International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;37(8):1057-1059
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection by using tumor markers cytokeratin‐19 fragment antigen (CYFRA21‐l) ,neuron‐specific enolase (NSE) ,carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate cancer antigen 125(CA125) in lung cancer diagnosis .Methods 200 people who treated in the hospital in related departments from January 2012 to January 2014 were enrolled in the study .100 of them suffered from lung cancer ,53 suffered from benign lung disease ,the rest 47 were healthy people .Electrochemiluminescence method or enzyme‐linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) were used to detect serum tumor mark‐ers CYFRA21‐1 ,NSE ,CEA ,CA125 and the sensitivity ,specificity and accuracy of different combinations of test items were evalua‐ted .Results In the single detection of those tumor markers for the diagnosis of lung cancer ,CYFRA21‐1 detection got the highest sensitivity and accuracy ,while CA125 got the highest specificity(95 .0% ) .The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were both significantly higher than single detections .The sensitivity ,pecificity and accuracy of the combined detection of the 4 tumor markers were 92 .0% ,72 .0% ,and 87 .0% respectively .Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer ,the combined detection of several serum tumor markers get higher sensitivity and accuracy than single detection ,which is worthy of clinical promotion .

Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2013;12(12):963-966
Objective To investigate the academic level and influence of the Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery from the point of articles published and the authors. Methods The articles and authors of Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery from 2002 to 2012 were retrieved from the Wanfang database and the China National Knowledge Internet database. The full texts were browsed and saved, and then the data were input to Excel for bibliometric analysis. Results There were 1917 articles were published in the Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery during the past 11 years, and the average number of articles per issue was 29.05.The rate of articles with funded projects was 30.62%,and the citation rate was 58.52%.Authors were from 32 provinces, municipalites and Hong Kong. The numbers of articles contributed by authors from Chongqing,Beijing and Shanghai ranked top 3,which were 446(23.27%),240(12.52%) and 203(10.59%),and followed by authors from Sichuan,Jiangshu and Guandong. The number of articles from affiliated hospitals of Medical Schools was 1382 (72.09%).The cooperation rate was 4.37,and the coauthor rate was 90.03%.Conclusions Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery is an academic journal with high quality and strong influence. The distribution of authors of the Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery is wide, and the cooperative rate of authors is high, while the distribution of authors is disproportionate.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2017;33(4):559-561
Clinical data of granulomatosa cheilitis of 33 cases were analysed.Odontogenic infectious foci were found in each patient.Elimination of odontogenic infectious foci was followed by regression or disappearance of the swellings in all the 33 cases, suggesting a close relationship between granulomatous cheilitis and odontogenic infectious foci.Elimination of odontogenic infectious foci can be an important measure for the treatment of granulomatous cheilitis.

OBJECTIVE To probe cleaning methods of reusable puncture needles and improve the quality of cleaning. METHODS The 200 sets of puncture needles with blood were divided into two groups (groups A and B). Ultrasonic cleaning was used in two groups, but in group A was with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and in group B with 1∶150 low foam multi-enzyme cleaning liquid for 20 minutes, after rinsing, the group A used 95% ethanol 2 ml/piece for dry,but the Group B used 90 ℃ 30 min,and then the bacterial endo toxins and 3% hydrogen peroxide tests, the cost of cleaning was compared. RESULTS The positive rates of the bacterial endo toxins and 3% hydrogen peroxide test in group A were conducted,at last were 6% and 5%,while group B all were negative (?2=6.19,5.13,P

OBJECTIVE To improve the management quality by discussing the usage of "Five Regular Methods" in hospital′s Sterilization Supply Center.METHODS The "Five Regular Methods" managment model into the following aspects of quality, service, safety, efficiency, people′s competency and environment was introduced.RESULTS After 6 months implementation of the model the efficiency and quality of service improved significantly. The environment became clean and shiny.Objects were put on their right place. And we realized the right integration in time and space for people, objects and places.CONCLUSIONS The "Five Regular Methods" is a set of perfect guidance for quality management. It is a management system by providing guidance from inside to outside, people to objects, soft ware to hard ware, theory to practice and rules to process. It is a good method for enhancing the service quality from all aspects.

Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of a nested polymersase chain reaction (nested PCR) for detection of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis IS6110 in paraffin embedded tissues. Methods 31 samples from tuberculosis patients and 5 biopsy specimens from patients with hepatitis were subjected to detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis IS6110 by nested PCR. PCR products of two randomly selected samples were cloned and sequenced. Results Mycobacterium tuberculosis IS6110 was positive in 28 of 31 samples of tuberculosis. The sensitivity and specificity of nested PCR for detection of IS6110 were 90.3% and 100%, respectively. The predictive value of nested PCR was 100%. The sequences of two samples were compared with known sequence of H37Rv isolate (reported by Thierry D) and with nucleotide homology of 97% and 95.3%, respectively. Conclusions Nested PCR is sensitive and specific in the diagnosis of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection in tissues of routinely paraffin embedded. We propose the diagnostic application of nested PCR for the identification of Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection, especially in the cases which can not be distinguished with certainty from other diseases by histopathology and Ziehl Neelsen's staining.

AIM:Left coronary artery ligation(LAD)was used to induce heart failure.Losartan was microinjected into paraventricular nucleus(PVN),heart rate(HR),blood pressure(BP)and renal sympathetic nerve activity(RSNA)were measured. The mechanism of PVN in chronic heart failure was investigated.METHODS:Sprague-Dawley male rats were selected for LAD ligation for heart failure models, the variation of cardiac function was detected by echocardiography.Losartan was microinjected into PVN,the responses of HR,BP and RSNA were analyzed.RESULTS:Compared with sham group, the level of LV was increased(P
10.Advances in Study on Effects of Helicobacter pylori Eradication Therapy on Intestinal Microecology
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2017;22(4):241-244
It is documented that nearly half of the global population have been infected with Helicobacter pylori (Hp).In Chinese consensus report on management of Hp infection, bismuth quadruple therapy composed of proton pump inhibitor, bismuth and two antibiotics is recommended as the first-line Hp eradication regimen. However, large doses of oral antibiotics and PPI often disrupt the well-balanced host-microbial symbiotic state, and impair the protective effect of biological barrier.Furthermore, the alteration of microbial composition secondary to eradication therapy might be associated with the increased adverse effects of Hp eradication therapy and re-infection.This paper summarized the advances in study on effects of Hp eradication therapy on intestinal microecology and the advantages of probiotics supplementation in Hp eradication therapy.
