1.Influence of Different Processing Technique on the Content of Naringin in Exocarpium Citri Grandis

Objective To assess the influence of different processing technique on the quality of Exocarpium citri grandis.Methods The RP-HPLC method was adopted to determine the naringin content in Exocarpium citri grandis.The chromatographic conditions were: Kromasil ODS column(250 mm?4.6 mm),mobile phase being methanol-water-acetic acid(35∶61∶4),flow rate 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength at 283nm and column temperature at 25 ℃.Results There were obvious differences in the naringin content of Exocarpium citri grandis which was processed by different methods: the naringin content processed by electro static drying method was much higher than that by bake drying method, natural drying method and vacuum drying method.Conclusion The electro static drying method is the best way for drying Exocarpium citri grandis.
2.Effect of self -intervention on the self -efficacy and the level of blood lipid in patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of patients self -intervention on self -efficacy and lipid levels in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 300 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected from May 2014 to May 2015,and they were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method:the observation group(n =1 50)and the control group(n =1 50),the two groups of patients had no significant differences in the general data.The observation group treated according to the conventional rehabilitation treatments for rehabilitation nursing,in view of the self -management group.After three months,the two groups of patients'self -efficacy and lipid levels were recorded before and after the intervention and the patients'self management abilities were measured. Comparisons between before and after the intervention of the indicators and between the different groups were analyzed,and the relationship of self -management ability and lipid levels of patients was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results Before the intervention,there was no difference between the two groups in the self -efficacy scale(P >0.05).After the treatment,the self -efficacy scale of the observation group was (29.85 ±5.34), which of the control group was (22.74 ±4.73),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t =1 2.207,P <0.001 ).For the lipid levels after treatment,the TC,TG,LDL -C,HDL -C in the observation group were (4.06 ±0.58)mmol/L,(1 .26 ±0.56)mmol/L,(2.27 ±0.49)mmol/L,(1 .42 ±0.54)mmol/L,which in the control group were (4.86 ±1 .05)mmol/L,(1 .54 ±0.48)mmol/L,(3.1 5 ±0.29)mmol/L,(1 .23 ±0.37)mmol/L, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (t =8.1 68,4.649,1 8.929,3.555,all P <0.001 ).The correlation analysis of self -management ability and the blood lipid improvement of the two groups showed that the observation group presented positive correlation.The patients'self -management ability was stronger, its lipid improve ability was better.Conclusion From the self -efficacy and the blood lipid level analysis,cerebral infarction patients'self -intervention can promote physical and mental health and improve the symptoms of cerebral infarction.In summary,it is helpful for recovery and has positive clinical effect on cerebral infarction.
3.Observation on Dynamic Changes of Flavonoids Contents of Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck var.tomentosa Hort.

【Objective】To observe the dynamic changes of flavonoids contents of Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck var.tomentosa Hort..【Methods】The total flavonoid content was determined by spectral photometric analysis and naringin content by HPLC,and the fingerprints of Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck var.tomentosa Hort.were studied by HPLC.【Results】With the increase of the fruit age,total flavonoid contents in the peel and the leaves of Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck var.tomentosa Hort.decreased obviously.Fingerprints results showed that at the early fruit age the rhoifolin content in the peel increased with the fruit age and began to decrease 62 days later,while the rhoifolin content in the leaves showed no changes.【Conclusion】In terms of active components contents and economic value,the optimal collecting time for Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck var.tomentosa Hort.is:young fruit,34 days,and immature fruit,55 days.
4.Effect of Chinese medicine liquid to gargle on relieving the oral mucosa reaction in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine liquid to gargle on the oral mucosa reaction in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy .Methods One hundred nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table , each with 50 cases.The control group received anti-inflammatory mouthwash to gargle, which included gentamicin 4 ml, dexamethasone 5 mg, lidocaine 20 ml, NS 250 ml, 5% sodium bicarbonate 250 ml.The observation group received the Chinese medicine liquid to gargle , which included AMUR CORK TREE BARK 25 g, SCUTELLARIA 25 g, DANDELION 25 g, MINT 5 g and were gargled before and after three meals a day, before radiotherapy, before bedtime.The microbiology in oropharyngeal was monitored during the treatment and after radiotherapy according to WHO oral mucosa radiation damage grading criteria . Results The oral mucosa reactions in the observation group were all lighter than those in the control group at the third weekend, the seventh weekend , and one week after radiotherapy , and the differences were statistically significant (Z=37.645,22.880,10.874, respectively;P <0.05).The positive rate of throat swab bacterial culture was 16.0%(8/50) in the observation group , and was 34.0%(17/50) in the control group at the seventh weekend, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.320,P<0.05).Conclusions Chinese medicine liquid to gargle can effectively prevent and relieve the oral mucosa reaction induced by the radiotherapy for the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma , and reduce oral infection .
