Objective To investigate nurses' organizational career management and job satisfaction in the third-grade class-A hospital, and analyze the relationship between them. Methods A total of 576nurses were recruited by two-stage stratified random sampling method from four third-grade class-A hospitals. They were investigated with Nurses' Organizational Career Management Questionnaire and Job Satisfaction Scale. Results The mean score of nurses' organizational career management and job satisfaction was(2.94±0.52)and(3.32±0.46).There were significant differences on the scores of job satisfaction in nurses with different ages, nursing age, shift, posts, professional tifles, departments, monthly income and type of hospitals.Nurses' organizational career management was positively correlated to job satisfaction. After controlling for the demographic variables, the overall state of organizational career management could explain 34.2 percent for the variances of job satisfaction respectively. Conclusions It is suggested to pay close attention to nurses' organizational career management and take effective career management measures to improve nurses' job satisfaction so as to stabilize the nursing team and retain the excellent nurses.

Objective To evaluate the influence of different types of needleless connector on central venous catheter-related thrombotic occlusions. Methods A detailed search was performed to identify literature about the impact of needleless connector on central venous catheter-related thrombotic occlusions , using the Cochrane Library and the databases of Pubmed,EMbase,CINAHL,CBM,CNKI and WanFang. The meta-analysis or descriptive review were performed after two authors independently searching databases, extracting data and assessing quality of included studies. Results Nine published studies were included for systematic review, which contained three randomized controlled trials, three non-randomized experimental studies and three retrospective observational studies. The results of meta-analysis for five studies showed that the split septum connector was associated with a significantly higher incidence of catheter-related thrombotic occlusions(complete occlusions and partial occlusions) than positive-displacement mechanical valve(RR=0.59,95%CI0.39-0.91,P=0.02). Standard connector and negative- displacement mechanical valve had a higher occlusions rates than positive- displacement mechanical valve ,but the difference did not reach statistical significance after merging the studies( P>0.05). Conclusion It is difficult to decide which needleless connector has the lowest rate of central venous catheter-related thrombotic occlusions because of the insufficient evidence. More large-scale and high-quality randomized controlled trials are required for further confirmation.

Objective This study aimed to explore the differences in global and local brain network topological properties between deficient pattern(DP)and excess pattern(EP)of mild vascular cognitive impairment caused by subcortical small vessel disease based on graph theory network. Methods Patients were recruited prospectively and were classified with DP and EP subtype. The global small-world topological attributes and local nodes were calculated for the comparison of DP,EP,and healthy controls(CN)using the GRETNA platform. Results The three groups all had small-world attributes, but only the patients in EP had a significantly lower small world attribute δ in the range of 0.05-0.26 than the control group(P<0.05).The node efficiency and node strength indicators of multiple brain region were able to significantly distinguish the DP group from the EP group. However, there was no positive brain region in the node efficiency of the DP patients(P>0.05),and only a few brain regions showed increased node strength efficiency(P<0.05).Conclusion The results indicate that the syndrome of DP and EP have significantly different neuroimaging phenotypes, providing a basis for further research of biological classification based on Chinese Medicine syndromes.
