This article reviews the status quo of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetic kidney disease and sorts out its influencing factors from four aspects: general factors, treatment factors, metabolic factors and other factors, so as to provide a reference for medical and nursing staff to carry out related research on hypoglycemia prevention and intervention in patients with type 2 diabetic kidney disease in the future.

Diabetes distress is a common psychological disorder in diabetic patients. More than one-third of patients with type 2 diabetes have severe diabetes distress and the incidence of severe diabetes distress in patients with type 1 diabetes is 20 % to 40 %. It is very important to identify the diabetes distress of diabetic patients in time and select scientific and effective assessment tools. This paper introduces the application status and characteristics of common assessment tools for diabetic distress and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of each application, in order to provide basis for the development of assessment tools for diabetic distress patients and the formulation of personalized treatment programs for diabetic patients.
