1.Measurement and analysis of multi-frequency electrical impedance in crus after long time seawater immersion
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(10):-
In order to monitor the influence of long time seawater immersion on human body,a multi-frequency electrical impedance measurement system was established.Based on this system, electrical impedance information of 10 soldiers was collected at different time during 6h of continuous seawater immersion. The results showed that as the immersion time lasting, the electrical impedance characteristic parameters R0?R∞ and ? decreased significantly. And the fc also decreased after 6h seawater immersion. Therefore, the electrical impedance technique can be used as a means to monitoring the degree of seawater immersion.
2.Discussion of training qualified clinical engineer
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2017;38(5):150-151,155
Objective To discuss the ways to train qualified clinical engineers, and thereby to enhance the teamwork of clinical engineers. Methods The problems in training the clinical engineer were pointed out in training mode, knowledge reserve, innovation and etc,and some countermeasures were put forward accordingly. Results The countermeasures were proposed from the aspects of basic theoretical system, continuing education system,self-adaptive working mode, enhanced communication and etc. Conclusion The clinical engineer needs to utilize their own advantages to elevate their personal qualities and raise their profiles so as to meet the requirements of social and technological development.

Objective To analyze relationship between the gene polymorphism of CYP4F2 and essential hypertension (EH) in China's Han population. Methods 189 EH patients and 187 age-matched controls were used to analysis G20597A polymorphism site of CYP4F2 gene with polymerase chain-restriction fragment length polymorphisms. Results There was no difference of neither genotype nor allele of CYP4F2 (G20597A) between EH and controls through stratified analysis on gender. CYP4F2 gene 20597 G allele carriers had significant association with EH for male in China (81.6% vs 71.3% , P =0.019) , but not with female. After adjustment for cardiovascular risk factors (including smoking, TC, age, genetype, BMI) , the hazard ratio for incident EH in male with CYP4F2 20597GG increased about 2. 689 than that with CYP4F2 20597GA and 20597AA. Conclusion CYP4F2 20597G allele has significant association with male EH, and CYP4F2 20597GG may be an independent predictor of EH for male in china's Han population.

Journal of Clinical Medicine in Practice 2017;21(9):78-81
Objective The explore the feasibility of the left radial approach in treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction by percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods A total of 114 patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into right radial approach (right side group,n=54) and left radial approach (left side group,n=60).The time of puncture, catheteRin place of coronary artery originating, catheteRsuccess rate of first operation, the choice difference of guide wire, contrast agent dose, radioactive ray′s volume, the success rate and complications of intervention therapy were compared between two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the time of puncture, contrast agent dose, the success rate and complications of intervention therapy between two groups, but there was no significant difference in the choice of guide wire between two groups. The contrast catheteRtime and success rate of catheteRplacement in the left radial artery group were higheRthan the right radial artery group. There were no significant differences in the total amount of contrast agent, the success rate of interventional treatment and complications between the two groups, but the total amount of radiation exposure in the left radial artery group was less than the right radial artery group. Conclusion The left radial approach is a safe and effective way in treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction underwent percutaneous coronary intervention.
