1.Nursing intervention on anterior cervical locking plate fixation during treatment of cervical myelopathy
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2010;26(34):7-9
Objective To discuss the effect and influence of nursing intervention on patients with cervical myelopathy treated by anterior cervical locking plate fixation. Methods Outpatient doctors and nurses screened out patients with cervical myelopathy, giving them propagands and education, instructing them to accept selective surgery. 42 hospitalized patients who obeyed medical orders were given preoperative and postoperative nursing intervention and rehabilitative instruction. The functional recovery of patients were evaluated by follow-up after discharge. Results The function restoration ratio reached 68.8% after 6-month-follow-up. Conclusions Appropriate and timely nursing intervention may promote function restoration of patients with cervical myelopathy.
2.A corpus-based analysis on medical words, morphemes and clusters of high frequency
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(8):988-991
This research adopts both quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to analyze high-frequency medical words, morphemes and clusters, with the aid of corpora and statistical measures. The result of this research can help teachers arrange their teaching according to the difficulty and frequency of the words, morphemes and clusters. For students, they can put more time and effort on these frequently used words, morphemes and clusters, and thus improve learning efficiency.
3.The clinical evaluation of flupentixol and melitracen for the treatment on the patients with post-stroke depression
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;(z2):12-14
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety offlupentixol and melitracen (deanxit) in the treatment on the patients with post-stroke depression. Methods A total of 98 patients of post-stroke depression were randomly divided and assigned to a therapy group and a control group. The two groups was given a routine treatment of stroke. The therapy group was treated with deanxit (52 patients,4 weeks). Both groups were measured by Hamilton rating scale of depression (HAMD),China stroke scale (CSS) and Barthel index(BI)before treatment and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks. Results The efficiency rate in treatment group was much higher than that in control group [86.5% (45/52) vs.43.5% (20/26),P < 0.01].HAMD score,CSS score and BI in therapy group were better those in control group 4 weeks after treatment [(9.38 ±1.80) scores vs.(14.56 ± 2.40) scores,(15.79 ± 0.83) scores vs.(28.91 ± 1.02) scores,74.6 ± 15.4 vs.59.2 ± 14.6,P < 0.05].There was obvious untoward reaction in therapy group. Conclusions It is indicated that deanxit can reduce the degree of depression and promote the neurological functional rehabilitation. It is safe and effective in the treatment of post-stroke depression.
4.Effects of EGb761 on synaptophysin expression in hippocampus of vascular dementia rats
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(01):-
AIM:To investigate the effects of Ginkgo biloba extract 761(Egb761)on synaptophysin(SYN)expression in hippocampus of vascular dementia(VD)rats.METHODS:VD rat models, established by repeatedly cerebral ischemia/reperfusion,were randomly divided into two groups:model group and EGb761 treated group(both n=30),and another 30 condition-matched rats were selected as the sham-operated controls.Spatial learning and memory abilities of rats were assessed by Morris water maze(MWM)task, and SYN expression in hippocampal formation of rats in different groups was detected by immunohistochemical technique and image analysis.RESULTS:The MWM escape latency(EL)in model group was highly longer than that in the sham-operated group(P
5.The CT and MRI features of pseudomyxoma peritonei
Journal of Practical Radiology 2016;32(5):737-741
Objective To discuss CT and MRI performance and pathologic features about pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP)con‐firmed by pathology which improves the PMP diagnosis level .Methods The CT and MRI informations about five cases with pseud‐omyxoma peritonei confirmed by abdominal puncture or surgery were analyzed retrospectively .Analyze the CT and MRI performance and clinical pathologic characteristics .Results In 5 cases ,one case of appendiceal mucous adenocarcinoma ,one case of acute appendi‐citis surgeried 2 years ago ,one case without any primary tumor ,one case of duodenal mucous adenocarcinoma ,one case of bilateral ovarian cancer with intra‐abdominal separated cystic lesion and/or peritoneal diffuse pie “frozen abdomen” change showed by CT , MRI ,and one case with pressure trace like scallops sample and multiple nodular around liver and spleen .Conclusion The lesion area and the shape of peritoneum pseudo myxoma can be showed by CT ,MRI scans .There is a certain special imaging feature .

7.Clinical Pathway Applied in Hospital Infection Control
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2005;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE To apply the clinical pathway in hospital infection control in order to cut down the development of hospital infection.METHODS To take clinical pathway combined with clinic,to establish scientific, effective and standard measures to reduce hospital infection.RESULTS To practice clinical pathway could raise medical quality, rationally utilize the health resources, decrease economy burden of the patient and control hospital infection.CONCLUSIONS It′s of practical importance to promote the hospital infection management through clinical pathway.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the relation of morbidity law of upper gastronintestinal hemo rrhage and cycle of Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches in Gansu province. Methods Investigative statistical forms were set up and analyzed by computer about twelve years in-patient of upper gastronintestinal hemorrhage in TCM hospital of these district. Results High morbidity corresponded with theory of YUNQI, in 1988 (year of the fifth of ten Hevenly Stems and the fifth of the twelve Earthly Branches, HUOYUN is high sufficient), 1995 (year of the second of ten Hevenly Stems and the last of the twelve Earthly Branches, JINYUN is insufficient), and Baiyin district in 1994 (year of the first of ten Hevenly Stems and the eleventh of the twelve Earthly Branches TUYUN is high sufficient), Cheng district in 1996 (year of the third of ten Hevenly Stems and the first of the twelve Earthly Branches, SHUIYUN is high sufficient), YUNQI was high sufficient or insufficient, which causing diseases conform to five internal organs and geographical position. Conclusion Morbidity law of upper gastronintestinal hemorrhage corresponds with cycle of Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(12):-
Objective To investigate the relation between TCM syndromes of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and solar terms change in different years. Methods Data of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in-patients in seven districts of TCM hospital of Gansu province in twelve years were filled in investigative statistical forms and analyzed by computer. Results There was obvious difference in TCM syndromes among different solar terms and different years. Conclusion Atmospheric pressure, atmospheric temperature, air humidity, diurnal temperature range of solar terms change in different years directly effect TCM syndromes of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.
