1.Processing technology for Prunus mume carbon by comprehensive weighted of multi-index

Objective To determine the best processing technology of Prunus mume carbon.Methods L_9(3~4) Orthogonal design was used with three factors of processing temperature,stir-fry frequency,and time.The indicators of processing technology of P.mume carbon were the blood coagulation time,hemostasis time of mice,the contents of the water-solubility,the extract of alcohol-solubility,combined with product characters,yielding rate,and diameter size to optimize the processing technology of P.mume carbon.Results The optimized processing technology was as following:The processing temperature was 235℃,the stir-fry frequency was 80 times/min,and the processing time was 7.5 min.Conclusion The optimized processing technology is stable and operable,and meets the need to enhance the effect of blood coagulation,the carbonizing process of"the superficial burnt black,the internal burnt orange".
2.DNA fingerprinting of crude and processed Atractylodes lancea

AIM: To study the DNA fingerprinting of crude and processed Atractylodes lancea. METHODS: DNA fingerprinting of samples of crude and processed Atractylodes lancea were examined by RAPD. RESULTS: All crude Atractylodes lancea showed similar fingerprinting characteristics,while the processed Atractylodes lancea products indicated considerable different results. CONCLUSION: DNA fingerprinting is a reliable method for di-(fferentiating) crude Atractylodes lancea.
3.Trace detection of arsenic and mercury in Fructus Mume by atom fluorescene spectrum

AIM:To determine the content of the trace arsenic and mercury in Fructus Mume and Fructus Mume charcoal. METHODS:Atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used. RESULTS:The content of arsenic in Fructus Mume is 0.0597~1.0001 mg?g -1, that of mercury is 0.0198~0.0300 mg?g -1. CONCLUSION:This method is simple to handle, the quantitative analysis is accurate.
