1.Simultaneous quantification of aminoacids in the 3 preparations of animal bone extract "Ho Cot", "Khi" and "Ban Long"
Journal of Practical Medicine 2000;383(6):46-49
A method was proposed to simultaneously identify and assay 16 aminoacids: aspartic acid, glutamic acid, serine, histidine, threonine, alanine, arginine, tyrosine, cystine, valine, methionine, phenyl alanine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, lysine proline. The aminoacids are in some animal bon extract products (they are traditional medicines, were produced from tiger-bone, monkey-bone and antlers of deers) after hydrolyzing by solution of hydrochloric acid 6N at temperature 130oC for 24 hours by Aminoquant HP 1090 instrument with solvent gradient program.

2.Study on simultaneous dosage of morphine and codeine in Opizoic tablets by HPLC
Pharmaceutical Journal 2000;293(9):16-18
After extracting completely morphine and codeine from opizoic tablets with a mixture of 3 volumes of isopropanol and 7 volumes of chloroform, an HPLC method was used to determine simultaneously morphine and codeine in the extracts. The HPLC technique was carried out on the column Lichrosorb (4x250mm, 10m) with diode array detector or UV-detector at =285 nm and a mixture of 42 volumes of 0.24% sodium heptanesulfonat solution adjusted to pH=3.2 by phosphoric acid and 18 volumes of Acetonitrile as mobile phase at flow rate 1.0ml/min. The experimental results proved that the proposed HPLC method was rapid, specific, accurate and precise.

3.Study on simultaneous qualitative and quantitative dosage of morphine and codeine by HPLC
Pharmaceutical Journal 2000;290(6):25-26
After extracting completely morphine and codeine from liquid extract of opinum with a mixture of 3 volumes of isopropanol and 7 volumes of chloroform, an HPLC method was used to determine simultaneously morphine and codeine in the extracts. The HPLC technique was carried out on the column lichrosorb (4x250mm, 10 Mm) with diode array detector or UV- detector at landa = 285 nm and a mixture of 42 volumes of 0.24% sodium heptanesulfonat solution adjusted to pH = 3.2 by phosphoric acid and 18 volumes of Acetonitrile as mobile phase at flow rate 1.0 ml/min. 4.Study on the simultaneous quantification of some aminoacids in capsule of astymin fort
Journal of Practical Medicine 2002;435(11):35-38
A HPLC method on aminoquant 1090 HP-USA was proposed to determine simultaneously 8 Amino acids in Actymin Fort capsules. The chromatographic conditions are: Column is an aminoacid analysis column (HP Part Number 79916AA-572). The mobile phase for channel A is a 20 mM sodium acetate buffer containing 0.1018% (v/v) Triethylamine (TEA), adjusted to pH 7.2 with 1-2% Acetic acid, and with 0.3% Tetrahydrofuran (THF).100 mM sodium acetate buffer, adjusted to pH 7.2 with 1-2% acetic acid, 40 p. pf Acetonitrile and 40 p. of methanol. Flow rate is 0.45ml/min. The diode array detector was used. It was detected at wavelength of 338 nm and reference wavelength of 390 nm. The experimental results showed that the proposed method is accurate and precise.

5.Finding out the internal standard in place of desispramine to quantify imipramine hydrochloride by HPLC method
Pharmaceutical Journal 2005;0(12):20-24
Amitriptylin hydrochloride is used as the internal standard in place of desipramine hydrochloride to determine the amount of imipramine hydrochloride by HPLC method. Results: Amitriptylin have the same structure as imipramin and the resolution degree between amitriptylin and imipramin is 1.8 while resolution degree between iminodibenzyl and imipramin is very high (R=10.7) because molecule structure of iminodibenzyl do not have branch-circuit. The suitability of chromatographic system through coefficient got high stable results with RSD<1.0%. Amitryptilin hydrochloride can be used as the internal standard in place of desipramine hydrochloride if necessary to test splitting degree in determination of imipramine hydrochloride
