMI and multi-vessel PCI.
