Vascular damage plays a significant role in the onset and progression of Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, the precise molecular mechanisms underlying the induction of neuronal injury by vascular damage remain unclear. The present study aimed to examine the impact of fibrinogen (Fg) on tau pathology. The results showed that Fg deposits in the brains of tau P301S transgenic mice interact with tau, enhancing the cytotoxicity of pathological tau aggregates and promoting tau phosphorylation and aggregation. Notably, Fg-modified tau fibrils caused enhanced neuronal apoptosis and synaptic damage compared to unmodified fibrils. Furthermore, intrahippocampal injection of Fg-modified tau fibrils worsened the tau pathology, neuroinflammation, synaptic damage, neuronal apoptosis, and cognitive dysfunction in tau P301S mice compared to controls. The present study provides compelling evidence linking Fg and tau, thereby connecting cerebrovascular damage to tau pathology in AD. Consequently, inhibiting Fg-mediated tau pathology could potentially impede the progression of AD.

2.Application of nurse-patient communication skill in nursing of dermatology department
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2011;27(22):8-10
Objective To understand the nurse-patient communication before and after nurse-patient communication training. Methods Using self-made questionnaire to investigate patients who were admitted from June to December 2010 and hospital stay longer than 3 days. Results After training, problems between nurses and patients communication significantly reduced; nurses could use verbal communication and non-verbal communication properly; the harmonious rate between nurses and patients increased from 38.6% to 57.0%; patients satisfaction degree increased from 80.2% to 93.8%. Conclusions The nurse-patient communication and targeted training have an important significance for dermatology nurses to improve communication skills.

Objective To know the effects of psychological intervention on elder patients with coro-nary heart disease when combined with depression and anxiety. Methods Divided 73 elder patients with coronary heart disease into the control group(35 cases) and the psychological intervention group(38 cases) randomly. Routine treatment and nursing cares were used in the control group, while the psychological in-tervention group was used in the psychological intervention group in addition. Evaluated the mental status between the two groups by SAS and SDS at the beginning of the research and three weeks later. Time in hospital and general clinical medical effects were analyzed in the end of research. Results There were no significant difference between the two groups about SAS and SDS scores at the beginning, while the later scores in the control group were significant higher than those of in the psychological intervention group. The period in hospital in the control group was longer than in the intervention group, the general medical effects was bet-ter in the intervention group than in the control group. Coneinsions Psychological intervention for elder patients with coronary heart disease when combined with depression and anxiety is a kind of ef-fective mode, which can improve the medical effects.

Objective: To determine the contents of cinobufagin and resibufogenin in Qianglijiuxin Dripping Pills. Methods: The HPLC method was used at Kromasil C 18 column of 250mm?4.6mm, 5?m, 0.5% Dipotassium Hydrogen Phosphate Acetonitrile (50∶50) as the mobile phase, 1.0mL/min as the flow rate at detection wavelength of 296nm. Results: For cinobufagin, the linear range was 0.67?g~4.7?g and the average recovery rate was 97.78% with RSD=1.2%. For resibufogenin, the linear range was 0.33?g~2.3?g and the average recovery was rate 99.61% with RSD=2.0%.Conclusion: The method can be applied to content determination of cinobafagin and Resibufogenin in Qianglijiuxin Dripping pills.
