Slit lamp adapter is an important optical delivery system of laser photocoagulator. It can transmit laser and change the diameter size of the laser spot. According to the continuable zoom principle of extender lens, using cam mechanical adjust structure to change the diameter size of the laser spot. The diameter size changes from 50 microm to 500 microm.

3.Detection and Rectification of Radiation Emission from Medical Laser Equipment.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2019;43(5):372-374
By introducing the unqualified cases of radiation emission test of medical laser equipment, this paper analyses the causes of the problems and the corrective measures adopted, and analyses the effectiveness of the corrective measures. It is proposed that the design rules and rules related to radiation emission should be mastered from the input stage of product design and development, and the radiation emission problem should be considered and solved as soon as possible.

4.Design of an integrative laser laryngoscope system.
Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2012;29(5):880-883
Laser technology is widely used in many medical fields such as general surgery, cardio-thoracic surgery, neurosurgery and urology. Laser has the characteristics of identical direction and high energy density, so that a laser knife leaves smooth incisions, less hemorrhage and less infection. The design presented in this paper applied the advanced laser technology in laryngoscopic operations, which increases efficiency and safety of the operation. The design included a laryngoscope, a laser-knife system host machine and a laser-knife, which were integrated in the front of the laryngoscope working terminal. Operators could choose the laser with appropriate wavelength to cut, irradiate, stop bleeding and coagulate the foreign objects or lesions of the larynx. A Chinese national patent (patent number ZL201020537693. 5) has been granted to the design.

With the development of laryngeal microsurgery, the requirements for the flexibility and convenience of surgical instruments are increasing. The research on related instruments has important value for the clinical application of laryngeal microsurgery. We have redesigned a gun-type tube-guide device of laser fiber by comparing the shortcomings of existing laser fiber introducers. The innovation of this design lies in its rotating nut device with adjustable laser angle and pre-bent tip. The corresponding

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2013;37(3):185-188
This paper presented a design of broadly all solid-state tunable pulsed Ti:sapphire laser with high power and stable performance. The laser was pumped by custom-made Nd:YAG laser which had water cooling system and amplified by two stage amplifier. The method accomplished tunable output of all solid-state tunable pulsed Ti:sapphire laser by modifying the reflection angle of the back mirror. We investigated the relationship between the power of the pumping laser and the all solid-state tunable pulsed Ti: sapphire laser by changing the power of the pumping source.

To explore the optimum laser power and energy in porcine thyroid ablation in vitro with 1 064 nm Nd:YAG laser of different power and energy guided by ultrasound after comparison of size and pathology of ablation lesions. The experimental results showed that Laser ablation effect of porcine thyroid in vitro is definite, the size of ablation lesions increases as the laser power and energy increases, when the laser power and energy are 3 W and 1 800 J, the ablation lesion effect reaches ideal level.

10.Application of CO2 laser and self-made laryngeal dilator in the treatment of the laryngeal stenosis.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(19):1708-1710
OBJECTIVE:
To study the treatment effect of CO2 laser and self-made laryngeal dilator on the laryngeal stenosis.
METHOD:
Twenty-five patients with laryngeal stenosis were treated with CO2 laser and self-made laryngeal dilator. The laryngeal cavity scar was resected as much as possible by using CO2 laser and the laryngeal cavity was exposed by placing laryngeal dilator under general anesthesia.
RESULT:
The 24 cases of all were successfully decanulated 1 to 12 months after operation and could breathe freely. One case had second operation and was successfully decanulated 9 months after operation. The follow-up for 1 to 2 years showed all cases speaking well and 3 cases recurrence.
CONCLUSION
The method for treating laryngeal stenosis using CO2 laser and self-mande laryngeal dilator is effective, fewer complication, less invasive, and faster recovery. The laryngeal dilator is made simply and conveniently.
